Dimensions summary
You buy this product under a contract based on seat count, all at the Enterprise tier. Three options are offered: 20 seats, 50 seats, and 100 seats. Pricing scales with the number of users you need, so you choose the option that matches your team size. Each option covers the same enterprise-grade feature set; only the included seat quantity differs. To decide, estimate how many people will need editing access, then pick the seat count at or above that number.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat is one user who needs editing access to boards and data. Viewers with read-only access do not consume seats. You count the people who create, edit, or manage work, then choose the option that meets or exceeds that number.
You change your plan by adding users through the Admin section. It does not happen automatically. Adding seats increases your cost by the added users. Past the refund period, downgrades receive no refund, so estimate your team size carefully before buying.
The Enterprise tier includes AI tools, but the AI work runs on credits. Credits meter each task by complexity, so you pay for work actually done. If your team uses more than the included credits, you buy more as needed, separate from the seat cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboards for leadership. I built one view that shows sprint velocity, bug escape rate and engineering capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is great at summaries but it hallucinates dates if your board is not clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track planned vs actual hours per squad. It stopped us from overloading the same 2 senior devs on every critical ptoject.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the AI that actually does project management work, not just writing.The AI blocks inside the workflow are a game changer. I don't need a separate AI tool to summarize updates or reassign tasks it lives inside the boards. The timeline+ dependencies+ AI risk prediction finally lets me see in one place if we will actually hit a TX date. Before, I was stitching that together manually

The AI features are powerful but credit-based , so you have to monitor AI usage if you have a large team automating everything

It solved our black hole problem. Before Monday, briefs lived in email, feedback in WhatsApp, files in Drive, and timelines in spreadsheets.Things slipped, versions got confused, and delivery was always firefighting Now we have one source of truth from brief to final delivery

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the monday AI Work Platform is how easy it makes communicating and collaborating with both my clients and team. I love the color-coding system because it allows me to quickly see where things stand, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
The automated reminders and deadline notifications are also a huge benefit. They help keep everyone accountable and projects moving forward without me having to constantly follow up or chase team members for updates.
I also really value the integrations with Jotform and Mailchimp, which allow us to connect different parts of our workflow and reduce unnecessary manual work. monday has also been extremely helpful with onboarding, giving new team members a clear and organized way to understand processes, responsibilities, and next steps.
For how much we use the platform and how much it supports our day-to-day operations, I find it very affordable. It performs well, is reliable, and gives us a lot of functionality for the investment. I really don’t have anything that I dislike about the monday AI Work Platform. If anything, my biggest challenge is that I probably don’t use the platform to its full potential. There are so many features, automations, integrations, and AI capabilities available that I know there is still more I could be taking advantage of. I would love to continue learning how to maximize the platform and find new ways to make our workflows even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem monday AI Work Platform solves for me is organization. As a small business owner, I manage a lot of different responsibilities and moving pieces at once, and monday feels like having a personal assistant and project manager working alongside me. It helps bring everything together in one place, keeps me focused on priorities, reminds me of important deadlines and follow-ups, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Ultimately, it allows me to stay organized, manage my time more effectively, and provide a better experience for my customers by making sure I follow through and deliver on what I promise.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see my projects’ time constraints in real time. It helps me understand how work hours are being spent, and it keeps the team organized and on schedule. I also love how quickly I can switch between projects to make edits and mark up resources. The user interface is easy to use, highly customizable, and includes simple drag-and-drop graphics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it extremely practical compared to several competitors I also looked at. The comment threads and notifications make it easy to keep communication centralized across the whole team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A clear visual representation of company resources was one of the main things I was looking for when I found Monday. It provides a centralized workspace with dashboards and integrations with other tools, and it helps simplify tasks that can otherwise be fairly complex. Another big advantage is that it lets us create automations without any programming.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used monday AI platform for about 2 years and what i like about it is the flexibility and ease while using this platform. Use of mobile phones instead of laptop makes it more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hanging in mobile phones while using this app makes it tedious ,AI features are limited and some require a cost to access them.AI credits deplete faster and you have to wait for ai to reset or upgrade.

It saves my time by summarizing my projects, emails and reports written by ai. Neat and well organized work by flagging overdue task and risk
