    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how all of the insights and information are at my fingertips. I came from using Salesforce and this is a suitable competitor.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I don't like report generation as I find it non-intuitive.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Hubspot is combining all of our clients into one CRM and enabling us to track commercial growth and ticketing.

    What do you like best about the product?
    One feature I value most is having customer interactions, deal updates, and follow-up tasks in one place. It makes it much easier to understand where each opportunity stands without searching through emails or separate tracking sheets. The automation for routine sales activities also helps reduce repetitive work and keeps the team focused on customer conversations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some advanced reporting and automation options are only available in higher tier plans. It can also take time to configure pipelines and workflows to match existing sales processes.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Our previous sales process depended on spreadsheets and manual reminders, making it difficult to maintain consistent follow-ups and track pipeline health. As the number of opportunities increased, it became harder to keep everything organized.

    the UI and integrations are very helpful. My performance as a Sales rep is much better from this tool.

    I cant figure out why I'm calling on contacts that are in other peoples sequences. It only happens sometimes

    What do you like best about the product?
    I save time with the platform's navigation, which makes it easy to move through without searching for what I need. I value the flexibility to adapt reports and dashboards to whatever question I have. The sequences feature is straightforward to build, clone, and adjust, keeping me engaged with my clients automatically. AI assistance is handy for a second opinion. I appreciate the quick and genuinely helpful support whenever I reach out. Moving from a contact record to their full history-every email, viewing, and note-all in one place, allows me to continue conversations smoothly when a buyer or seller calls unexpectedly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The depth of features is a double-edged sword, since getting the most out of the platform takes real time to learn, and I suspect I still use only a fraction of what it offers. Some of the more powerful reporting and automation sits behind higher tiers, which is worth weighing up for a smaller operation. I have also found that once you have built out a fair number of sequences and properties, keeping everything tidy takes a bit of discipline, or the workspace starts to feel cluttered. The area I'd most like to see improved is onboarding into the advanced features, ideally guided, role-based walkthroughs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of buyers and sellers slipping through the cracks, letting me log contacts, trigger automatic follow-ups, and track engagement to focus on those close to a decision.

    What do you like best about the product?
    HubSpot has an easy-to-use UI that anybody can learn. It feels very straightforward and simple to navigate.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Personally, I don’t have any issues with HubSpot.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Communication between different departments becomes much easier. We can see everything in the CRM about the sales cycle, marketing, and the customer pipeline, which helps reduce workload and speeds up the overall process. As a result, it helps boost our performance.
