    What do you like best about the product?
    We've started to better use the objects in Rocketlane to take more advantage of the automation that's available. It's much easier to keep ourselves and our customers on track now that we've fully embraced the tools.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    They changed the default view for external users and swim lane view is my favorite way to present information. I love that they're iterating but that outcome isn't my favorite.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We're using Rocketlane to run very complex multi-month onboardings. It's helping keep anything from falling through the cracks and keeping everybody on track in a way that hasn't been possible before.

    We can track project time slots all in one platform, which makes it easier to stay organized and keep everything in one place.

    Nothing to complain about—everything is good now. I genuinely like the Rocketlane platform.

    It would be helpful to have an option to copy rows from the previous week.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It makes it easy to create tasks and split work effectively. and filling of timesheet too
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There’s no option to copy rows in the timesheet, which makes it harder to reuse the same entries and slows down filling it out.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What stood out to me was how Rocketlane brings project activities, documentation, and communication into one place. Before using it, I often had to check multiple tools to understand project status. Now I can quickly see what tasks are pending, who is responsible, and what updates have been shared.

    I also like the project portal because it gives everyone involved visibility without needing constant follow-up messages. The reporting section has been helpful for tracking progress and identifying delays early. Integrations with other business tools reduce manual updates, and the overall platform has been reliable during day-to-day use.

    Another benefit I didn't expect was how much time is saved when project information is centralized. Instead of searching through emails and spreadsheets, most information is available within a few clicks.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Rocketlane offers many customization options, which is useful in the long run, but it can feel overwhelming when you're first setting everything up. It took some time to understand how to structure templates and workflows in a way that matched our process.

    I would also like to see improvements in the mobile experience and additional flexibility in custom reporting. The current reports are useful, but sometimes I want more filtering options when reviewing project performance.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before using Rocketlane, project information was often spread across spreadsheets, emails, meeting notes, and separate collaboration tools. This made it difficult to maintain visibility into project progress, track responsibilities, and ensure stakeholders had access to the latest information.

    Rocketlane solved this by creating a centralized workspace where project plans, documentation, communication, resource tracking, and customer collaboration can be managed together. Now project updates, task ownership, milestones, and status information are available in a single location.

    As a result, coordination has improved, project visibility is better, and less time is spent searching for information or following up manually. Automated workflows and integrated reporting have helped reduce administrative effort, while the customer-facing portal provides greater transparency throughout project execution. This has led to more consistent project delivery, better accountability, and improved overall efficiency

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how Rocketlane feels more professionally structured for combining project management and customer communication into one single tool. The auto reminders and updates/status features are very helpful because they avoid the need for manual follow-ups. I also find the project tracking dashboard easy to understand, which helps me manage the current project status. Rocketlane made it easier to manage projects with one centralized platform, compared to the inefficiency of juggling multiple tools like Excel sheets and Teamlogger.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think for a first-time onboarded user, it gets confusing and it's overwhelming looking at multiple options. Need to improve the navigation option, or some guide to navigate. Might be great if there's a search tool that will help if users have queries. The initial setup was a bit challenging, as the team took time to understand the platform and UI. There was confusion at the start, then things became smoother once the team got familiar with it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Rocketlane helps me manage tasks, timelines, and project progress, enabling on-time tracking and direct client communication. It centralizes project-related tasks, eliminating inefficiency from using multiple tools.
