    What do you like best about the product?
    The collaboration aspect of it. It provides an easy way to organize data and retrieve it for use for reports and updates.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The cost, the absurb license requirements and the fact that it can only be shared with other licensed users. I think it does a lot of buffering connecting references and links. I spend more time waiting than I feel is necessary. Some of the features don't work well, like the Data Shuttle filters if you are trying to find items that do not include specific texts. I the the cost is expensive and there should be a bigger discount for non profits. I feel like I have never contacted customer support and they provided me real solutions. I think that it is more of a waste of time. I always figure out what to do on my own with no help. I use Smartsheet everyday and I love the app, but there are some issues that can get better.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use it to collect data from participants and track registrations. This is helpful because I can use it to create status reports and share with the board. I like that it can be duplicated for the next event so I don't have to make it from scratch. I like that its user friendly, even though it takes a while to connect to references.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Its a flexible tool that can be used to support various teams. We enjoy how versatile it is and how we can customize it to our own use. It is easy to train new hires and integrate to other workflows.

    Often times the membership structure is confusing.

    The tool helps with managing project workflows and large scale complex projects.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is user friendly, easy to operator. you can learn it pretty quick if you have some level of excel skills and smartsheet is just a better tool to enhance the team collaboration.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The alert function is too basic, doesn't have more advance alert or sheet interaction function. Equation has to be re-built if you transfer from excel. The system is limited for some regulatory limited uses.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    team collaboration. It is really easy to get feed back or any sort of submission by using smart sheet.

    I very much enjoy the different features and different views of the of projects that I create. I like that you can setup a status report which helps eliminate other systems.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really love how easy it is to use given existing familiarity with systems like excel, and how simple it was to set up cross-sheet automations to make sure different deparments are still working synchronously without needing to constantly communicate with each other. We use it daily for all our work and it integrates into our workflow very well. Our representative has also been friendly and responsive.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It took a while to get some of our team who are less familiar with spreadsheets comfortable with Smartsheet, and it's not ideal for some of our use cases, just becuase of the formulaic nature of our work. It's still a huge improvement over our prior tasking and collaboration system, however.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Smartsheet automates how tasks are handled for us by allowing us to set many complex criteria for task prioritisation for our different clients, as well as making sure that our task handling is updated based on whether our client's bills have been paid, while still being straightforward to use and flexible when new challenges arise which require changes in our workflow. It saves everyone time and also gives us a clear and readable record of work performed for clients.
