Automation platform has reduced manual work and has supported secure, fast internal operations

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I have been using UiPath Platform for almost four years, and as a platform support engineer, I use this product in a support capacity rather than as a developer.

My main use case for UiPath Platform involves providing this platform to our internal customers by granting access, planning access control, enabling new products, and ensuring that robots are running in the correct infrastructure, particularly the robot runtime configuration part, which I deal with in day-to-day activities.

There are multiple specific examples of how I have helped internal customers using UiPath Platform. I suggest customers use our environment for all automation activities and agentic-related functions using UiPath, where I assist them in automating tasks that require human intervention or large, time-sensitive jobs involving multiple steps by providing suggestions and preparing the environment accordingly.

The activities involved in my platform support engineer role are understood to be day-to-day responsibilities that others must be aware of.

    What is most valuable?

UiPath Platform offers several features that stand out to me the most, starting with Orchestrator, followed by the recently introduced Coded Apps, along with Maestro, Maestro Case Flow, Maestro Flow, Test Manager, Test Cloud, Document Understanding, and AIXP, all of which are interesting and utilized in our day-to-day activities.

Coded Apps makes the biggest impact for our team because it is very easy to use, allowing us to develop things quickly and effectively.

Apart from Coded Apps, I find the Autopilot feature also valuable for customers without a cloud subscription, as it is a powerful tool despite some limitations.

UiPath Platform has positively impacted our organization by reducing human tasks by approximately thirty to thirty-five percent, and we are trying to increase this percentage by adopting new AI features. This percentage relates only to the older Orchestrator and unattended robot setup, while we expect more results from the new features we have yet to calculate.

The reduction in human tasks has helped us save time and money, allowing us to utilize the remaining resources for other tasks.

    What needs improvement?

UiPath Platform can be improved in several ways. At Allianz, we have raised multiple TAF requirements, asking for integrations such as AAD for Document Understanding and better utilization of platform unit resources, which currently lack visibility.

Regarding needed improvements, I wish UiPath would prioritize finishing the TAF requests we have raised and ensuring compatibility across all products, especially since the recently introduced Coded Apps currently do not work on the private link.

Regarding UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, I believe its governance and security need improvement. While I see recent enhancements such as the ability to disable individual models and track them, I still find room for improvement in governance, which I would rate an eight out of ten.

One improvement needed for UiPath Platform is the capability to run from customer environments. If UiPath could develop an environment that can be deployed in customer subscriptions, it would alleviate security concerns regarding data transfer.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for almost four years, and as a platform support engineer, I use this product in a support capacity rather than as a developer.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

UiPath Platform is stable, but we do experience some interruptions. Availability is around ninety-eight or ninety-nine percent, which is not quite ninety-nine point nine nine nine.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

For scalability, I would say it fits most of our needs but still requires monitoring as we grow.

How are customer service and support?

I have very good customer support since we have Platinum support.

I would rate customer support a nine out of ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previously, we used Blue Prism, which lacked the freedom and features that we found in UiPath, prompting our switch.

    What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment through saved time and money.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has led me to believe that UiPath should reduce their tool's pricing and consider providing support levels based on customer purchase volume, particularly for larger implementations.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing UiPath Platform, we evaluated other options, but ultimately found UiPath to be superior to Blue Prism and Microsoft, especially since Microsoft was not very capable at that time.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for others looking into using UiPath Platform is to first analyze the private endpoint capabilities, especially if security is a primary concern, and to consider all aspects, including the limitations and potential security glitches within UiPath products.

We are using Agentic Automation, but it is not security-capable, as agents need to be within UiPath, and the existing solution only provides VPN access, which is not suitable for production setups.

I am sharing the platform with our internal customers who are developing use cases using Agentic Automation; however, I do not have a detailed view of that area.

UiPath Academy primarily serves developers and lacks relevance for platform engineers, offering only limited courses. I believe more platform-specific courses should be introduced to benefit colleagues.

The value I gain from being part of UiPath's user community comes from the community events introducing multiple products. The last event I attended was great, featuring demos of various products.

I would rate this review an eight out of ten overall.

A True End-to-End Automation Ecosystem — Powered by Orchestrator and a Strong Community

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

As a platform engineer and technical lead in RPA platform engineering, I manage the UiPath Platform end-to-end—including Orchestrator, tenant folders, robots, access provisioning, and permissions across components like Document Understanding, Maestro, iXp, and Data Fabric. A typical use case is accounts payable processing, where 200–300+ daily vendor invoices in varied formats (PDFs, scanned images) are handled through a Document Understanding workflow involving classification, extraction, validation, and a learning loop that improves the model from validation corrections. While the platform offers a vast range of capabilities—Studio/Studio X and the new browser-based development environment for automation building; AI-driven tools like AI Center, Communication Mining, and Autopilot; Action Center for human-in-the-loop exception handling; Apps for low-code UI interaction; and Process/Task Mining for process intelligence—Orchestrator remains the feature I use most and consider the true control tower of the platform. It governs queue management, credential and asset stores, robot scheduling, and folder-based segregation, enabling me to scale automation safely and reliably across hundreds of robots and multiple business units. Document Understanding and Action Center are close behind given their role in invoice processing and exception handling, but Orchestrator is what I touch every day and what transforms individual automations into a governed, auditable enterprise capability.

How has it helped my organization?

On the downside, while the new dashboard feature is a welcome addition, the validation and accuracy of the data it presents still need improvement. Version and upgrade management, though better than before, still demands careful planning to ensure compatibility across Orchestrator, Studio, and robot components—particularly in hybrid or on-premises environments. Licensing and cost transparency around the Platform Units model could also be clearer, especially in understanding how consumption is tracked and allocated at the organization level versus individual tenants. Additionally, the experience across Studio, Studio Web, and Studio X still feels somewhat fragmented, and greater design consistency and feature parity across these tools would help standardize development practices for teams with mixed skill levels.

    What is most valuable?

    Here's a rephrased version:

What really sets the UiPath Platform apart for me, beyond individual features, is how seamlessly the entire suite works together as one connected ecosystem rather than a collection of separate tools. A process idea can move from discovery and process mining straight into Automation Hub as a pipeline, get built in Studio, deployed and governed through Orchestrator, and enhanced with AI-driven Document Understanding—all end to end. That level of continuity is rare; many automation platforms offer strong standalone capabilities, but few match the degree of integration UiPath provides across the pipeline, and that's what I'd most want to highlight.

The UiPath documentation is like a bible for anyone who's worked extensively with the platform. From a user experience standpoint, I'd like to see continued investment in making Studio and Studio Web feel more unified. Switching between Studio, Studio Web, and Studio X for different use cases can feel fragmented, particularly when trying to standardize development practices across a team with mixed skill levels. A more consistent design language and closer feature parity across these tools would go a long way.

    What needs improvement?

As a platform engineer, I've worked extensively across the UiPath Platform and identified several limitations, which I've logged as tickets—UiPath has confirmed these will be addressed in upcoming releases. The new dashboard feature is a welcome addition, though the validation and accuracy of the data it presents still need improvement and further review. On the upgrade and version management front, while the process has improved over the years, coordinating version compatibility across Orchestrator, Studio, and robot components—especially in hybrid or on-premises environments—still requires careful planning.

From a licensing and cost transparency perspective, I've seen the shift toward the Platform Units model, but I haven't found clear visibility into how Platform Unit consumption is tracked at the organization level. For example, if a tenant hasn't been allocated any Platform Units and an end user in that tenant tries to use one, it gets consumed directly from the organization-level pool. That kind of consumption visibility is what I've been looking for but haven't been able to find.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for almost ten plus years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    UiPath Platform is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability, I can give it ten out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

From a customer support perspective, I'd give high ratings—I have access to dedicated support where I can log my issues, along with an agent who helps translate and clarify the problem. Response times after submission are very fast; open tickets or cases are picked up promptly, and support is provided either via call or email. I'm confident that UiPath's product support team is among the best in the industry.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I was previously using Blue Prism, but the user-friendly approach and interface of the UiPath Platform, along with its continuous day-by-day progress and expanding capabilities, made me switch to it.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Blue Prism was one option among others. However, UiPath Platform was the best in the market, so I chose that.

What other advice do I have?

The UiPath Platform community has truly brought out the best of the technology. Beyond the official product documentation, it's been a genuinely valuable resource for peer-to-peer problem solving—the UiPath Forum is often where I find real-world solutions faster than through formal support channels, with a strong base of best practices and a good number of active MVPs contributing there. The community also runs multiple events and local chapters; I've attended UiPath DevCon myself, which has been immensely helpful. For a platform team like mine, the community effectively functions as an extended internal knowledge base—it shortens the learning curve for uncommon problems and helps validate that our architecture decisions align with broader industry practice, rather than working in isolation. I'm confident it delivers real value, and I'd rate this overall experience a 9 out of 10.

Enables faster automation with user-friendly design and AI-powered document understanding

    Reviewed on Aug 11, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use cases involve many options that are being asked by various OEs. We cannot say singular use cases, but there are many use cases depending upon the services. One of the many use cases in UiPath Platform is that we are providing a user-friendly front end for UiPath Platform automations, allowing business users to submit requests, view results, and interact with workflows without accessing UiPath Studio or Orchestrator directly. Some other use cases include providing services for master flow. Many business users are using master flow, and currently, our organization is not using AI agents or AI coded agents; however, we will be incorporating such features within our workflow soon to help business users develop and test courses quickly, deploy them to the orchestrator, and run processes faster. We have already received a demo for the same from the UiPath Platform vendor and our technical account manager, and everything seems good as of now.

I can explain some workflows that we are observing on a daily basis. One of them is a user access request workflow, where employees request application access. The user fills a form in the UiPath Platform application, and then the workflow goes for approval to the manager. After that, the UiPath Platform process creates or assesses the account status and shows it back in the app. The value we gain from this workflow is that it eliminates email-based records or manual tracking. Another workflow is the service desk request portal where internal IT support requests are created. In that workflow, employees submit issues through the app, UiPath Platform creates a ticket automatically, gathers diagnostic information, and the user tracks progress in the app. The value in this workflow is improved employee experience and ticket handling. These are some examples that we see.

    What is most valuable?

Some of the best features I can mention in UiPath Platform include low-code deployment, which our developers find easy. The drag-and-drop flow design reduces development efforts significantly, which is one of the top features. Another important feature is AI-powered document understanding, which extracts data from invoices, forms, emails, and documents, significantly reducing manual data entry. Document understanding is one of the most valuable capabilities for automating document-heavy business processes used by all business users at our organization. UiPath Platform apps allow business users to quickly build business-facing applications on top of automations, providing a user-friendly front end for bots. The feedback we have received is that these apps help bridge the gap between business users and backend automations. Orchestrator provides centralized management of boards, queues, assistance, and monitoring, giving strong governance and control. It offers excellent visibility and control over automation operations. Integration with enterprise systems works well with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 web applications, and legacy systems, providing a broad integration ecosystem that reduces implementation complexities. AI Center features enable AI model deployment and integrations into automation workflows. Process mining and task mining identify automation opportunities using real process data, helping prioritize automation initiatives.

Considering the features mentioned, such as low-code deployment, document understanding, UiPath Platform apps, Orchestrator, integrations, AI Center, and process mining, I think document understanding has had the biggest impact on my teams. It is used in most business regions, automating the extraction of data from invoices, claims, forms, emails, and PDFs. It eliminates significant manual data entry, delivering immediate ROI to operations teams when combined with AI and validation workflows. This feature handles both structured and semi-structured documents, making it one of the top features used in our Alliance environment by most business users.

    What needs improvement?

In terms of improvements, I believe monitoring is a crucial area needing enhancement. The utilization of licenses and platform units should be better monitored at the tenant level, as we face challenges in understanding how many licenses are used and the platform unit utilization across all tenants. Additionally, flexible version management with improved version control for semantic versioning would be useful, allowing users to indicate whether it is another version or an incremental update. Moreover, improvements in debugging and troubleshooting are necessary since such tasks can be time-consuming, requiring detailed logs and monitoring insights to identify problems faster. Performance optimization for large automations would help reduce execution times and simplify maintenance. Finally, upgrading AI accuracy and training features in document understanding is essential, as is providing more out-of-box dashboards and usage analytics for automation ROI reporting to demonstrate business value.

The main areas for improvements include version management, debugging capabilities, UI customization in apps, performance for large-scale automations, and enhanced analytics or reporting. These enhancements would make development support and governance more efficient. Better debugging and monitoring capabilities would significantly impact day-to-day operations and support.

There are several improvement areas I suggest for UiPath Platform, such as better version management in apps, where users should be given the ability to control version numbers. This includes easier comparison between versions and rollback options. Enhanced monitoring and debugging are vital for better root cause analysis of production issues, and providing real-time data if problems occur will positively influence users' opinions about the applications. The performance optimization for faster loading and execution for automations and apps is another crucial improvement area. Higher extraction accuracy for complex documents and easier training maintenance of AI models are also needed. Overall, my main suggestions are for enhanced debugging, version management, UI customization, and continued improvements in AI accuracy and performance, to significantly enhance both developer and business user experiences.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for the past six months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

UiPath Platform is extremely stable, especially with its shift from on-premises to cloud. The processes are faster now, and thousands of RPA processes run daily with minimal failures. The overall stability of UiPath Platform has increased from forty percent to about eighty percent.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

UiPath Platform's scalability is robust. It scales well from small departmental machines to enterprise-wide deployments. Multiple robots can run in parallel; we are using multi-user machines and VMs to handle processes for three users simultaneously. The management is centralized through Orchestrator, supporting enterprise governance and security while easily handling large transaction volumes through queues.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support has been notably beneficial, supported by documentation, community resources, and responsive engagement. Improvements can be made in reservation times for common issues, proactive communication, and enhanced guidance. As a platform engineer, I raise issues with the UiPath Platform technical support team, which resolves our inquiries on time based on ticket priority. The support team's responsiveness leads me to rate their support nine out of ten.

Customer support again receives a rating of nine out of ten. The overall support has been commendable, with documentation and community resources being helpful. Areas for improvement include faster resolutions for intricate product issues, more proactive communication on product updates, better guidance for troubleshooting advanced scenarios, and improved visibility for support status and root cause analysis.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have not directly used a different automation solution, but I have evaluated options such as Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism. UiPath Platform stands out due to its strong experience, documentation, and understanding capabilities, as well as its large automation ecosystem. The extensive features offered by UiPath Platform give it a significant advantage over other applications.

    What was our ROI?

In terms of return on investment, I can provide an example with invoice processing. Before using UiPath Platform, five employees processed a thousand invoices per month manually, taking about ten minutes per invoice, totaling approximately one hundred sixty-seven hours monthly. After implementing UiPath Platform and its understanding features, eighty percent of extraction became automatic, reducing processing time to two minutes per invoice. The total effort then decreased to about thirty-three hours per month, resulting in roughly a two-thirds reduction in manual effort and improved processing speed.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The setup cost and pricing receive a rating of seven out of ten, providing strong enterprise value through automation, AI capabilities, orchestration, and governance. The setup experience is generally good, yet pricing and licensing could be simplified. Greater flexibility in licensing options across products would enable organizations to better plan and scale adoption.

What other advice do I have?

As feedback, I can say that we currently need to experience more in the automation side and explore Quotid agents in UiPath Platform to dedicate such features. Our Alliance organization has not started using such features yet but soon they will be used, and our automation workflows will be moved to another level, which I am sure of. Our primary purpose is to provide a business-friendly front end for automations. UiPath Platform works well for request approval workflows such as access management, onboarding, invoice processing, and other service desk requests. The integration with the UiPath Platform process is strong, but we would prefer to see better version management, richer UI customization, and enhanced monitoring capabilities going forward.

Enhanced feedback and monitoring would be the most valuable improvement, as it will reduce support effort and help resolve production issues more quickly, which is an important aspect.

There is a great positive impact from UiPath Platform in our organization, particularly in reducing manual effort, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling teams to automate repetitive tasks. This results in faster processing times and improved accuracy. For example, document understanding significantly reduces manual data extraction and validation activities, helping teams process documents faster while improving data quality. Additionally, UiPath Platform apps provide a simple user interface for business users to interact with automations, increasing automation adoption and improving the overall user experience. From an enterprise perspective, the combination of Orchestrator apps and AI capabilities offers end-to-end automation with strong governance, visibility, and scalability across the organization.

AI is not entirely one hundred percent correct, as it can make mistakes. However, the AI capabilities offer good accuracy for most common business use cases, especially in document extraction, classification, automation, and assisted decision-making. The models perform reliably on structured and semi-structured documents, which reduces manual effort and improves productivity. Nevertheless, accuracy can vary with highly unstructured documents, poor-quality scans, handwritten content, and industry-specific formats. Continued improvements in model training, exception handling, and confidence scoring will enhance the reliability further.

In our organization, UiPath Platform is deployed in a private cloud on Azure. We have a subscription owned by our end, where this platform is set up. It was earlier an on-prem setup with machines provided to users and an on-prem Orchestrator setup. Now it is cloud automation, where we are utilizing automation cloud features. All our VMs are dynamic machines, deploying new machines configured with the UiPath Platform Orchestrator.

Currently, we provide two types of services: UiPath Platform as a platform as a service and UiPath Platform as orchestrator as a service. For UiPath Platform as a service, we manage the Azure VMs entirely on our subscription, performing all A to Z activities on the machines. In the orchestrator as a service, we create tenants and groups on our end, allowing users to decide on the type of machine they can use—whether it is an AWS machine, Azure machines, or hybrid cloud machines provided by our organization. Users have complete freedom in choosing the VMs and the necessary UiPath Platform Studio versions.

The platform as a service we provide is complemented by our alliance team, which helps manage the VMs. However, we face challenges whenever there are Microsoft releases or organizational-level policies that need to be added to the particular machines, which might impact the appearance. In orchestrator as a service, there are fewer challenges, but users must adhere to our company standards, which include restrictions on downloading specific types of files or applications.

Currently, we as platform engineers are receiving mainly diploma courses on platform-level services, while most courses are developer-centric. Whenever a new feature is implemented, we benefit from demo sessions scheduled by our technical account manager, who helps us understand the usage and benefits of new features. Furthermore, we access recorded videos and live sessions to enhance our platform-level services. More platform-level courses would be beneficial for platform engineers.

UiPath Platform community provides value through workshops and webinars, allowing us to attend various training sessions. Some workshops are free while others require payment, and we obtain recorded content for reference. We receive live demos of new feature implementations before applying them at the organization level, which is beneficial. More workshops focusing on use cases and hands-on experience tailored for platform engineers would enhance the community experience.

Regarding UiPath Platform communications mining, we utilize it to automate actions or responses based on message content. This service helps analyze emails and customer communications using AI to identify intent, topics, trends, and opportunities for automation. What is our primary use case?

My main use case for UiPath Platform is business process automation, where I primarily see it being used to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks, especially when multiple applications or systems are involved. For example, it can be used for data entry, document processing, extracting information from emails or files, updating business applications, generating reports, and handling routine workflows. I also see a lot of potential in combining UiPath Platform automation with AI, where AI can understand unstructured emails or documents and make decisions, while UiPath Platform robots or APIs can execute the actual business process. So, for me, the main value of UiPath Platform is reducing manual effort, improving process consistency, and allowing employees to focus more on the tasks that require human judgment.

A specific example of a process I have automated with UiPath Platform is the document and data processing workflow, which involved receiving information from emails and documents, extracting the required details, validating the information, and entering it into other business applications. Earlier, a lot of this work had to be done manually, making it time-consuming and increasing the possibility of human errors in the process. With UiPath Platform, the repetitive parts of the process could be automated, where the bot could monitor incoming information, extract the required details, perform basic validations, update the target applications, and generate a status report. The biggest difference was the reduction in manual effort, allowing the team to focus on exceptions and tasks that require human judgment, making the process consistent and faster.

    What is most valuable?

I see UiPath Platform as more than just an RPA tool; it fits into a larger workflow by connecting different parts of a process through its AI and API capabilities. I find the combination of Agentic AI and automation particularly interesting, where the agent can understand requirements and decide actions, while UiPath Platform handles repetitive tasks, providing a flexible and intelligent automation solution. Overall, I see UiPath Platform as a platform that reduces manual work, improves consistency, and enhances business processes intelligently, focusing on processes with real automation value.

Initially, while going through UiPath Platform, I struggled a lot, but after following tutorials, I understood it better. The features that stand out to me the most are the combination of RPA, workflow automation, and orchestration. I appreciate the RPA capabilities as they enable automation across multiple applications without completely changing existing systems. The document processing and AI capabilities are also useful for workflows dealing with unstructured information. Additionally, integration with APIs and different enterprise applications means automation is not limited to screen-based interactions. The Agentic AI capabilities are among the most interesting parts of UiPath Platform, where AI agents understand goals, make decisions, and utilize automation tools effectively. The orchestration and monitoring capabilities are also commendable, allowing central management of multiple automations during production. What stands out to me is how UiPath Platform integrates RPA, AI, and workflow automation seamlessly.

These features primarily help by reducing repetitive manual work, making day-to-day processes more consistent, particularly when information is collected from emails or documents and entered into applications. Automations can handle most repetitive steps, saving significant time for the team. AI capabilities are particularly valuable for working with unstructured information, as an AI agent understands content and extracts pertinent information without needing separate rules for every format. The integration with APIs allows automation to interact directly with backend systems, facilitating a smooth workflow. The biggest impact on the team is the reduction of repetitive work, allowing more focus on exceptions and analysis where human judgment is necessary.

The biggest positive impact of UiPath Platform on my organization has been the reduction of manual effort, making repetitive processes more consistent. For example, when a process involves collecting data and validating it, automation can handle those repetitive steps much faster than manually performing them. This saves the team time and minimizes errors. The key benefit is that team members can allocate less time to routine data entry and administrative work, allowing them to focus on analysis, exception handling, and higher-value tasks, leading to enhanced efficiency and consistency.

The main efficiency gain has been in reducing manual work in repetitive processes, where tasks that previously took several hours a week can be significantly reduced when automated. The automation processes multiple items consistently in shorter timeframes. Another improvement is the turnaround time; with background automation, tasks are processed continuously, reducing overall delays. Thus, the biggest efficiency gain is a combination of speed, time saved, fewer repetitive tasks, better consistency, and empowering the team to handle higher-value activities.

    What needs improvement?

To assist freshers or new users starting with UiPath Platform, having better documentation or structured learning platforms would be beneficial. UiPath Platform is strong but can feel complex, especially for new users, due to numerous products, features, and configuration options. A simpler, guided experience would ease the onboarding process. Moreover, implementing AI and automation often requires considerable configuration and testing, so more built-in templates and best practice examples for common business scenarios would accelerate implementation. Overall, the focus should be on simplifying UiPath Platform and enhancing its transparency and integration capabilities for enterprise-level automation.

    What about the implementation team?

In our team, we are not utilizing any academic courses; instead, we primarily rely on open-source resources, YouTube videos, and various applications.

    What was our ROI?

I do not have specific numbers, but I believe there has been a positive return on investment predominantly through time savings and increased productivity rather than reducing employee count. The key advantage is automating repetitive tasks that previously took hours for data entry and document processing, enabling employees to work on higher-value activities.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

As I am working in the organization, I am not aware of specific licensing costs and setup costs, but I think these depend on the organization's size, number of users, and required UiPath Platform capabilities. Overall, while UiPath Platform offers robust enterprise features, organizations should carefully consider their use cases and the expected implementation rate before choosing a business model.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before selecting UiPath Platform, I evaluated other options based on their support for actual business processes and the ability to integrate with existing applications. Reliability, scalability, ease of development, maintenance, security, governance, and flexibility of support were also critical considerations. Ultimately, I chose the solution offering the best combination of business value, reliability, security, scalability, and total cost of ownership, including licensing and maintenance costs.

What other advice do I have?

One of the main benefits of automation has been the reduction of repetitive manual work, which also helps streamline processes. When employees repeatedly copy information between applications, errors can occur. Automating these steps with UiPath Platform ensures consistency in execution. This consistency improves productivity and turnaround time from a business perspective. The key benefit is not merely human replacement, but instead enabling team members to focus on critical tasks that require human judgment.

Using UiPath Platform, I find the user community quite valuable for learning, with one of the biggest benefits being the opportunity to learn from other automation professionals.

Using UiPath Platform Communications Mining, I can automate actions or responses based on message content. For instance, if we receive customer emails, the tool can analyze the message to classify requests, such as categorizing an email about a declined payment as a payment issue or an address update request. Based on this classification, the automation can take appropriate actions.

Monitoring the tone or sentiment in our messages helps identify and correct misclassifications and gives the team better visibility into our communication process and workflow performance. For example, if a payment issue message is identified, we can track its routing to the proper workflow or support team, flagging low-confidence messages for human review.

Currently, we are not using any agentic automations.

Workflow coding agents are particularly interesting because they assist in creating or troubleshooting automations.

UiPath Platform's approach to coding agent integration is straightforward to configure and integrate, where the main benefit of the Agentic agent is its ability to connect with existing systems. UiPath Platform automatically manages connections between different applications and processes, making it easier to establish end-to-end workflows rather than just automating isolated tasks.

Currently, I do not have any specific thoughts. I am learning and exploring UiPath Platform and RPA, and implementing workflows through Agentic AI. It is quite interesting. I would rate this review an eight out of ten.
