    What do you like best about the product?
    It's the best platform for any type of meeting, either internal or external, we can easily record the call in both audio and video formats. This really helps to keep a record of the meeting.

    This improved my projects, as I am a manager in a creative agency, so if some details are missed from my side, I can checkit agin on recording.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes my meeting is extended by 10-15 min. We can't extend the time. The call gets disconnected after half an hour. This is the issue I have faced many times.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It's providing the meeting recording, which helps me create the meeting notes easily.

    It’s very user-friendly, and the features are easy to understand, which makes the app convenient to use.

    When I need to access a meeting for an emergency, it keeps asking for too many details, which can sometimes be inconvenient.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It makes the connectivity super easy. Where you at doesn't matter. On important basis you can join people over call and delivery the information quickly. In less time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Syncing with Google calendar, options to mute all participants on entry, the option to set recurring meetings with no end date, waiting room features.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dislike that I cannot pin a document in the chat, and that if i share a document in the chat, late-arriving participants cannot access chats prior to their entry into the meeting ,
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It is helpful that I can retrieve an attendance list from Zoom after a meeting rather than taking attendance during a meeting. This helps me focus on the priority task at hand.

    What do you like best about the product?
    i am using Zoom workplace from last 5 to 6 years, i have used it for project coordination, team communication, client meetings,, remote collaboration and cross functional technical discussions, the platform has been very effective for managing distribute team and maintaining communication across engineering, operations and business groups, i like most about Zoom workplace is the reliable and easy of communication it provides for both internal collaboration and client facing meetings, it support fast coordination across teams while keeping meetings, chat and collaboration workflows centralized, i have mainy used it for daily standups and sprint meetings, technical architecture discussions, cross functional project coordination, client and client presentations, remote collaboration workflows, team communication and scheduling, the video and audio qualit are generally very stable, even during large meetings or screen sharing session involving technical walkthroughs and demos, i like its interface its so modern. and its integration with Google workspace makes collaboration and productivity easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    some advanced collaboration and AI features are tied to higher tier licensing plans, which can increase cost for larger organizations with many users i have also notices that managing notification, chats ,meetings and collaboration channels, can sometimes become overwhelming in large project environment where team are involved in multiple parallel discussion and meeting throughout the day, another challenge is that virtual meeting schedules can contribute to meeting fatigue especially for technical teams managing continuous project coordination and client discussions,
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom workspace solves problem related to ,communication delays across distributed teams, difficulty coordination remote project meetings, limited collaboration visibility inefficient client communication workflows, challenge manging hybrid work environments, the platform has been especially used for daily standups and sprint planning, technical architecture discussions, client meetings, cross team collaboration, remote presentation and demos, team communication and scheduling, the platform also improves productivty by reducing dependency on physical meeting and enabling faster decision making across geographically distributed teams. another major advantage is collaboration efficiency features such, as integrated chat, meeting scheduling, file sharing , AI generated summaries , automated transcriptions , tasks extractions.
