What do you like best about the product?

our ability to tailor a workspace to our company needs and use AI to make quick changes if we ever need to pivot. So flexibility, customizability, and how reliable it is.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I gave an AI agent a specific prompt to design an automated email template the email templates design wasn’t consistent even when I uploaded a screenshot of the exact template it created prior.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

email Automation, board creation and optimization, workflow management. This saves me time and prsents me with ideas to optimize our workflow

What do you like best about the product?

I like how user-friendly monday Work Management is, especially for a company transitioning from paper filing. It allows our teams to get updates on project and client statuses and organize billing efficiently. The system's status columns are great for our team to see where a project stands and what needs to be done. We also appreciate the endless possibilities to customize it for different job types. The integration with the drive is incredibly helpful for uploading files, images, property updates, and meeting notes. Furthermore, the training modules on the academy have been incredibly helpful in managing the transition.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think for me, while it is user-friendly, I want the automations to be more easy to play around with. I'm scared to make a mistake, and while I can undo it, I'd like to see how that works, so a draft mode might be nice to play around with, especially when exploring new features. I think that the draft mode should visually show exactly where connections and automations are made, focusing on how the automation is going to change and what that will look like, while having the option to go backwards and undo or try another version/automation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to track client estimates, property updates, and billing. It solves organization issues by centralizing information for everyone to view and works collaboratively. It's user-friendly, keeps our teams updated on project status, and organizes billing efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

With Monday AI, I can see labour costs vs budget by site. Client profitabiility by contract, and cash collected vs work completed on one dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?

Getting field managers to log costs accurately was a change. If they dont enter supply usage or extra hours, the AI reports are wrong.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI watches job status, when crew marks done+ uploads photos, it autocreates invoice draft in quickbooks.DSO dropped from 58 days to 38 days.

While monday AI Work Platform offers strong project management and automation capabilities, there are areas where the AI experience could be improved. At times, AI-generated summaries and recommendations can feel too generic and require additional editing before they are ready to share with stakeholders. More context-aware outputs that better reflect project history and team-specific terminology would increase their usefulness.

Another challenge is that some advanced AI and automation features can take time to configure properly, especially for users who are new to the platform. A more guided setup experience, additional templates, and clearer best-practice recommendations would help teams realize value more quickly.

Reporting and dashboard functionality is powerful, but there can be a learning curve when building more complex views or cross-board reporting. Improving ease of use for advanced reporting and providing more AI-driven analytics could help users identify trends and risks faster.

Overall, the platform is highly capable, but continued improvements in AI accuracy, customization, onboarding, and advanced reporting would make it even more effective for teams looking to scale their workflows and decision-making.

I’m able to save on time going through spreadsheet as automation analyzes the database and executes tasks immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?

With a centralized system, reporting becomes slow as all items more than 10k. This results to failure in automation.

I’m able to operate several workspace allowing me to track all operations from different departments with AI proactive alerts.
