Dimensions summary
You buy this product under a contract based on seat count, all at the Enterprise tier. Three options are offered: 20 seats, 50 seats, and 100 seats. Pricing scales with the number of users you need, so you choose the option that matches your team size. Each option covers the same enterprise-grade feature set; only the included seat quantity differs. To decide, estimate how many people will need editing access, then pick the seat count at or above that number.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat is one user who needs editing access to boards and data. Viewers with read-only access do not consume seats. You count the people who create, edit, or manage work, then choose the option that meets or exceeds that number.
You change your plan by adding users through the Admin section. It does not happen automatically. Adding seats increases your cost by the added users. Past the refund period, downgrades receive no refund, so estimate your team size carefully before buying.
The Enterprise tier includes AI tools, but the AI work runs on credits. Credits meter each task by complexity, so you pay for work actually done. If your team uses more than the included credits, you buy more as needed, separate from the seat cost.

I can add as much workflow systems as i want. From inbound logistics to outbound logistics. To HR framework and systems.

It tends to crash alot, and glitches do disrupt workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
monday AI Work Platform is the ML Ops Hub, research tracker and stakeholder communicator backbone in my Online Media organization. Proactive monitoring with monday.com boards is what I like most since it allows me to make informed business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since 2023 when I incorporated monday AI Work Platform, I have never had issues - Congrats to the vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday AI Work Platform, I spend much time creating models not writing status updates manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Long customer service queue is one of the reasons why we shifted from emails. I like that I am able to handle policy service requests and ticket management in one place with monday AI Work Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never noticed any overwhelming aspect and I have been using monday AI Work Platform since 2018 long before they had incorporated the AI platform.

Claims support and tracking has been at optimal with monday AI Work Platform through board and automations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of creating my own boards and groups with items and sub-items in monday Work Management. I find it really useful to be able to tailor these according to customer needs, which helps in capturing every detail relevant in a project. I also use monday Work Management as my daily to-do list, which is a nice added bonus. Additionally, I use automations to change statuses and move items between different groups and boards, and to notify team members of status changes. This customization and automation feature is especially helpful given that each customer is different.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards can be very limiting, especially with the specific number of boards that can be linked to them and having to manually add new boards or groups each time to a workspace. Also, the initial setup was time-consuming because I had to customize groups and boards and redo them once I learned the tool better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps streamline implementation steps, track and manage multiple projects, and offers customizable boards per customer needs. I also use automations to move items and notify team members, capturing every project detail.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to monday AI Work Platform, sales used to stuck in email threads and WhatsApp messages. I like that monday AI Work Platform pull all our RFPs in one central hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too bad monday AI Work Platform lack native integration, we must incur an extra step and subscription from external platforms such as Zapier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday AI Work Platform eradicated guess work via pipeline visibility which allows me to see reservations pipelines in one dashboard.
