    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that there are a lot of different options available with Zoom Workplace, which is really helpful for us. We can assign different owners of events, making it easier if someone is terminated, as switching the owner is simple. One of my favorite features is Zoom Phone. It allows us to contact scholars or vendors using a Zoom phone number instead of our personal numbers, maintaining professionalism. It's helpful because we frequently speak with scholars, and having that Zoom phone number helps in maintaining a level of professionalism while providing them an avenue to reach out to us directly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think one of the main things that could be improved is that it can be a bit hard to navigate. There's a lot of information in one setting, and there's so many different services that they offer. There's, like, nonprofit accounts, educational accounts. There's, like, so many things. I think if there was a quick learning course, that would be really helpful. Especially when we're onboarding a new HR employee. If they're able to quickly learn about this platform, it'd be really helpful to us, and it'd save us a lot of training time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings in our hybrid environment, enabling us to meet and schedule events regardless of location. It helps us maintain professionalism with features like Zoom phone, providing a dedicated number for communication.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Zoom Workplace because it has a good interface and I can easily have chat rooms. I enjoy the good communication and stability in video conferences, without interruptions. I love being able to share screens and designs while being seen from another country or state. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and simple.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are times when it bugs and doesn't allow quick connection.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Zoom Workplace for meetings with colleagues, and it makes it easy for me to share screens and designs. It has good communication without interruptions in video conferences, and its interface allows creating chat rooms easily.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is easy to set up, before getting the package from the workplace, I personally purchased and used for different work meetings, instant calls etc. The app support is great. Also, I can purchase the cloud storage as add-ons which is great. The call quality was top notch. The UI loke cleaned to me.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The pricing is very high. Sometimes, when I do not need to use, I still had to pay, so there can be some pay as you go system.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is helping me to set my meeting even when I am out of work location. Also, all work meetings can be saved so that I can take a look back at the important information in a previous meeting. I used to work with Workplace and Calender too. The AI features are truly good and I was able to integrate with Onedrive too.
