Helping in setting up virtual meetings and classrooms.

Intuitive Interface and Breakout Rooms Make Zoom the Best Choice
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the industry standard for virtual meeting software. I have tried other video call services, but Zoom stands out as the best. Its user interface is very intuitive, making it easy to use, and I find the breakout room feature especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike is how easily the meeting tabs can be accessed upon logging in.

Being able to set up multiple calls and manage them all in one place is very convenient.

Can meet from anywhere at any time. I love the ease of using the app across all of my devices..

Zoom can occasionally be slow to start when accessed through the web, and the video quality is not always consistent or as good as I would like.

I appreciate the flexibility of being able to meet at any time and from any location. It's also very simple to set up a meeting space and join a call quickly.

I use Zoom Workplace for online meetings, which helps me set up meetings without traveling, saving me time. I like the various features that make online communication easier, such as screen sharing. The screen sharing is a perfect tool for distance education. Additionally, it's a user-friendly software with easy setup, which I find very convenient.

I think Zoom can improve their connectivity because sometimes, we have problem to connect. For instance, Zoom can improve their server size and capacity to make it better to have more people online at the same time.

I use Zoom Workplace to set up online meetings without traveling, saving time. Screen sharing makes online communication and distance education easier.
Better than the Most

I really enjoy using the whiteboard; it feels incredibly smooth and effortless, almost like gliding a hot knife through butter.

Sometimes, it can be quite difficult to locate the link needed to join.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Zoom workplace and I love how it integrates and easy communication method for my team to use! It helps us get way more work done because we don't physically need to be with one another to have a meeting.

I don't like that Zoom Workplace isn't as good on the mobile application compared to the desktop version. There are problems when it comes to connecting to calls, there are less features than the desktop version, and the quality just isn't as good.

Zoom Workplace helps my team immensely. Thanks to Zoom Workplace my team can communicate seamlessly without having to be physically with each other. This is amazing because my team is consistently traveling from state to state and it is virtually impossible for us to all be in the same building together. Without Zoom Workplace my team couldn't even exist! I love how easy this application makes it for us to get work done together!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about zoom workplace is that it is a very reliable video conferencing and collaborating platform which has provisions for different features like meetings with several people, chat window to share our views, screen sharing to share our work, it also has AI integrated features to capture meeting related notes and real-time transcribing features are quite helpful. The speed and video quality of the meetings are top-notch I would say. Overall, it ensures seamless communication, collaboration and it is my go-to app for any online meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is sometimes the system feels lagging and the video and voice coordination misses when we switch between multiple apps. Also switching between apps in the beginning was very confusing and took time for me to get used to

There are more useful product but there are some drowbacks of this product is that is the product used all the sectors and used advanced features and admin setting but when new user are not easily used to this. when we used large meeting that used many conjume max memory and major is internet because internet is the key point of this without this we do not crete and join meetings.

There are many tools for meetings, calling and messaging but zoom workplace is best for single platform for this using.you can record, transfer files and others. this product are centralized admin control for helping consistent policies.
