    What do you like best about the product?
    I like that SOCi helps me plan out my whole week or month of postings. It's great because I can sit down and do it one time, and then I don't have to think about it for the rest of the week or month. This is really helpful since I have a busy schedule. The initial setup of SOCi was easy.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about SOCi is the centralized management. It allows us to easily update and maintain accurate listings for all 44 locations and provides helpful social media engagement reports that make performance tracking straightforward.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Occasionally, there are areas where it’s not clear what action is needed, especially when the terminology is difficult to understand without prior knowledge.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SOCi addresses the complexity of keeping listings accurate and managing social media across many locations. Having everything in one place allows us to efficiently update information for 44 locations, stay organized, and easily track social media engagement, which helps improve our overall marketing performance.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love using Genius and the social media management features in SOCi. The reporting and engagement tools are great, and I really appreciate the ease of the tool, having everything all in one place. Additionally, the team is great to work with.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I feel the team could be more organized and timely. I also wish SOCi had social listening capabilities.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use SOCi for scheduling social media posts, tracking reviews, and keeping listings updated.
