    What do you like best about the product?
    Its best thing is that we can connect our Gmail to it, which helps in never missing any scheduled meetings. and Its smooth meet call experience is what I loves the most.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Zoom workplace is fine on desktop version but on android, it lacks its full ability in terms of multitasking/productivity.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    one of the best thing that helps me is its no cost however it is limited but still it gives me a lot of support while on meet call, taking important notes etc.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Zoom Workplace is an awesome, reliable, and easy-to-use platform for conducting video conferences, whether it’s with just a few people or with a few thousand through webinars. I also really like the breakout room feature, which lets you divide large groups into smaller groups to discuss topics while running learning sessions.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The video quality on low internet bandwidth is something that should be improved. Also, both the desktop and mobile apps need better optimization to reduce resource usage and prevent excessive battery drain.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom is a product I use almost every day. I rely on it to conduct interviews using the breakout room feature, and to run learning sessions with thousands of participants through webinars. The audio and video stability is also worth mentioning. I especially like the calendar feature, which shows all events in one place and sends automatic reminders before each event.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The video and audio quality, along with AI features like meeting summaries, meeting agendas, and task lists, are the best parts of Zoom Workplace, and they really help in my day-to-day meetings with team members. Another thing I like about Zoom Workplace is that it brings everything into one place, such as chatting, calling, meetings, and scheduling, so there’s no need to switch between multiple apps.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I’ve noticed that when I start the Zoom desktop app on my Mac, it consumes a lot of memory, which is really concerning because it sometimes slows down my system. It also occasionally freezes during startup.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    First of all, it helps me by providing a platform where I can have uninterrupted meetings with my team members. It also keeps track of meetings and sends reminders. On top of that, the AI companion mode helps me quickly search through meetings and chats, and it can summarize meetings as well. Overall, in my day-to-day work it really helps keep everything organized and manageable.

    I use Zoom Workplace for highly interactive meetings and training attendance. I'm impressed by the AI assistant, which stands out compared to other meeting and remote training apps. It effectively addresses cost factors associated with personal assistants and is a remarkable time-saving productivity tool. The AI assistant is highly intelligent, accurately filtering and prioritizing main talking points, which is impressive. The software is user-friendly, and I recommend downloading the Windows app for an even better experience. Even while using the basic, free account, it delivers exceptionally well.

    Zoom as it is fulfills my needs perfectly insofar, business and personal wise
