Dimensions summary
You buy this product under a contract based on seat count, all at the Enterprise tier. Three options are offered: 20 seats, 50 seats, and 100 seats. Pricing scales with the number of users you need, so you choose the option that matches your team size. Each option covers the same enterprise-grade feature set; only the included seat quantity differs. To decide, estimate how many people will need editing access, then pick the seat count at or above that number.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A seat is one user who needs editing access to boards and data. Viewers with read-only access do not consume seats. You count the people who create, edit, or manage work, then choose the option that meets or exceeds that number.
You change your plan by adding users through the Admin section. It does not happen automatically. Adding seats increases your cost by the added users. Past the refund period, downgrades receive no refund, so estimate your team size carefully before buying.
The Enterprise tier includes AI tools, but the AI work runs on credits. Credits meter each task by complexity, so you pay for work actually done. If your team uses more than the included credits, you buy more as needed, separate from the seat cost.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday AI Work Platform is how it surfaces insights, speeds up work, connects action to real, tangible outcomes. It comes up with campaigns faster, speeds up decisions with real-time analytics via its fantastic dashboards, onboards superbly, pinpoints KPI’s. With this easy-to-use App, work is actually tied to pipelines, revenues, value-for-money engagements and ROI. It’s made to make cross-team work fun too thanks to its intuitiveness, unified connection and centralized operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Set up is not as easy as advertised. One has got to be very specific with it.
- It can be vague generally. Not that deep in some of its functions.
- It’s got data training concerns.
- Some get too dependent on it’s AI-first approach and actually forget to put in the real work.

What do you like best about the product?
AI that saves me hours: I ask " show me all events in 30 days without deposit" and get answers instantly. It also drafts client emails+ follow ups in 10 seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is slow, uploading BOEs and large files on site can lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone works from the same event card. Banquet sees menu changes, housekeeping sees arrival times. Less day-off chaos.

It brings our messy month end close into one place. I can use it to track JV billings , AFE spend, and royalty deadlines. The AI Automations saves time by flagging missing invoices and summarizing variance comments for me

Needs more Oil & Gas templates and better SAP integration

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales account executive, I’m able draft follow up emails for a specific client seamlessly with AI. Consolidation of operations and marketing allows me to track project in all phases and predict estimated revenue that will be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
monday AI Work Platform has not yet achieved perfection. As such, frequent data updates is required to ensure accuracy as AI works with the data available no matter how messy or erroneous the data is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The heavy manual inputs I used to do are now replaced and handled by AI. I can fully dedicate my time to sales with minimal administrative duties knowing nothing with slip through my fingers.

One area I find challenging with monday AI Work Platform is that some advanced features, AI capabilities, and usage limits can be difficult to fully understand and predict, especially when managing costs and adoption across a large organization.
