Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance type you run. Each dimension maps to one AWS instance size, so your cost scales with the compute, memory, storage, or GPU capacity you choose. Smaller shared instances like t3.nano cost less per hour, while large compute, memory, storage, and accelerated types such as c5.12xlarge, x2iedn.8xlarge, or p3.8xlarge cost more per hour. The software itself carries one rate structure across all sizes; your total depends on which instance you select and how many hours it runs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One unit is one running EC2 instance of the size you pick, billed per hour. The rate bundles the OpenLiteSpeed web server and Node.js runtime preinstalled on that instance. You pay for each hour the instance runs, multiplied by the number of instances you launch.
The hourly software charge meters running time only. A stopped instance does not accrue the per-hour software rate. You may still pay separate AWS charges for attached storage while the instance is stopped, but those are AWS infrastructure fees, not this listing's software rate.
