    Overview

    The SS&C Blue Prism intelligent automation (IA) platform enables customer organizations to leverage a robust AI-powered business process orchestration and automation solution. The platform combines a portfolio of products that allows customers to:

    • Secure execution: Digital workers can be deployed on an organizations network, so no sensitive data leaves its site.
    • Cloud-based operations: Control Center provides centralized worker management monitoring across all environments, enhancing the customers ability to control digital workers and deploy them where they are most needed.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The finest features were the automation of monotonous tasks, the capacity to grow up even further, and the easy connection.

    It also includes a ton of additional enterprise-level features.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'm not sure if the hefty cost is a drawback or not, but several subjects lack resources, which makes setup challenging at first.

    Everything else was useful and wonderful.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    A major hindrance to the daily timetable was the manual activities. Those were removed with the aid of Blueprisn, and our repetitive duties are now better organized.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It provides robust fuctionality in a drag and drop, low code/ no-code environment to automate processes using RPA.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The platform makes it dificult to create custom solutions and fuctionalities, plus it is a huge cost on infrastructure and licensing.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Automate repetitive tasks for clients withing a digital BPO, from prior authorization in health insurance, to reporting and QA in customer service.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The best part was the ability to scale up further, automated the repetitive work & the integration was quite manageable
    Plus it has so many other enterprise grade features
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I'm not sure if its high cost a cons or not, but some topics don't have much resources available which make it hard to setup initially
    Rest all was handy and good
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The manual tasks were really a bottleneck in the daily schedule. Blueprisn helped in eliminating those and now our repeated tasks are more organised

    What do you like best about the product?
    Graphical view of how the process is laid out through flowcharts make it simple to understand the steps involved and how a process works.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Scheduling, although basic schedules are simple, more advanced scheduling strategies with large numbers of processes and machines can be difficult to implement.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It currently helps us automate back office processes that are significantly time consuming. This free's up time and the person previously working on this process for other tasks.
