    What do you like best about the product?
    Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I used to email leads one by one, but now all of that happens automatically, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. Plus, I can see when they engage and tell which sequences are performing best.

Overall, it improves productivity without requiring extensive training.

    While HubSpot Sales Hub is a powerful platform, some advanced features can be difficult to fully utilize without additional training or higher-tier plans. Certain customization and reporting options may also feel limited for users with more complex requirements. However, for day-to-day sales activities, the platform remains highly effective and reliable.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    HubSpot Sales Hub helps us centralize customer and prospect information, making it easier to manage relationships and track sales activities. Before using the platform, important details and follow-ups could be scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and different tools. With HubSpot Sales Hub, everything is organized in one place, which improves visibility, saves time, and helps ensure that no opportunities are missed. As a result, our team can work more efficiently and focus on building stronger customer relationships.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like the way HubSpot Sales Hub keeps us organized and how we can leverage AI to really accelerate our workflows. The ability to query and enrich our information is very valuable when we're preparing for our products.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think that HubSpot could do a better job of integrating with our data infrastructure. It would be nice if we had an easier ingestion pipeline for information on HubSpot. Currently, having these data sources speak to each other more easily is the main gap we have in our system.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of our customers and their contact information. It keeps us organized and leverages AI, helping us accelerate our workloads.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is a really easy crm to use cold. I was able to learn it without any formal training

    Our data is pretty dirty, and I’d really love to have something that can detect bad data.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Very customizable for each account. Can add Different options for creating a customer profile. Can attach sales deals and tasks accordingly. Can integrate with AP systems like quickbooks.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are a ton of features. I understand Hubspot can offer education for using the sales features but the overcustomization could be challenging to navigate.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Maintaining emails (gmail integration), summary of each customer account, tracking where the customer is at in the sales pipeline.
