    Dimensions summary

ICIMS is sold as a contract priced by employee count. This listing covers a single dimension set at 100 employees. Your price ties to the size of your workforce rather than usage volume or the number of hires you make. There are no separate tiers, add-ons, or instance sizes to combine here. You commit to the contract term for one employee-count band, giving you a predictable, fixed cost that scales with company headcount. To size a plan for a different employee count, work with the vendor.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Your price ties to your total workforce headcount, not the number of hires you make or the volume of applications you process. This dimension is set at a 100-employee band. Employee count reflects the size of your organization, so your cost stays fixed regardless of how many candidates move through the system.
No. Pricing is based on employee count, not usage. Running more sourcing campaigns, processing more candidates, or making more hires does not raise your bill under this contract. Your cost stays fixed for the employee band you commit to. To move to a different band, work with the vendor.
The contract covers the hiring platform, including applicant tracking, text recruiting, onboarding, and reporting and analytics. You get role-specific workflows, configurable dashboards, and integrations with your existing HR tools. These features come with the platform rather than as separately priced add-ons on this listing.

Recruiting has become faster and delivers a broader pool of qualified candidates

    Reviewed on Aug 24, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is to source candidates as well as work them through onboarding.

A specific example of how I used iCIMS Recruit to source or onboard a candidate is that I would go into our requisitions, weed through all the applicants, find the applicants that were good candidates, pre-screen them, and send the pre-screen and the candidate's information to the hiring manager to conduct interviews.

    What is most valuable?

The best features iCIMS Recruit offers include a broad range of candidates.

The broad range of candidates in iCIMS Recruit means there would already be a broad array of candidates in the system.

iCIMS Recruit has positively impacted my organization by providing a large number of qualified candidates as we tried to fill a startup logistics company.

The impact of iCIMS Recruit helped us fill roles faster and also improve the quality of hires in measurable ways as it helped us find a great pool of candidates quickly and improved the candidate pool that was applying.

    What needs improvement?

I cannot think of anything, even a small improvement or something that could have made my experience better.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using iCIMS Recruit for a total of about three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I was happy with the way that iCIMS Recruit performed.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

iCIMS Recruit's scalability was fine, and our company had no problem with it.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for iCIMS Recruit was fine.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others looking into using iCIMS Recruit that it will fulfill the needs if you are needing to hire qualified candidates in a timely manner. I would rate this solution an 8 out of 10.

Recruitment workflows have become streamlined and support fast mass hiring and accurate reporting

    Reviewed on Aug 21, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

I use iCIMS Recruit mainly for recruitment. iCIMS Recruit is used first of all for providing requisition and then for posting, for pipelining candidates, and for also tracking positions, vacancies, for hiring forecast, and resource recruitments.

iCIMS Recruit is very useful, especially in construction and infrastructure environments, where hundreds of positions and multiple cost centers are involved. I can identify where hiring demand is increasing and also prioritize critical and niche positions.

At Amazon AWS, we had an international event where I had to place 40 people in a short amount of time, and I can say in only four months. It was very difficult to reach out to people on LinkedIn Recruiter or any other ATS systems to find the right pipelines, but I used iCIMS Recruit, and it was very easy to track all the people who had the required skills and qualifications I was looking for. It gave me the information of all the candidates in one place, and it's also very important how you're going to use it. It gave me the reports easily, quickly, and extracted into the Excel, and it was very useful.

I could finally place all the positions successfully using iCIMS Recruit.

    What is most valuable?

iCIMS Recruit helps me to spend less amount of time updating trackers and systems, and it's very easy to source candidates, especially when I want to do mass hiring. It's very easy to track data, extract it to the Excel, and then publish it.

iCIMS Recruit is very good for strong data discipline, helping with improving reports, and it's very useful for mass hiring.

The features of iCIMS Recruit that I mostly use are vacancy tracking, hiring timeline tracking, data integration, and position requisition management.

iCIMS Recruit helps with mass hiring and in time-sensitive situations, when the time is very sensitive and we have to hire so many people at the same time or with a short amount of time, it really helps to extract data. It's also very helpful with reporting and dashboards, with data integration as well, and with budget tracking.

iCIMS Recruit is still accurate and gives us the right information, and we can rely on the report. I did not see any errors when I used iCIMS Recruit reports.

    What needs improvement?

Recruiters may find it harder to negotiate above-budget salaries or make exceptions without additional approvals using iCIMS Recruit.

iCIMS Recruit is not a replacement for an ATS, as it's more focused on resource management, and we still need an ATS for candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows. If iCIMS Recruit can improve those areas, I think it can be very beneficial and maybe in the future can be a replacement of ATS.

I chose eight because there's still room for improvement. As I mentioned, it's not a replacement for an ATS system right now. If it can improve in a way that it shows the headcounts, requisitions, and sometimes it becomes too administrative. Recruiters have to spend too much time updating some of the information there. If it can fix it and become a little bit more user-friendly, I think it can get a 10 out of 10.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used iCIMS Recruit for recruiting for about two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    iCIMS Recruit is stable.

What other advice do I have?

I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

    Private Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

    Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Recruitment workflow has become organized and reporting is simple but training still needs improvement

    Reviewed on Aug 20, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is for HR recruitment and onboarding.

I used iCIMS Recruit for the ATS feature to scan candidates who applied for certain positions for my full-cycle recruitment. I also used it to keep candidate pipelines and to save time in getting emails and updating candidate status, as well as in reporting to my hiring managers.

The other uses of iCIMS Recruit include workflow automation, which has saved me time, and the integration where it syncs with other HR systems. I have also benefited from the candidate experience with the mobile-friendly application process. I have primarily used it for full-cycle recruitment.

    What is most valuable?

The overall experience with iCIMS Recruit was good. The best features I could identify are that it keeps everything organized, I can easily make reports, and it has a smooth sync with the HR system, which makes my work easier when reporting to HR managers.

The reporting feature in iCIMS Recruit helped me by allowing me to easily prepare a report on my whole-day list of candidates, including whom I have interviewed, whose resumes I have screened, and what analysis I obtained from the interview. I can keep the notes clear, and then let the whole system generate the report. It was easier to deliver that report to my managers without connecting with them through any different communication app.

    What needs improvement?

There are several areas where iCIMS Recruit required improvements, including the learning curve for new users. When I was a new user of iCIMS Recruit, it was very difficult for me to use it. Creating a learning demo before someone new starts would be helpful.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using iCIMS Recruit for six months.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

There were some things which were not according to what I expected, and there were some lags when it was a high-volume recruitment.

How are customer service and support?

Customization was required in some areas or was a limited feature. Overall, when it comes to workflow automation, it has really helped me and saved a major amount of my time.

I would recommend iCIMS Recruit for full-cycle recruitment, but there are some changes required. Some tickets require a lot of time to get solved when it comes to customer support. Although it has helped make my workflow automation easy, it had a limited customization option.

What other advice do I have?

iCIMS Recruit has saved a lot of my time with the automated emails and status updates.

To a major extent, iCIMS Recruit has helped my organization stay organized and has also helped in the full recruitment cycle, which was a major task I used to do in iCIMS Recruit.

The positive and negative feedback were both at an equal level, and I found that an average of seven out of ten is what I would give. I believe that if I count the positives and negatives together, I can only get an average of seven for iCIMS Recruit because it requires more improvement when it comes to high-volume recruitment.

I have not used any AI capabilities in iCIMS Recruit, so I am not sure about the governance and security.

As I mentioned earlier, I have not used the AI feature in iCIMS Recruit. However, in terms of what I have used in iCIMS Recruit regarding accuracy and reliability, it has proven to be a good source. It is very accurate and reliable when it comes to the reporting I received with the services I used. I would rate this review seven out of ten.

Pipelining has improved hiring speed but data insights and interface still need better functionality

    Reviewed on Aug 20, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for iCIMS Recruit is recruitment.

A specific example of how I use iCIMS Recruit in my recruitment process includes pipelining, candidate withdrawals, and candidate placement.

    What is most valuable?

The best feature iCIMS Recruit offers, in my experience, is pipelining.

What stands out to me about the Pipelining feature is that it makes my job easier.

iCIMS Recruit has positively impacted my organization by allowing us to recruit better and reducing the time to fill.

    What needs improvement?

iCIMS Recruit could be improved with better functionality, the visualization of the data functionality, the data program, the ability to see additional insights, and the interface of the data configurations could be more updated.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using iCIMS Recruit for about six months.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I was not aware of the pricing, setup cost, and licensing details, nor was I involved in any team budgeting or team leadership meetings for handling these matters, so I cannot provide feedback in this area.

What other advice do I have?

The advice I would give to others looking into using iCIMS Recruit is to look at the manual, take training courses on it, and see people who use it within your organization to see how best to use it for yourself and continue to grow. I would rate this product a 7.

Daily hiring has become data driven but support and AI capabilities still need major improvement

    Reviewed on Aug 20, 2026
    Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

iCIMS Recruit is our ATS system, and I use it daily for all of our open requisitions and hiring processes.

    What is most valuable?

iCIMS Recruit's best features include the dashboard, the metrics, the graphs, and the link to our career portal and job postings. I particularly appreciate the dashboard and the way it is configured.

    What needs improvement?

iCIMS Recruit can be improved with AI integration. I would like to see smarter candidate matching and ways to identify fraudulent applications, third parties, and deep fakes.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using iCIMS Recruit for approximately six or seven years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

iCIMS Recruit is stable for the most part in my experience.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of iCIMS Recruit is good in my view.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support for iCIMS Recruit is terrible. I chose a rating of six because the customer service has been terrible, and we have gone through numerous account managers. iCIMS should consider all companies regardless of size as important customers, and when we informed them we were considering switching, nobody seemed to care or attempt to remedy the situation.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We did use something before iCIMS Recruit. We used a couple of different systems, but I cannot remember them outside of Jobvite.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

iCIMS is very expensive. As a smaller company, we are a small fish in a big pond to them, and all of our inquiries seem to be ignored.

What other advice do I have?

The advice I would give to others looking into using iCIMS Recruit includes considering pricing, AI capabilities, what happens if you decide to leave iCIMS Recruit, and how your information is stored and packaged in iCIMS Recruit. I would rate this product a 6 overall.
