    What do you like best about the product?
    The best thing about Zoom is the kind of features it has in it's Video feature. You get ample number of options to enhance the video quality and the the avatar feature is really funny when playing virtual games with the team. The new AI integration has made it even better.
    The customer support is also very good!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I guess rather than having all the options like- chat, meetings, Docs etc, at the top, if Zoom can place them on the left it would be lot easier for users to navigate from one option to another.
    Another thing i find sometimes messy is the left hand option section once you click on Teams Chat like @mentions, channels etc.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We would have separate platforms to execute training, collaborate and communicate, but with everything in one platform, learner experience is simpler, and we removed administrative burden instead of having to navigate multiple platforms.
    Using interactive features like polls, whiteboards, and AI-generated recaps are ensuring the learners are engaged during the session and afterwards. We have seen increased completion rates and the speed at which, learners apply job skills.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy connectivity with team members for a quick video conference, clear audio and video quality.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    My dislike is there are more features in zoom workspace sometimes it make user experience complicated and mainly the limitations on free version like 40minutes limited meet time etc,.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom Workplace makes staying connected with my team really easy. Whether I’m working from home or the office, I can chat, join meetings, share notes, and collaborate all in one place. It saves me time and helps me stay organized, so I can focus on getting work done without any hassle.

    Most helpful in using zoom is it is a user friendly and you can use it anytime anywhere.

    So far since I am using Zoom I don't see any downfall using this
