I appreciate SAP S/4HANA Cloud for its strong integration capabilities and real-time data processing, which are essential for seamless business operations. The transition from traditional ERP systems was smooth, thanks to SAP's structured onboarding support. Its cloud-based model significantly reduces maintenance efforts, eliminating concerns about manual updates, server downtimes, or complex backups, as everything is handled through automated patches and monitoring. I find the built-in analytics and reporting features particularly valuable, as they enable faster, data-driven decision-making. The application supports multiple business functions under one platform, which reduces data fragmentation and improves visibility, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration. The in-memory HANA database is a major advantage, providing real-time performance even with large transactional data volumes. Additionally, I value the automatic updates, cloud security, and minimal maintenance, which allows the team to focus more on optimization rather than system upkeep. The product also offers flexibility and scalability, crucial for growing business needs, and SAP's global support network ensures that it evolves with changing requirements. The Fiori dashboard's user-friendly interface offers a clean, role-based view of reports and tasks, simplifying administration and improving usability. Altogether, SAP S/4HANA Cloud's combination of stability, scalability, and integration provide a complete ecosystem that connects finance, procurement, supply chain, and analytics efficiently, making it one of the most effective ERP platforms we've worked with.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would like SAP S/4HANA Cloud to offer a more customizable user interface and greater system flexibility. While the Fiori interface is user-friendly, some screens feel rigid, making it difficult to tailor workflows or layouts to specific departmental needs without in-depth configuration knowledge. Additionally, the initial configuration and integration setup can be complex for smaller IT teams, so having more guided, automated setup options for data migration or interface mapping would make the adoption process smoother.

I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to streamline and centralize business operations, solving data fragmentation and improving visibility. It reduces maintenance efforts, enhances cross-department collaboration, and enables real-time analytics for faster decision-making, optimizing process efficiency and system stability.

What do you like best about the product?

I find SAP HANA Cloud incredibly efficient at handling and processing large volumes of data. Its in-memory computing and seamless integration features allow me to run SQL queries much faster and test ETL pipelines with ease. The real-time dashboards available through SAP HANA Cloud are particularly useful for making quick, informed decisions. The way it integrates easily with SAP and non-SAP applications, as well as APIs and cloud services, enhances its utility for me. I also appreciate the lower cost and scalable infrastructure of the system, which would make me consider purchasing it again. Additionally, setting up SAP HANA Cloud was not difficult, which made the transition smoother for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the system performance during peak data loads problematic. Sometimes, heavy analytical queries or multiple integrations can slow down the response time.

SAP HANA Cloud helps me process large volumes of data efficiently with in-memory computing and seamless integration, ensuring real-time analytics and quick SQL query execution, simplifying ETL pipeline testing.

What do you like best about the product?

I find the ability of SAP S/4HANA Cloud to process huge volumes of data in memory incredibly beneficial. This feature significantly aids my decision-making by providing real-time dashboards that deliver results quickly and efficiently. The scalable infrastructure of the platform is another standout advantage, accommodating growth and changes in my project seamlessly. Moreover, the unified data view across departments enhances collaboration and helps maintain consistency in operations. I have a high appreciation for these aspects, as they collectively enable streamlined and effective project management.

What do you dislike about the product?

I feel that SAP S/4HANA Cloud is expensive to maintain and involves costs for manual scaling, which I find burdensome. Additionally, I believe there is room for improvement in the user interface and the ease of customization, making it more user-friendly and adaptable to specific needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use SAP S/4HANA Cloud for real-time decision-making with quick results and data processing of huge volumes. It offers a scalable infrastructure and a unified data view across departments, despite its maintenance costs.

What do you like best about the product?

Its easy to use out of the box. Configuration is much simpler than on premise. Also the interface is smooth. Subscription fee seems lower than other solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its a bit rigid, some document types cannot be created (such as maintenance order type). Workflow seems a bit underwhelming, we can only do simple flow. The most disappointing feature is Jouille, the AI is hard to set up and it’s capability is not as good as ChatGPT or Gemini. Even clients are not found of this feature

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It can give a much lower costs compare to other SAP products but meet the expectation of some small or middle size companies. We can do quick implementation as well.

What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is how seamlessly it integrates different business processes in one unified platform. The real-time analytics and intuitive dashboards make decision-making much faster and more data-driven. I also appreciate the clean, modern interface — it feels less cluttered compared to traditional ERP systems. Plus, the flexibility of being cloud-based means easy scalability and reduced IT overhead, which is a big win for growing teams.

What do you dislike about the product?

While SAP S/4HANA Cloud is powerful, I do feel there’s a learning curve — especially for new users coming from non-SAP systems. Some of the navigation paths can feel a bit complex initially, and certain customizations require more technical support than expected. Also, occasional system lags during peak usage can slow down workflows. That said, once you get used to the environment, it becomes much smoother to operate.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is helping bring together multiple business functions that were previously scattered across different tools. It centralizes finance, procurement, and supply chain data, which makes tracking and reporting much easier. Real-time insights into operations mean fewer delays and better forecasting accuracy. It’s also reduced manual work — a lot of repetitive tasks are now automated, which saves time and minimizes human error. Overall, it’s made our workflows more transparent, efficient, and collaborative.
