The t3a options use AMD processors, while t3 options use Intel. Your hourly rate scales with the instance size you select. Because this is a private offer, exact terms depend on the deal arranged with the vendor.

What do the hourly instance charges cover, and are there separate setup or deployment fees?
The hourly rate covers running Faddom on your chosen t3 or t3a instance. Faddom charges no setup or deployment fees, and installation takes under 60 minutes. Note that underlying AWS infrastructure costs for the instance still apply separately from the software charge.
Am I charged when the Faddom instance is stopped or powered off?
Hourly software charges meter running time on the instance you select. A fully stopped instance does not accrue hourly software charges. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees for their attached disks, which are separate from the Faddom software charge.
Which instance size should I run for my server environment?
Faddom maps servers, applications, and dependencies across on-premises and cloud. Larger t3 and t3a sizes carry more CPU and memory to handle bigger environments. Faddom is designed for environments of 100 or more servers. Match the instance size to your server count and workload.

It has been very helpful for us when troubleshooting certain issues, and it also supported us in redesigning our infrastructure.

If Faddom could add a few more networking-related features—such as log storage, analysis, and network diagram integration with Meraki and Juniper cloud-hosted environments—then it would feel like a complete product.
