Automation has streamlined invoice and server workflows but licensing still needs improvement

    Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for UiPath Platform is orchestrating workflows and processes. In finance and accounting, we have tasks that we do automatically. One of those tasks involves reading invoices, using Document Understanding, reconciliation, and purchase orders.

    What is most valuable?

Using UiPath Platform for invoice reading has changed my workflow. Based on UiPath Platform features, it is quite simple and we integrated successfully. The specific feature in UiPath Platform that stands out to me as most helpful for my work with invoices is the automation builder. What I appreciate most about it is that it is easy to use, understandable, flexible, and developers can also use it.

UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization. We used UiPath Platform bots proactively to check the servers, and if a service is down, we execute and reach transcripts before a human gets a notification. The best features UiPath Platform offers for server monitoring and automation include integrations of services, such as business and orchestration dashboards. That has worked well for us. We used it with other systems such as SAP and Oracle. We have not faced many challenges. It is simple and straightforward.

    What needs improvement?

Regarding improvements, recently launched features continue to improve. Unique and ready-made license costs should be addressed. UiPath Platform should work on the licensing information. On the product side, I feel there is no need to improve since there are too many features.

Even with AI, the accuracy is not one hundred percent accurate. We can estimate around eighty to eighty-five percent accuracy. Regarding UiPath Platform's AI capabilities, governance can be set, and coming to the security standpoint, it is quite lagging, but UiPath Platform is providing improvements.

I believe they should work on licensing because most customers will be concerned about the licensing.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    UiPath Platform is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability-wise, we can increase the bots based on our job needs for specific jobs.

How are customer service and support?

UiPath Platform's customer support is quite good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before choosing UiPath Platform, we evaluated other options and went with Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.

    How was the initial setup?

We are not using the coding agents.

    What was our ROI?

For relevant metrics, UiPath Platform will definitely provide return on investment. It is around forty to fifty percent return, extra return. If we invest one hundred rupees, the return follows accordingly.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Regarding my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing, this is the main area UiPath Platform should work on. UiPath Platform should focus on licensing. We are partners with UiPath Platform.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using UiPath Platform is that if your use case requires AI agents and RPA bots, then UiPath Platform is the best option to use. However, the licensing will be somewhat costly, though UiPath Platform will negotiate the pricing. I would rate UiPath Platform a seven on a scale of one to ten. I rate it a seven because whatever UiPath Platform is launching, the AI features and the efficiency are better.

Automation has transformed routine reports and now frees teams for higher value decisions

    Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for UiPath Platform is automations to develop bots for deterministic tasks.

An example of a deterministic task I automate with UiPath Platform is a report that we have to create, which is about developing a dashboard for customer satisfaction. At the end of every support call, a survey is sent to the customer, and when they respond, it comes to a survey platform. We run a report and curate it to different teams at HP. A human was taking about six hours approximately, and I developed a bot on UiPath Platform, which runs the report in mere eight minutes.

Regarding my main use cases with UiPath Platform, I have had a few other use cases, a few related to report generations itself and few sending completion reports. If you have to send a completion report at the end of the week or every week to a manager, we have automated that as well.

We are mainly looking at agentic automations for processes that involve unstructured information, multiple systems, or which require some level of decision making rather than just straightforward rule-based tasks. One example would be document processing or email processing. As an AI agent, an agent can understand the intent of incoming email, it can identify the relevant information from attachments or documents, it can classify the request and determine what action needs to happen next. UiPath robots can handle the repeated execution. Another area is exceptional handling. In traditional RPA, an unexpected scenario causes the workflow to stop. Somebody has to investigate what happened and then fix it. With agentic automation, an agent can analyze the exception and look for the available information and determine whether it matches a scenario or not.

We are also looking at data validation and reconciliation. When information comes from multiple sources, an agent can compare the information, identify the discrepancies and explain what appears to be wrong. Another use case can also be knowledge-intensive support processes. Instead of having an employee search through multiple documents to find an answer, the AI agent can provide the relevant information and provide a summary response. This will not just save time, it will also save a tech lead or a team leader's time.

    What is most valuable?

One of the best features UiPath Platform offers is that it is user-friendly. That is one of the biggest strengths and its end-to-end automation capabilities, ease of use, and definitely strong AI integration. It is not just about automating repetitive tasks now; you can automate desktop and web applications as well. You can integrate APIs, handle documents, and now the latest capabilities to build AI-powered agents. I would also say that it has a low code approach so that even a beginner can start with UiPath Platform seamlessly.

Not necessarily a developer, but even a business user can develop automations. Those who are native to programming have the flexibility to handle more complex scenarios. This is because of the features that UiPath Platform has.

When it comes to how UiPath Platform has impacted my organization positively, I would definitely say it has reduced manual effort and improved process efficiency. The most stress is on the manual effort. It has helped us automate repetitive rule-based tasks, saves a lot of time. It reduces human errors because it is deterministic. It is black or white, there is no gray area. It always gives better accuracy and better consistency because the same process is executed in the same way every time. A human can make an error, different team members can make different errors, but a bot will not. Another positive impact is that our teams can spend more time on higher value work instead of those mundane repetitive tasks. Overall, it has made an impact on improving productivity and standardized processes.

One of the biggest benefits we have seen is freeing up employee time and reducing human error. Many business processes involve repetitive activities. There is no process that is free of repetitive activities. There will be some process, possibly like entering the data or moving the information between applications or giving an approval or the best use case is generating reports. Many teams spend a lot of time generating reports, which can definitely be automated because it is very deterministic. When these activities are performed manually, there is always a possibility of errors, especially when the workload is high. With UiPath Platform, we can automate these steps and make execution much more consistent. The automation follows predefined rules and performs the same steps every time. This improves efficiency as well as reduces effort. The time savings are definitely significant. Employees do not have to spend a huge part of the day just doing this. Rather, they can focus on exception handling, they can focus on analysis or any other decision-making tasks. From a business perspective, this has helped us improve productivity, turnaround time and process consistency. The impact is not just saving hours, it is about employee well-being as well. It is about using employee capacity more effectively while we have better consistency or better quality.

    What needs improvement?

UiPath Platform is already quite comprehensive, but if I have to name a few areas that it can be improved, the first thing I would say is licensing. Licensing and pricing could be less complex, more affordable and more transparent, especially for the organizations who are just starting up or trying to scale. Another area that can be improved is that some advanced features have a steeper learning curve, making them more intuitive would help developers and business users. Finally, I would like to also say tighter integration between RPA, AI and agentic process, so it is easier to build intelligent end-to-end processes without having to connect multiple components manually.

One area that I would like to emphasize about the needed improvements is overall platform simplicity. UiPath Platform has a lot of capabilities, and it is something great that we all would like to stick to UiPath Platform, but sometimes finding the right feature or understanding how different components fit in together can take time. I would like to see better troubleshooting and debugging guidelines. In cases where automations fail because of integrations or environment-related issues, better guidance and better indication will be helpful. As agentic automations are becoming more important day by day, making these capabilities easier makes it easier to adopt and manage at enterprise scale that would make the platform even stronger.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for about eight years now.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

UiPath Platform is very stable. That is one of the reasons for choosing UiPath Platform. The bots were necessary because of wrong input file or some business rule that was changed, but we have never seen the automation fail because of UiPath Platform. UiPath Platform is indeed very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability is a very good feature. Be it one user, be it ten users, be it hundred or a thousand users, we have never seen the performance dip. Scalability is one of the features any organization would opt for UiPath Platform. On a scale of zero to ten, I would give it ten.

How are customer service and support?

Customer service is amazing, as good as UiPath Platform's community interaction. When you log a ticket, a UiPath representative will get in touch with you. When it comes to customer delight, UiPath Platform has a huge team who will come to your rescue for any kind of issue. Regardless of whether the issue is with UiPath Platform or not with UiPath Platform, they will document that and resolve the issue and give you an indicator to get it fixed. I would rate customer service as ten out of ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before UiPath Platform, we used a combination of manual processes, scripts running, and some other automation approaches. The main reason we moved to UiPath Platform was those approaches worked well for individual problems. The major problem we had was when it came to scaling and managing centrally. A small script can automate one task very effectively, but when you have hundreds of processes across different teams, you need proper orchestration, monitoring and security as well. UiPath Platform definitely gives a complete enterprise platform with studio equipment orchestration for centralized management, so we could move from individual automations to a more structured automation program. Another reason was the ability to automate across different types of applications. Any organization will have a mix of web applications. There will be desktop applications, and some can be modern applications and some can be legacy systems. When it comes to legacy systems, it is very difficult, and UiPath Platform has a better edge. You can have the applications involving files, emails, APIs. UiPath Platform provides a platform for connecting to these different environments. As I said, UiPath Platform was easier to standardize across the organization, and we could establish common development practices. The switch was not necessarily because the previous solutions did not work; they worked for specific use cases. The main reason for the UiPath Platform switch is better scalability, centralized management and governance.

    What was our ROI?

One of the metrics, the most important metric is ROI, return on investment. How many dollars have you saved? A bare minimum idea is not looking less than a hundred k dollars saving or at least five to six headcount saving. This is a huge impact. There is significant time savings. This is mainly because the tasks that previously took hours of manual effort, now can run automatically. The most important metric would be ROI, improving productivity, and having better efficiency. The biggest productivity improvement is that the team can focus on more value-added work rather than the same mundane tasks. UiPath Platform has impacted us with faster processing time and freeing up employee capacity.

We have seen a clear return on investment with UiPath Platform. The biggest returns come from time saved and increased employee capacity. For the processes that we have automated, I estimate that we typically achieved around thirty to forty percent reduction in manual effort. In some high volume cases, the reduction has been even higher. This translates into a significant number of employee hours saved. We have seen faster processing time, roughly forty to fifty percent in some workflows because the automation can run continuously without waiting for somebody to manually pick it up. From a financial perspective, we look at the ROI by comparing the automation and licensing costs against the capacity released or the reduced work. For that process with sufficient transaction volume, the investment has paid back relatively quickly and relatively well. One important point is that we do not necessarily view the benefit as reducing the number of employees. Instead, we use the capacity difference. The employees who previously spent several hours on a repetitive task can now do it much faster. Other than the activities, which require human judgment. I would say thirty-three percent less manual effort and forty to fifty percent faster processing time.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Overall, I would say the sentiment is positive from a capability perspective, but the cost structure can be a little complex. The initial setup cost depends quite a bit on the scale of the implementation. For a small proof of concept, the investment can be relatively manageable. When you move to an enterprise deployment with multiple developers, in this setup, you will have attended as well as unattended robots, orchestration capabilities and additional improvements.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We never looked into a different platform. With the buzz on UiPath Platform, we definitely got a sense of security, so we went ahead with it. We attended community meetups and we opted for UiPath Platform.

What other advice do I have?

The advice I would say is to go ahead and have a look at your own applications and go ahead and brainstorm what your company's infrastructure is. Think about what predominant applications you use. If you definitely have a mix of web applications, I would definitely not think twice to opt for UiPath Platform. In terms of licensing, numbers, and pricing matters. I give this review an overall rating of nine out of ten.

Automation has transformed invoice management and continues to reduce manual work across teams

    Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

There are many use cases, and the current one is vendor invoice management. Vendor invoice management is a process where we receive invoices from vendors, reconcile them, verify the check from SAP, and then post it on SAP. In UiPath Platform, we are using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator. For reporting, we are using UiPath Insights. We are also using UiPath Forms and Apps where human decision is required in cases of getting approval for verification. We use UiPath Forms on the Action Center, and post-approval, we get it posted on SAP.

UiPath Platform is helping us in categorizing workflows because we are using long-running workflows. We send a request to the human, and once the human approves or rejects, we take a decision. UiPath Platform Forms, long-running workflows, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Insights dashboard reporting for each stage are used for this process.

    What is most valuable?

There are many best features available in UiPath Platform. Currently, we are getting used to UiPath Platform Document Understanding, UiPath IXP, and UiPath Action Center. Going ahead, we have UiPath Platform Autopilot and UiPath Platform Agents, which is a pretty extensive list of useful features.

Document Understanding gives us the flexibility that with IXP, we don't have to train the documents. We just upload them and the AI does the work for us. We have all important fields in the invoice extracted for us. This reduces the manual workload and is very useful. The Action Center provides a user screen where all the data extracted by the agent or UiPath Platform is shown on the screen, and the user can decide whether this is correct. If it is not correct, they have the option to override the values there and we can continue. That is a good feature.

Agents are an evolving feature, and UiPath Platform is best suited for complex processes compared to other tools in the market. With other tools, we cannot code it for complex processes, but here, UiPath Platform gives us the feature to integrate any amount of complex processes. It has a lot of features with all modern things done with ease. UiPath Platform has brought us a lot of projects and is helping us in our day-to-day life. We have completely automated our HR system and everything is happening through UiPath Platform bots. There is a lot of positivity and people have become friendly with it now.

    What needs improvement?

UiPath Platform can be improved by better handling of updates. Whenever there is something new, they keep forcing customers to upgrade. They should bring a feature that allows auto-translation for future updates to avoid the pain of upgrading every time they release a new package, as they remove some old features. This has to be addressed as it makes it difficult for users to keep up as new versions are approved.

The pain points include necessary updates to support documents or documentation. It would be helpful to provide real-time examples for a feature, usage, and configuration. While this is getting updated on UiPath Platform Academy, support documents updated with the latest information will be highly beneficial.

Redoing updates and manually updating the code for the latest features is necessary only because of these issues. Apart from that, everything looks good.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for more than five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In the long run, we cannot judge something on the AI because it is still in the early stages. We are still not in a position to judge this appropriately. It is too early.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

UiPath Platform gives a lot of options for scalability. We are using it and finding it very useful.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is quick, but sometimes they keep asking the same set of questions again and again, which delays the answers. Customer support is trying to support, but in most scenarios it gets delayed.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

In our company, we directly started with UiPath Platform only. There were plans of using Microsoft Power Automate as well, but it is useful only for simple use cases. For more complex use cases, almost everything is done using UiPath Platform.

The ones mostly considered were Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere.

    How was the initial setup?

It was really easy because of our vendor. We had a partner who helped us negotiate the contract with UiPath Platform. The setup cost was not significant as we went directly with the cloud. The licensing was on a yearly model, which was fair and transparent.

    What about the implementation team?

We have used UiPath Platform Academy courses to transition for all new features such as the Action Center. Watching the exact videos helps us understand the exact steps, what to do, and what the outputs are. It gives us a good way to understand and learn.

    What was our ROI?

There was definitely a lot of time saved with the RPA. We have stopped hiring in our product team and are managing with bots instead, which saves employee time. There are fewer errors and it allows a standard approach to follow as per the CoE.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

You can go ahead easily with UiPath Platform after checking the pricing. Although the pricing is a little costlier than other market tools, you can leverage UiPath Platform components to reduce the workload on employees. It prevents new resource hires and makes the process more efficient and intelligent.

What other advice do I have?

Governance and security are really good because we can implement guardrails now. You can bring in your model if needed. UiPath Platform gives the flexibility to integrate security in line with organizational needs.

Initially, the accuracy compared to local LLMs is good because they have integrated it with the cloud. Most things remain reliable.

We have not used it on a large scale yet, just for email classification and providing email responses. Going ahead, we plan to use more agents. Agentic use cases are deployed where fixed rules are better, and where scenarios are complicated, agents are more efficient.

UiPath Platform community is extremely helpful. You can post questions and receive support from experts around the world. This active community is a strong asset. I would rate this review as 8.5 out of 10.

Automation has transformed invoice processing and document workflows with intelligent AI agents

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for UiPath Platform is that I primarily use it for the working automation part and also for building automation for repetitive tasks and document processing, having also worked with AI powered features like document understanding and AI center to understand how intelligent automation can improve business processes.

One workflow I automated using UiPath Platform was an invoice processing and data entry process, where the bot extracted invoice details from PDF using OCR and document understanding, entered the data into the company's ERP system automatically, generated a report, and sent email notifications in case of exceptions.

    What is most valuable?

The best features UiPath Platform offers are that it provides almost everything needed for end-to-end automation in one place, including UiPath Studio for building workflows, Orchestrator for managing and monitoring automations, and document understanding for extracting information from documents, along with very useful AI and machine learning integration for building intelligent automation solutions.

UiPath Platform has had a very positive impact on my organization by reducing the time spent on repetitive manual tasks and improving overall process efficiency, as seen after automating invoice processing and data entry, making the workflow much faster and more accurate with fewer human errors.

    What needs improvement?

I am overall very satisfied with UiPath Platform but believe there are areas for improvement, such as the licensing model being potentially expensive for smaller organizations and startups, as well as the desire for more built-in AI templates and reusable components for faster intelligent automations.

While I find the overall user experience very good, I would appreciate tighter integration with more third-party enterprise applications and cloud services, and having faster responses for complex technical issues would be beneficial while enhancing the debugging experience for greater productivity.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform since April 2025.

How are customer service and support?

My experience with UiPath customer support has been very positive, with the support team being responsive and knowledgeable, and I have often found valuable resources in the community and documentation.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Before using UiPath Platform, I had some exposure to Microsoft Power Automate and evaluated it alongside Automation Anywhere, where UiPath stood out due to its extensive activity library and strong community support.

    What was our ROI?

We have seen a positive return on investment from using UiPath Platform, with the example of our invoice processing automation reducing processing time by sixty to seventy-five percent and data accuracy improving over ninety percent.

In one of the automation projects, we reduced the processing time for invoice handling and data entry by around seventy to eighty percent compared to the manual process, where what used to take several minutes for each document is now completed in less than a minute by the bot, with data accuracy improving to over ninety percent.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I find the experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing to be positive, with UiPath Platform providing a comprehensive set of features for enterprise automation that are straightforward to deploy thanks to good documentation.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

In comparing UiPath Platform's approach to coding agent integration with other platforms, what stood out was its mature ecosystem that seamlessly combines development, AI, and RPA tools.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for those looking into using UiPath Platform is to start by identifying repetitive processes for quick wins, utilize UiPath Academy for a strong foundation, and gradually scale to more complex workflows while leveraging the community for support.

I have completed several courses through UiPath Academy, which have been very valuable in building my AI and RPA skills, offering well-structured content covering everything from fundamentals to advanced topics, including hands-on exercises that allowed immediate application.

I have had a very positive experience with UiPath community, benefiting from helpful resources for technical glitches and learning opportunities through webinars, user group meetups, and events like the UiPath Developer Conference 2026.

I have explored UiPath Communications Mining for automating the processing of incoming emails and customer messages, allowing it to classify messages based on content and intent, triggering different workflows accordingly.

Monitoring the tone and sentiment of messages has helped us prioritize customer interactions effectively, allowing urgent issues to route automatically to the appropriate support team for quicker resolutions.

I have explored AgenTik automation for building intelligent automation solutions that require decision-making, allowing AI agents and RPA bots to automate complex workflows while having human involvement for exceptions.

We are using AgenTik automation for several intelligent business processes, especially for intelligent document processing where AI agents analyze documents, extract information, and validate data for updating business systems.

By leveraging AgenTik automation, we have seen positive outcomes such as reducing manual effort by around fifty five to seventy percent in request handling, shortening overall processing time by nearly forty to fifty percent, and increasing accuracy to over ninety to ninety five percent.

For coding agents, we have used GitHub Copilot and Cursor AI to enhance our development and troubleshooting of UiPath Platform automations, with one notable use in the invoice processing workflow where coding agents helped generate code, suggest expressions, and identify issues.

I give UiPath Platform a review rating of ten out of ten.

Automation has transformed logistics workflows and saves significant time with AI-driven agents

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

UiPath Platform has multiple use cases that I have developed. I am currently working in the logistics department where I am automating many logistics-related processes. Previously, I worked in the medical department and also in the transportation department. I have worked on more than a hundred automations that I have completed.

One specific example of a logistics process I automated with UiPath Platform is shunting rebooking. There is a legacy application called Softship Line that receives input email data. The bot reads that data including the rebooking data based on business logic and populates it to the Softship Line to book the bookings by providing vessel details, vessel invoice details, port of origin, and destination port. All those details get populated based on business logic and validations, and then it sends a confirmation for the booking completion. When there are multiple bookings, I run through a multi-bot architecture which sends a confirmation email at the end of all the bookings to the users.

Currently, I am also working on an email classification agent. I am building Azure AI Azure Foundry where I am creating agents and then through the agent I am calling into UiPath Platform, utilizing the API to expose those agents. I use the agent to classify the emails and read the exam based on the prompting, and then I populate the data to the application. This is a hybrid model that I am using with the bot.

    What is most valuable?

The best features UiPath Platform offers are the connectors because I do not have to build anything since there are multiple connectors and multiple activities that are available nowadays. Most of the things are already available in UiPath Platform now. I would say the connector is what I like the most on UiPath Platform.

I connect UiPath Platform to SharePoint and email most often, utilizing Office 365 connectors to connect to OneDrive, SharePoint, and email. I work mostly on Microsoft products, and these connectors really help me make things quicker instead of doing custom coding that takes much time, thus saving a lot of time to build automation.

The features in UiPath Platform are very good, particularly when compared to other platforms like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. UiPath Platform has reached a level where it has many features and activities that are available right now which can just be dragged and dropped into use. One new feature that I particularly like is agentic automation development, although I do not have a license to use it, but I have seen it in videos and it looks really nice to have.

UiPath Platform has positively impacted my organization as I am completely into UiPath Platform with almost 50 plus automations running. It has saved many hours and helped business users automate many processes, saving time for them and working 24/7, even during holidays.

    What needs improvement?

I really do not see any necessary improvements for UiPath Platform as everything is in place and it is a very good product. I would suggest that if the consumption of AI units can get reduced or if I can use community additions, that would be one thing to consider; otherwise, everything looks top-notch.

All is good and there are no further improvements needed for UiPath Platform.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using UiPath Platform for around six or seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    UiPath Platform is very stable.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is very good; whenever I encounter issues, I just need to create a ticket and everything gets resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

I would rate customer support a nine or ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

From the start, I have been using UiPath Platform and do not have any experience using a different solution.

    What was our ROI?

There has definitely been a return on investment; although I cannot provide exact details, I have reduced the number of developers from six to four as I can complete tasks with the coding agents.

What other advice do I have?

I do not have any specific metrics to share regarding hours saved or money saved because I do not track that; it is an internal product and process.

I do not have anything else to add regarding the needed improvements; everything is in place and looks good to me.

I have not explored the AI governance and security aspects, so I cannot comment on that side.

I have tried some things with the AI capabilities of UiPath Platform and found that the accuracy is very good; for readable documents, the AI extracts data properly which is working really nicely on the agentic side of it, better than other platforms.

I have not utilized UiPath Academy courses till now.

I have participated in UiPath's user community and found it very nice to visit the UiPath office in Bangalore where a showcase of new products happened, allowing me to connect with people from various domains, share thoughts, project ideas, and innovations, which helps me stay updated on UiPath Platform.

As of now, I am not using any agentic automations; I am using UiPath Platform along with Azure Foundry agents but have not implemented native UiPath agentic automation.

I have not used the UiPath Communication Mining features till now.

Recently, I upgraded UiPath Studio to the latest version, utilizing UiPath's Autopilot, which includes the coding agent Claude 4.7. I use it to build complex logics, as I provide prompts and it validates all the logics, runs automatically, verifies test cases, and checks for any issues, thus helping me resolve issues and speed up the process.

Adopting UiPath Platform for coding agents has measurably increased my team's productivity by almost 40 to 50%, so I just provide prompts and verify the results.

I do not have pricing, setup cost, and licensing details, as that information is with my manager.

I definitely recommend others use UiPath Platform for their automation processes because it has everything needed; it really is an all-in-one product suite.

My overall rating for this review is 10.
