What do you like best about the product?

I can join multiple sources and create several custom formulas, which gives me more flexibility than the usual HubSpot reports.

What do you dislike about the product?

Though it supports more custom formula columns than a HubSpot report, it still has limits. I think I created 20+ custom formulas, and then it told me that was too many. Also, you can’t join more than five sources.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot Data Hub has more custom column limits, also, more flexible in join structure; i can choose what key to use as join and what kind of join

What do you like best about the product?

I like how HubSpot Data Hub brings our data together and makes it easier to organize, manage, and use for reporting. It’s especially helpful for getting a clearer picture of our data without having to manage everything in separate systems.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main downside is that some features can be a bit complex to set up, especially when working with more advanced data management and reporting. It can take some time to figure out the best way to structure everything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us centralize and organize our data, making it easier to track leads, activities, and performance. This saves time and gives us more reliable data for reporting and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the weekly alerts to my Slack, which send any changes for property issues or duplicates. These alerts tell me if there's been an increase, decrease, or no change, and they keep me updated on what's happening with some of the duplicates. This feature has been very helpful. I also appreciate the property insights and duplicate management, as they are really nice to have since they speed up the time frame and give me a target list practically every week. It's also great being able to set up custom rules for checking duplicates, and the ability to integrate with external tools and trigger workflows from webhooks with APIs is really useful. The initial setup was very easy, like a plug and play.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot Data Hub helps clean up dirty data, manage duplicates, and maintain meaningful properties. I get weekly Slack alerts for property issues, which speeds up my workflow and helps with data management. Setting it up was very easy and straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?

it has reasonably powerful visualisations, is pretty flexible, and ties into the existing Hubspot database quite well.

It's pretty user friendly to generate the reports and dashboards and the AI integration through Breeze is handy. But you still need to have a solid understanding of the underlying fundamentals to tweak what the AI outputs.

Performance wise, it works well; we don't have a massive contact database but it's large enough that we need a high performance CRM like Hubspot.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can be a bit slow to load at times and the AI integration can sometimes generate the wrong formula at times.

Pulling our data into one place from scattered systems and letting us derive insights we didn't know before.

The main drawback of HubSpot Data Hub is that it can have a learning curve due to the number of features and customization options available. Some advanced capabilities may also feel expensive for smaller teams, but overall the platform provides strong value once users become familiar with it.

HubSpot Data Hub solves the problem of fragmented and difficult-to-manage customer data by providing a centralized place to organize and analyze information. It benefits me by improving visibility, reducing manual work, and making it easier to access insights needed for better decision-making.
