What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track and manage leads easy. Also, it's great to build campaigns and check results fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really bad. I like the platform a lot. Maybe reports setup could be clearer sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with demand gen tasks. I feel more in control of what’s working and what's not.

It can be hard for a no code developer to learn the system

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio’s low-code tools make it easy to create and automate complex business workflows. I especially appreciate the flexibility of the process designer and the ability to integrate with other systems using REST APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel a bit outdated and clunky at times. Initial setup and customization require a steep learning curve if you're new to the platform.

Creatio helps us automate and streamline key business processes like lead management, customer onboarding, and service workflows. Thanks to its low-code platform, we're able to build and adjust workflows without relying heavily on developers. This has sped up implementation time, reduced errors, and allowed our team to respond faster to changing business needs. It also integrates smoothly with our CRM and marketing tools, giving us a unified view of customer interactions.
