Easy Task Organization and Fast Performance Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to organize tasks and assign them to different team members. Plus, it allows me to get performance reports in half the time it would take to do it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that once items are archived, there's no way to move them to the trash. Or at least, in the version I have, it doesn't allow it. I have to restore the items to their original board and then delete them from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track a project's progress using status tags, and to set deadlines so the entire team is aware of and can monitor their respective tasks. Overall, it helps our entire process run smoothly and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday Work Management manages the workflow for my podcast company. It's great for recording lists, sound design assignments, and tracking every step of each episode. I really appreciate the automation features because they allow for maximum communication with minimal effort, turning what can feel like chaos into beautiful synchronization. The automation features are a standout for me because tasks can be accomplished and communicated with just a click of a button. It makes a huge difference since we produce 8-10 episodes weekly. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI features need a little more time to develop. A couple of tasks I've asked it to do don't happen consistently, so I find myself wasting time double-checking each time. I wish I trusted it to pull appropriate information from spreadsheets and make appropriate decisions based on that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management manages our workflow and enhances communication and organization. Its automation turns chaos into beautiful synchronization, allowing efficient communication with minimal effort. Emails are sent automatically, reducing manual tracking for our 8-10 weekly podcast episodes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management because it's a single place where we can all collaborate on the status of a project and tasks. It's also really easy to set up. What I like most is the bright colors of the interface, which make it very easy to see what's happening on a board just by scanning. I also value the boards and the status and due date columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty buggy platform overall, with low stability compared to other similar project management software I have used. I've even had things like the My Work page just not load at all, even after a computer restart and clearing my browser cookies. Monday Docs is very difficult to work with compared to other similar markdown software; it has bugs, the drag and drop isn't great, and it's finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to manage projects, align cross-department tasks, and collaborate on project status in one place.

Sometimes the AI may breakdown and not work well after receiving a similar prompt as recent prompts.

The UI is extremely easy to use. We haven't been able to track all of our projects across our teams before but views generated by the monday AI Work Platform help us do just that.
