Automation has transformed routine workflows and drives continuous error-free processing

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I have recommended UiPath Platform  to our customers who are using it, and we have staff software developers who deploy UiPath Platform  on behalf of our customers.

My customers have used UiPath Academy courses, with the free online courses that they register for being the ones that they have taken. UiPath Academy is very beneficial for them.

They get benefits from it by starting to automate their basic processes, which include Excel automation, user interface automation, and API integration. After that, they immediately started on the basic automations.

    What is most valuable?

The features I find most valuable in UiPath Platform are the AI capabilities, particularly any feature dealing with AI, such as document understanding. The AI part of it actually makes a lot of sense, so anything dealing with agentic AI is valuable.

The fact that agentic automation can be done continuously without any human intervention helps to overcome problems and reduces the human errors that come with it, allowing you to handle a large volume of processes.

    What needs improvement?

I think there is room for improvement in UiPath Platform, especially to do more with the various integrations. They could improve from a cost perspective because ideally, the customers that we are positioning to UiPath Platform are really big enterprise customers who can afford it. From a cost perspective, not really from a feature perspective, I see customers shying away and trying other automation tools, including tools like Cloud.

I would like to see more integrations in the future, especially on the cybersecurity part, with more integrations into database and database activity monitoring tools.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with UiPath Platform for almost four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    UiPath Platform is stable overall.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    UiPath Platform is very scalable.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate their technical support a ten out of ten.

    How was the initial setup?

The deployment usually takes about three to four days for the infrastructure setup, which does not take long. What takes long is building the logic, either into the agentic AI or building the logic into the process itself.

    What about the implementation team?

I help my customers to implement the product, and the deployment is very straightforward, especially with the SaaS version of UiPath Platform.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I would recommend looking at other automation tools, including Cloud, as I have some customers who are trying out the paid version of Cloud, and it is doing some of the automations that UiPath Platform would be doing. However, UiPath Platform is a bit more expensive.

What other advice do I have?

My thoughts on UiPath Platform's user community are that it is really good, and especially for this part of the market, they have really maintained it because there is a very active user community, with quite a lot of engagement here in Nairobi.

I would recommend UiPath Platform to others, and I have been working in this field of IT for maybe twenty-one years. I give this review an overall rating of ten out of ten.

Automation has reduced manual SAP tasks and now frees teams to focus on higher‑value work

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I worked on a maintenance project for a European client on UiPath Platform  approximately six months ago. The project involved SAP automation on UiPath Platform , where we automated several repeated tasks for the SAP application.

I explored agentic automation, but since it was a maintenance project for SAP on UiPath Platform, we did not get the opportunity to use it there. However, I see significant potential for agentic automation in other applications. For example, in Workday , there is a lot of manual work to be done by HR teams and many other teams. If they add customizable features and reports, I believe it will be more helpful compared to UiPath Platform.

    What is most valuable?

UiPath Platform definitely helps us reduce a lot of human errors and accelerates the outcomes of repetitive work. It helps us finish tasks faster than humans would.

The Orchestrator and Unattended Bots in UiPath Platform are the most valuable features for us. Without human intervention, they help us run automations. I can run the bot 24/7 and respond to emails during nighttime, since I cannot be available for 24 hours. UiPath Platform helps us respond to emails, run schedulers, and accomplish many other things. UiPath Platform has a lot of features.

    What needs improvement?

UiPath Platform could focus more on including legacy applications. Currently, SAP, Workday , and a few other applications are legacy systems that they support, but they could work more on Workday and add more features for it.

Right now, I would rate UiPath Platform at nine out of ten. If they add more features for Workday, since we now have a lot of customers using Workday, it would be helpful for us to propose UiPath Platform to Workday users. With additional Workday features, I could give them a perfect ten out of ten.

For how long have I used the solution?

I was not working with UiPath Platform for the last five months. Currently, I am working with Playwright.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I can give UiPath Platform a nine out of ten for stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I can give UiPath Platform a nine out of ten for scalability. I say this because of Workday. If they add more features, I would definitely give them a ten out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

I will give a ten out of ten for technical support from UiPath Platform. They respond to our queries and provide support whenever we need it, always on time. They support us even in regional languages as well as in English, and they can help us with any requests.

    How was the initial setup?

The initial setup for UiPath Platform is very simple.

    What about the implementation team?

Mostly, the implementation team requires our help for setup, but UiPath Platform already has the handbook and manual available on their website. If they need any additional help, they pull me in and we have a meeting to set everything up for them.

What other advice do I have?

Overall, I give UiPath Platform a final rating of nine out of ten.

UiPath Platform has a valuable user community. Community happenings are occurring in multiple metro cities here in India. In Chennai, there have been multiple community meetings held recently, and I have participated in two of them. When you attend these meetings, you share knowledge and learn about the latest developments. The UiPath community is really good, and whenever there are community meetings happening in Chennai, I am mostly present.

Regarding agentic features, I learned about them when I was part of an event where they discussed the agentic features of UiPath Platform. However, I have not tried them yet because I did not get the opportunity to do so.

Automation has reduced errors and has enabled AI-driven job ad creation and validation

    Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I have used UiPath Platform for various use cases, including agentic automation, iXp, Salesforce, simple RPAs, and image-based automations.

I have used agentic automation with UiPath Platform, specifically in a cloud Amazon AWS use case where I generate job ads for an HR application while checking compliance for salary ranges and grades before posting.

Leveraging agentic automations with UiPath Platform has led to measurable improvements, especially in addressing mistakes with salary ranges and translating job ads into different languages, which has been beneficial for the business.

One challenge I aim to overcome with UiPath Platform's agentic automation is the lack of capabilities for web-based internet searches, which impacts a use case involving a client wanting to categorize potential business partners based on flags.

    What is most valuable?

When comparing tools such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere to UiPath Platform, they are less scalable compared to UiPath Platform, which provides a broader picture with more capabilities and features, allowing for minimal scripting. UiPath Platform includes plug-and-play components and built-in OCS models that eliminate the need for an external OCS engine, enabling easy prompt writing.

UiPath Platform has delivered measurable impact overall, including AI aspects, iXp integration, improved document understanding, and screenplay features that simplify UI automation for SAP applications without the need to inspect elements.

UiPath Platform has reduced human error and freed up employee time.

    What needs improvement?

I am not using communication mining or UiPath Insights, but I am well aware of those concepts.

I have not yet used coding agents to build or troubleshoot automations with UiPath Platform as it is a new feature.

I find that the pricing for UiPath Platform is relatively high compared to Automation Anywhere and other tools, but I do not know the exact numbers.

For UiPath Platform, I would like to see improvements in UI approaches, particularly with fuzzy selectors and enhanced image recognition capabilities.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working with UiPath Platform for nine years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I have not experienced any crashes, downtimes, or performance issues with UiPath Platform, as any downtimes are managed by the UiPath team.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

I find UiPath Platform scalable; it can adapt from web applications to mobile and facilitates easy conversion of requirements into recorded steps.

How are customer service and support?

The evaluation of the tech support and customer service for UiPath Platform depends on specific cases and their routing to the appropriate teams, adhering to certain SLAs and metrics.

I would rate the tech support of UiPath Platform around a six on a scale of one to ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

In terms of pros and cons of UiPath Platform compared to other RPA products, one con is its stability on macOS or Linux platforms, while advantages include the extensive features for automating various types of applications directly.

    How was the initial setup?

UiPath Platform's initial setup consists of three products: Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant, which all depend on the use case requirements for the correct license allocation.

    What about the implementation team?

My company has a partnership with UiPath.

    What was our ROI?

Whether UiPath Platform is cost-effective and brings ROI depends upon the use cases; if a business needs scalable solutions, then UiPath Platform is a worthwhile investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I find that the pricing for UiPath Platform is relatively high compared to Automation Anywhere and other tools, but I do not know the exact numbers.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

When comparing tools such as Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere to UiPath Platform, they are less scalable compared to UiPath Platform, which provides a broader picture with more capabilities and features, allowing for minimal scripting.

What other advice do I have?

Being a part of UiPath Platform's user community reduces repetitive work, which is the first significant value I gain.

My team members have used the UiPath Academy courses, and they are well certified in that.

The biggest benefits from using UiPath Academy include AI fabric, iXp, agentic features, and the new iPad screenplay, along with mobile testing capabilities.

The forums and user community for UiPath Platform provide value through interactions with leaders, MVPs, and developers who assist in troubleshooting by suggesting multiple solutions.

I would recommend UiPath Platform to those needing automation for repetitive tasks, as it offers a good path without requiring coding experience. I rate this review a ten overall.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

    Public Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

    Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Automation has reduced errors, accelerates loan approvals, and frees staff for higher‑value work

    Reviewed on Jul 13, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

UiPath Platform  has helped reduce human error and free up employee time as we implement use cases in production for automation. We have manual end-to-end processes and receive requirements gathering from the business and clients, then implement those manual processes through automation. For example, in an address-related use case, humans sometimes make mistakes due to human error. However, through automation, we validate the data captured from the application or from attachments, and our automation checks the postcode to validate whether it is correct. If it is, then we consider it valid. This type of use case was delivered recently.

I have been using UiPath Platform  for the last five years while working for a banking client, specifically for TSB UK bank. I was delivering multiple use cases related to fraud, mortgages, and other processes. Recently, I started working on use cases related to HR, such as claims, addresses, national IDs, and personal information.

I recently started using the Agentic Automation  feature with the product. I just completed one proof of concept related to loan approval through Agentic only. I created one agent and mentioned the system prompt and user prompt regarding the business requirements through the agent. The agent was called through UiPath Agentic via Maestro. I called and mentioned all the logic related to in which cases to take decisions and in which scenarios we need human intervention for manager approval. Recently, there was a loan request use case where if it involves less than 5,000 pounds, we can approve this loan amount without manager approval, provided we check the validity of the customer, designation, and other details. If it is more than 5,000 pounds, we do not take the decision and send the details to our manager through Action Center for the manager to review the details and approve the loan amount. Once approved, our agent continues to send email notifications regarding the loan approval. The proof of concept I created is already implemented.

    What is most valuable?

UiPath Platform has helped reduce human error and free up employee time. It validates data captured from applications, such as postcode validation, thus enhancing accuracy in processes.

The best part is that if I have resources that are not well-trained in UiPath Platform, I can train them within two to three days, and they can start working on UiPath Platform. Additionally, there are multiple training materials available from UiPath that are very useful for our resources and our developers.

    What needs improvement?

I have noticed some drawbacks and downsides that require improvement not just in UiPath Platform but in all RPA  tools. Recently, all RPA  tools were reduced in the market due to some GenAI or other tools. After that, UiPath included multiple features, Agentic, Maestro, and GenAI capabilities. Each and everything is now available in UiPath Platform, including creating agents and calling LLMs. This is the good part in UiPath Platform. I see the market, and UiPath Platform is growing, and we already saw some improvements in UiPath Platform.

Regarding improvements, I am not completely sure, but I know that in UiPath Platform, IXP is available. It relates to an upgraded version of Document Understanding. Through IXP, we can automate processes related to communication and capturing information from chats and everywhere. I am not entirely sure if we need to purchase an additional license for this, but that is my understanding.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for more than seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In our case, I am not facing any monitoring-related issues in UiPath Platform because whatever processes we delivered, our support team and maintenance team are validating and monitoring all the details related to our processes in Orchestrator. I thought about how to integrate Dynatree in our Orchestrator. However, I am not completely aware regarding that, but I thought we would implement it in our process.

How are customer service and support?

If I have to rate the technical support of UiPath Platform on a scale from one to ten, I would give them a nine because whenever I raise a ticket, I always receive a response from UiPath Platform support team. Sometimes I am not aware, but I reduce one point just because of some instances from one or two years back. However, as I remember, whenever I request support regarding our technical issues, UiPath Platform resolves my issues.

    What about the implementation team?

UiPath Platform implementation is done by a different person. I am doing something related to requirement gathering and solution architect type.

What other advice do I have?

I am familiar with UiPath Platform.

For now, we can discuss the on-premises version. I am familiar with the on-premises version, and it only takes a few hours.

One person can do the deployment.

We are using the vendor's UiPath Academy courses.

The biggest benefit I have seen from UiPath Academy is the availability of lots of features and new training. Whatever upgrade is coming from UiPath Platform, all the details are already there. If you have untrained UiPath Platform resources, you can train them within two to three days and refer them to use UiPath Academy. Multiple courses, both new and older, are already there, so they can start working through training as everything is available. I have completed multiple training sessions and certifications from UiPath Academy along with my team.

When comparing the price of UiPath Platform with Blue Prism , UiPath Platform's price is lesser than Blue Prism 's product. I would rate this review experience a nine out of ten.

Unified orchestration has streamlined human and digital agents and now empowers prompt‑based automation

    Reviewed on Jul 10, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

    What is most valuable?

The most valuable features I find in UiPath Platform  include orchestration, which can be used widely to orchestrate UiPath robots, UiPath agents, and human in the loop, as well as agents and robots from other technologies, allowing me to manage all agents, humans, and robots on the same platform.

The second feature is the possibility to make the human in the loop, enabling validation at a particular step, and the third feature is that now with Agentic, I can develop without having necessary good skills in development, as I can create good agents and robots just by prompting.

    What needs improvement?

I see weaknesses in UiPath Platform , particularly the model of licensing, as the enterprise level is currently at $40,000,000, which is not feasible for all client segments, especially since the majority want to start small and then adopt the tool step-by-step, but are obliged to pay $40,000 just to access the platform without robots.

To make UiPath Platform better, it would be beneficial to integrate more models, allowing the possibility to create my own models in terms of Agentic and AI, which is very important. Additionally, while we do have a governance layer in orchestration, it is not very mature at the moment.

For how long have I used the solution?

Overall, I have been dealing with UiPath Platform for nine or ten years, having worked with the tool at Capgemini before, Atos , and after I joined UiPath, I have worked for UiPath for one year.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

There is still room for improvement in terms of stability, performance, capacity, features, and maturity.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate the technical support provided by UiPath as very good, especially in terms of robotic and Agentic, as I do not need very extensive technical support since it is primarily about migrating or upgrading licenses, while other necessary support is included in the training.

    How was the initial setup?

I find it easy to deploy UiPath Platform now, as it is much easier than before when installing Orchestrator, robots, studios, and ensuring communication among them was very complicated, especially for high availability, but now there is a really easy way to install it without any issues.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

If we discuss competitors, I should split them into two categories: robotic and Agentic. In terms of robotic, I can mention Automation Anywhere , Blue Prism , and others, but they are not at the same level due to factors such as availability of resources, as it is easier to find someone who mastered UiPath than someone with Automation Anywhere  or Blue Prism .

Regarding Agentic, the major competitors currently are specific ones such as Salesforce , SAP, and others that have already integrated Agentic into their platforms, making it difficult for UiPath to convince customers to adopt UiPath Agentic.

What other advice do I have?

When I talk about Agentic automation, I can say there is a big difference between robot automation and Agentic automation, as I can do both in UiPath Platform just by prompting.

I think UiPath Academy courses are well done, as they have been for eight or nine years, and it is the only platform I use for my teams to train them, making it widely sufficient for them to be autonomous on UiPath.

Currently, UiPath Platform offers robotic capabilities, and while there is the option for on-premises deployment starting from April, there are no clients using the on-premises system yet; especially since major clients are in Dubai where there is a data center, it is challenging to convince the public sector to adopt a cloud solution, which is a significant issue at the moment.

I think UiPath user community is good, as they are very active.

UiPath Platform is widely adopted in my region, but I believe it should be promoted more.

I would rate this review an eight out of ten.
