This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    PANDADOC IS A TOOL WE USE TO MANAGE EVERYTHING RELATED TO DOCUMENTS AT WORK. IT ALLOWS US TO CREATE, EDIT CONTRACTS , FILES, AS WELL AS SIGN THEM DIGITALLY. WHOLE PROCESS IS FASTER AND MORE ORGANIZED.

    IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO GET USED TO ALL THE FEATURES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH TOOLS OF THIS TYPE.

    What do you like best about the product?
    very user friendly. I love being able to use set templates for clients saving a lot of time during the work week!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have no cons to note. The software is very easy to use and we have not had any issues.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We went from having huge paper files that we had to scan in to make digital to small client folders, cutting down on office supply cost and staff time.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Makes it easy for our employees and potential candidates to access documents that need to be filled out electronically if they're not able to do it in person. Our company has employees through out different cities and states so it gives our internal staff ease of getting documents done accordingly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Manually placing all necessary filling options could get tedious, especially if you have multiple pages. PandaDoc has added the option to automatically add all the "fill" sections but its either all or none, there's no in between to pick and choose.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Pandadoc is helping me reduce paper waste and time on getting the documentation I need signed or filled out quicker. I can send multiple documents at the same time and my employees find it easier to submit documents when I need them.

    What do you like best about the product?
    PandaDoc has completely streamlined our document workflow. From creating proposals to getting signatures and tracking activity, everything is smooth, fast, and user-friendly. The templates and automation features save a lot of time, and the real-time notifications keep us informed at every step. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

    Absolutely a 10/10 — highly recommended for any team looking to simplify and professionalize their document process!

    Occasionally, email invites don’t get delivered to new users, requiring manual intervention.
