What do you like best about the product?
I use Barracuda Email Protection to protect my Outlook mailbox and I appreciate that it eliminates phishing and spamming. I like that it's easy to use and I don’t notice it's there. It automatically detects threats and quarantines emails. Monitoring and allowing emails that should go through is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it sometimes allows some spam through if the email is cleverly written to avoid detection.

I use Barracuda Email Protection to eliminate phishing and spamming in my Outlook mailbox. It automatically detects threats, quarantines emails, and lets me monitor and allow important emails through easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Barracuda Email Protection is the confidence it gives me that it’s catching the emails that could have the biggest impact on my company. I also appreciate how easy it is to have messages delivered and whitelisted if it happens to block something important. On top of that, support is consistently helpful when I have questions, especially around product customization. I appreciate the smooth integration with MS365. The user interface is easy to understand and use, and the speed in which it processes messages never slows down our work flow. We believe this product provides good value for our company and love how they are embracing AI into their product offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally run into issues when reporting spam emails through the Outlook reporting tool, and I think this area could use improvement so the experience is more consistent for all users. When people can’t report messages easily, they tend to stop using the tool as often. I’d suggest looking into what can be done on the programming side to strengthen this integration and make reporting more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Barracuda Email Protection, we relied on users to decide for themselves which emails were legitimate, which often put the company at risk. Now, with Email Protection in place, most unwanted emails are automatically filtered out. The user experience has improved because people no longer have to make as many judgment calls about whether an email is valid, which saves a lot of time for end users.
