    What do you like best about the product?
    What I appreciate most about Zoom Workplace is the smoothness and reliability of its meetings. The audio and video quality are consistently strong, and joining or hosting a meeting is straightforward, with minimal setup required. I also value having everything centralized—chat, meetings, scheduling, and collaboration tools—which helps keep things organized. Overall, it really simplifies daily communication.

    Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of staying connected with teams, especially when everyone isn’t in the same location. It makes meetings, chats, and collaboration easy to manage in one place. I don’t have to switch between different tools just to communicate, and it keeps everything organized. Overall, it helps me stay in sync with my team and makes remote collaboration a lot smoother.

    It allows you to sync with other apps in order to show your availability or automatically send through after a meeting.

    Sometimes when they roll out their updates, the updates don't actually help or can make it run slowly.

    Being able to meet clients virtually instead of in person. This allows us to connect to more people.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Zoom Workplace is its overall reliability and ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, even for non-technical users, and meetings can be joined with just a single click. The video and audio quality are consistently stable, even in environments with average bandwidth. I also appreciate the seamless integration of different tools—chat, meetings, phone, whiteboard, and calendars—into a single unified workspace. This reduces the need to switch between multiple applications and significantly improves productivity. The AI Meeting Assistant is another strong point, providing accurate meeting summaries and action items that save a lot of time during follow-ups.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Zoom Workplace performs very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop client still feels slightly heavy during long sessions, especially when running multiple features like whiteboards and screen sharing simultaneously. Some advanced admin settings are also buried behind several menus, making them harder to find for first-time administrators. Additionally, integrations with certain third-party enterprise tools sometimes require additional configuration steps that aren’t always well documented. Pricing for some add-on features could be more competitive compared to other UCaaS platforms.

    Zoom Workplace allows our team to centralize communication and collaboration in one environment. With Zoom, everything is unified and synced, which has dramatically reduced wasted time and improved coordination. The AI features help streamline documentation and follow-ups, saving hours each week. Remote and hybrid employees also benefit from reliable video conferencing and screen sharing, ensuring that all team members remain aligned regardless of where they work.
