Sales Hub Makes Prospect Tracking and Email Marketing a Breeze!

    Reviewed on Jul 20, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Hub has helped me track my prospects and be able to identify key accounts. Also the email marketing side is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike from Hubspot Sales that I'm not able to pull 5-10 different contacts at a time on the Contacts section. We can only search 1 by 1 for contacts. This could be improved since it'll help for list building and list creations for email marketing purposes - that's my day to day usually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the ways to get traction and responses with potential customers that I wouldn't have expected. I aim to target different leads from different industries and the CRM platform seems to be very personalized which is awesome!

Hubspot - A punctual and hardworking virtual employee

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub without giving any permission it's UI automatically shows the save information of the client no matter at what time year or day you have a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team of the application needs a lot of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    1. It keeps track of your sales and conversations with each client.
    2. It stores records in a single file server, so there’s less confusion when searching for information.
    3. One of its best features is that it sends you the proper date and time for when to follow up with a customer.
    4. The pricing of the software is well managed and accessible for most people.

BENEFITS - It mainly shows in the financial output, since it actually performs the duties for which we would otherwise need to hire more than one employee and pay them.

Organized Sales Workflow and Seamless Integrations in HubSpot Sales Hub

    Reviewed on Jul 20, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it keeps the entire sales process organised in one place. It makes it easy to manage leads, track every interaction, automate follow-ups, and monitor pipeline progress with real-time reporting. The intuitive interface saves time, improves productivity, and helps ensure no opportunity is missed. I also appreciate how well it integrates with email, marketing, and CRM tools, making collaboration across teams seamless and allowing me to focus more on building relationships and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful platform, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting. Certain customisations, reporting options, and workflow automations could also be more flexible. Additionally, the platform can occasionally feel slow when working with large volumes of contacts or complex records. Despite these drawbacks, its ease of use and overall functionality still make it an excellent CRM for managing sales activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me stay organised by centralising lead management, communication history, tasks, and pipeline tracking in one platform. It eliminates the need to switch between multiple tools, reduces manual follow-ups through automation, and ensures no lead falls through the cracks. This has improved my productivity, helped me respond to prospects more efficiently, and given me better visibility into my sales performance, ultimately allowing me to build stronger relationships and close more opportunities.

Highly Customisable, but Easy to Underutilise Without Training

    Reviewed on Jul 19, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is the flexibility it gives us to build the system around how our sales team actually works.

We used the private app feature to connect our company website to HubSpot, so online enquiries are automatically created as contacts and assigned to sales representatives via round-robin. This reduces the risk of leads being missed or followed up late, because every enquiry has a clear owner from the start.

I’ve also used the API to strengthen our duplicate-management process. When a new contact or lead comes in from an online source, the system checks the existing database within seconds which is over 50,000 contacts which is quite fast. Clear duplicates can be merged automatically, while more complex cases are routed into review tasks. This saves time, cuts down on manual effort, and helps prevent two salespeople from following up with the same customer.

We also connected 3CX to HubSpot through a private app, which allows sales calls to be recorded and linked to the correct contact record. As a result, the team has a clearer history of customer conversations and can rely less on manual notes.

Overall, HubSpot has helped us improve lead assignment, follow-up, data quality, and accountability. The private apps and API are especially valuable because they let us automate routine work and solve real operational problems in a way that fits our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I think HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is its dashboards. They work well for standard reporting, but they aren’t as interactive or flexible as Power BI dashboards, especially when users want to drill into the data and explore it in more detail.

The marketing contact limits can also be challenging, because going over the allocated number leads to additional costs. That makes it important to manage contacts carefully, particularly for businesses with a large database.

Another issue is that HubSpot includes many useful features that aren’t always easy to discover. We sometimes only learn about certain tools or capabilities much later, even though they could have helped us earlier. Clearer guidance on what features are included in each subscription, along with practical examples of how to use them, would make a big difference.

The initial setup also took a lot of time and effort. It took us about a year to backfill historical data, and another six months to train the sales team to use the CRM properly. With staff turnover, new employees also need regular training, which adds to the ongoing workload.

Overall, HubSpot has a lot of features and settings that users need to understand before they can fully benefit from the system. Without proper training and continued support, it’s easy for a company to underutilise the CRM and miss out on features it’s already paying for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub mainly to keep our sales data clean and well organised. It helps us capture enquiries from our website and other platforms in one place, which makes it easier to follow up and spot data-quality issues before they turn into bigger problems.

It has also strengthened our lead management. We can assess and score enquiries based on their potential value, helping the sales team prioritise the strongest opportunities and focus resources where they’re most likely to make an impact.

Another major benefit is automation. HubSpot lets us automate several activities that previously required manual follow-up, including lead assignment, task creation, duplicate checks, and other routine processes. This saves time, improves consistency, and reduces the risk of important actions being missed.
