Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract offers three plan tiers: Essentials, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier is billed by units and steps up in document workflow capability. Essentials includes 2 units and covers document creation and signing. Business supports integrations and sending documents in bulk. Enterprise fits large companies with complex workflows. You can add the Salesforce Integration option to connect document workflows with a CRM. Additional usage lets you pay for units beyond what your plan includes. You pick a tier, then layer on the integration or extra usage as your needs grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A document counts when you deliver it to recipients for signature, approval, or review. This includes contracts, proposals, and forms. Drafts, templates, and documents shared only internally do not count. Each plan tier includes a set number of units, and usage is tracked in your dashboard.
When you reach your included units, you can keep sending documents through the Additional usage dimension. Extra usage is billed per document on your next cycle. Your account stays active and you retain access to existing documents. Unused units do not roll over between billing periods.
The Salesforce Integration is a separate add-on, not a plan tier. You pick a tier such as Essentials, Business, or Enterprise, then layer the integration on top to connect document workflows with your CRM. Both charges appear together on your invoice.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how PandaDoc makes it easier for me to get documents signed and completed. It's convenient for my clients and myself since we don't have to meet up or coordinate schedules. Everything can be done at our convenience and eliminates the hassle of reading handwriting or printing a lot of documents. The interface is very easy to use and intuitive. I find the platform smooth, functional, and quick, yet capable. I also really appreciate the features like assigning signature order, allowing people to sign in any order, and the flexibility with required or optional fields. PandaDoc feels versatile and economical, especially compared to DocuSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I am completely satisfied with PandaDoc and have no reason to complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it easier to get documents signed without meeting in person, saving me time on travel and printing. It eliminates issues with handwriting and scheduling, allowing for signing at one's convenience and reduces my interaction time, making everything straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how well organized the form and email templates are, and I appreciate the ability to edit any form both during template curation and right before sending a new one. I also like the automation of reminders and having a clear timeline of sent and signed documents. Overall, it’s easy to navigate, especially compared with other competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit a form after it’s been sent, but before the client signs it, instead of having to trash the document and send a new one. When multiple forms get sent, it can be confusing for the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Salesforce has made it much faster to send our forms and contracts, and we’re seeing a quicker turnaround on getting forms signed.

The searching tab sometimes does not reflect the account we are looking for but its clear they have signed up.

It serves as a docuemntation for the HCP, it benefits us that we dont have to ask the HCP of the detials needed from them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc's automation, especially for having all our day-to-day agreements in one place. The edit functionality is great for making quick changes with redlines. I appreciate the reminders and the ability to include a link to access the agreement. I also like the notifications when documents are opened or signed, which help me avoid constantly checking in. Overall, PandaDoc is more user-friendly compared to what we used before, and the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would help to be able to set reminders after the fact, not just when you build and send it. I don't believe you can set a reminder after you've already sent it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to speed up building agreements. I like the automation, edit functionality, reminders, and notifications, which save me from constantly checking in. Having all approved documents accessible is convenient, and quick edits help with redlines.
