The world's #1 global people platform. Hire, pay, equip, and manage your entire workforce, contractors, EOR, and direct employees, in one unified dashboard across 150+ countries.
Deel is the only platform that consolidates all aspects of international workforce management into a single interface. While most providers rely on third-party local partners, Deel's "Owned-Entity" model means we own the infrastructure in 100+ countries. For you, this translates to faster onboarding, tighter security, and direct accountability.
Eliminate the "Global Expansion Tax"
Scaling internationally usually requires a patchwork of local payroll vendors, expensive legal counsel, and fragmented HRIS tools. Deel replaces this complexity with a single platform that handles:
Compliance by Design: Automated localized contracts and real-time legal monitoring.
Speed to Market: Hire a new employee in a new country in under 5 minutes.
Consolidated Visibility: A single view of your entire global headcount and employer costs.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices several worker types and services independently, so you pay only for what you use. Four dimensions charge a monthly fee per person: the employer of record model, contractors, contractors under the agent of record (Shield) model, and directly employed workers on global payroll. Each scales with the number of workers in that category. A separate dimension covers setup services billed by the hour, including payroll setup, consulting, and entity and visa support. You can combine these dimensions to match your mix of employees, contractors, and support needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the employer of record fee cover, and how is it different from the global payroll fee?
The employer of record fee applies per employee where Deel owns a local entity and hires on your behalf, so no entity setup is needed. The global payroll fee applies per employee you employ directly through your own entities. Both bill monthly per person.
How does the hourly setup dimension differ from the monthly per-person fees?
The setup dimension bills by the hour for one-time services like payroll setup, consulting, and entity and visa support. The four per-person dimensions bill a recurring monthly fee for each worker in that category. You pay setup hours as needed and monthly fees continuously while workers are active.
What is the difference between the Contractor fee and the Shield fee?
Both bill a monthly fee per contractor. The Contractor dimension covers contractors managed on Deel. The Shield dimension covers contractors under the agent of record model, where Deel takes on added responsibility for the contractor relationship. You choose based on how each contractor is engaged.
