    What do you like best about the product?
    Zoom has many useful features, and I use some of the most important ones to make my work more effective. Its ease of use and ability to integrate with different systems help me attend important meetings and complete online tasks from anywhere. It feels almost like being in a face-to-face meeting, where I can easily ask and answer questions, share my screen, and explain my work clearly. Their customer support is also very helpful and reliable.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes I face technical issues when I try to ask a question or talk to my colleagues. Even after unmuting my microphone, it doesn’t work properly, which creates problems during meetings. I’ve also experienced similar issues when I host meetings and give access to others to present their work — they sometimes face the same microphone problem.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom helps me assign my work more effectively because, during meetings, I can clearly understand the client’s requirements directly. This allows me to complete tasks with greater accuracy and to explain the main tasks and subtasks properly to my team members so that we can achieve our goals efficiently. It’s also beneficial because I don’t need to visit the client’s office for meetings — especially when the client is in another city or country. Zoom helps me overcome this challenge easily.

    I really appreciate Zoom Workplace for its seamless video and audio features, which make conducting meetings hassle-free and enjoyable. I also value the overall product features for their quality, and they are so appealing that I would gladly purchase Zoom Workplace again, especially if any enhancements are introduced. It's impressive how Zoom Workplace meets all our expectations for meetings and communication, making it a reliable tool for our needs.
