What do you like best about the product?
I find SAP S/4HANA Cloud easy to use, and it makes extracting information straightforward. I appreciate that it provides structured data and offers insights which are really helpful for preparing audit procedures. The embedded analytics is another feature I value as it delivers insightful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the data extraction process time-consuming with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The restricted database access, data volume, and authentication checks add to the complexity.

Moving away from legacy SAP systems can be laborious and complicated. Additionally, the cloud's standardized framework limits custom logic and performance tuning.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main challenges with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its limited flexibility for deep customizations, especially when compared to traditional SAP on-premise systems. This can be restrictive for organizations with complex requirements. Adapting to SAP's standard best-practice processes often demands significant change management efforts. Users transitioning from legacy environments may also face a steep learning curve. To ensure a successful implementation, it is usually necessary to have experienced SAP professionals involved. Furthermore, both licensing and subscription costs can be relatively high, which is particularly impactful for small to mid-sized organizations, making a thorough cost-benefit analysis essential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, a lot of time was spent dealing with slow systems, disconnected data, and manual work just to get basic reports or answers. SAP S/4HANA Cloud brings everything into one integrated platform, so finance, supply chain, and operations are all working from the same real-time data. This has made it much easier to understand what’s actually happening in the business and respond quickly when something changes.
It has also reduced the day-to-day burden on IT and business teams. There’s no longer a constant focus on system maintenance or upgrades, and processes are more standardized and reliable. As a result, teams spend less time fixing issues or reconciling numbers and more time focusing on analysis, planning, and improving overall business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its real-time data processing and analytics capabilities. The system delivers quick insights that support faster decision-making and helps streamline end-to-end business processes. Its modern user interface and seamless integration across modules also make daily operations more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is that some configurations are limited compared to on-premise versions, which can make it challenging to customize certain processes. Additionally, system updates are frequent, and while they improve functionality, they sometimes require extra testing and adaptation on the business side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
