This listing uses a single pricing dimension based on the number of Users. You buy access under a contract, and your cost scales with how many users you have. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose from. As your user count grows, your total commitment increases proportionally. The platform supports building or embedding healthcare engagement experiences, but pricing depends only on user volume, not on which features or modules you deploy.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one User for billing purposes?
Your cost is based on the number of Users you register on the platform. Each User is an individual account with access to the healthcare engagement experience. The listing does not define separate rates for admins versus members, so every counted account contributes equally to your total.
Does my cost change if I add more solutions or modules to the platform?
No. Your price depends only on your User count, not on which features or modules you deploy. Whether you embed a single module or build a custom experience, the cost scales with users. Adding solutions like Health Engagement, Member Portal, or Experience Composer does not create separate charges.
What happens to my cost as my User count grows during the contract?
Your total commitment increases in proportion to your User count. Because there is one pricing dimension, adding Users raises your cost at the same per-User rate. There are no tiers, so growth does not shift you into a different rate band.
