Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract offers three plan tiers: Essentials, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier is billed by units and steps up in document workflow capability. Essentials includes 2 units and covers document creation and signing. Business supports integrations and sending documents in bulk. Enterprise fits large companies with complex workflows. You can add the Salesforce Integration option to connect document workflows with a CRM. Additional usage lets you pay for units beyond what your plan includes. You pick a tier, then layer on the integration or extra usage as your needs grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A document counts when you deliver it to recipients for signature, approval, or review. This includes contracts, proposals, and forms. Drafts, templates, and documents shared only internally do not count. Each plan tier includes a set number of units, and usage is tracked in your dashboard.
When you reach your included units, you can keep sending documents through the Additional usage dimension. Extra usage is billed per document on your next cycle. Your account stays active and you retain access to existing documents. Unused units do not roll over between billing periods.
The Salesforce Integration is a separate add-on, not a plan tier. You pick a tier such as Essentials, Business, or Enterprise, then layer the integration on top to connect document workflows with your CRM. Both charges appear together on your invoice.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to upload a document, see it immediately, and add signature, date, and text fields exactly where they’re needed. The alignment tools help everything look clean and professional, which matters a lot for candidate-facing documents. Document tracking is also a big win for me—I can see whether a document has been viewed, who viewed it, and where it is in the signing process, so I know when to follow up or send reminders to different signers. Being able to share a direct link via Slack or email makes it simple to coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and PandaDoc works well across devices so candidates can sign from almost anywhere. I’ve even used it while traveling in Costa Rica, and it felt just as smooth as working from home.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to set and adjust the signing order, especially when there are multiple signers involved. I also wish that if a signer makes a minor mistake when filling out a document, I could have them redo just that section instead of needing to restart the entire document. I haven’t explored any direct integration with Breezy HR yet, and I’d be interested in learning more about how those tools could work together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes my offer extension and onboarding process much smoother and more efficient, especially when juggling multiple candidates and vendor agreements. The combination of easy document setup, professional presentation, and clear tracking reduces back-and-forth and helps keep hiring and onboarding moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can edit things without needing permission, which makes it super useful. It's also really convenient to use the variety of formats that PandaDoc offers and not having to keep saving my work. It's helpful that my whole company can see and edit the same documents, and I can send these directly to clients, which is useful. I think it's a good product overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would save files faster to my computer because it takes a while, which is frustrating. Also, sometimes the format can be a little bit goofy, so I have to work around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc makes it easy to reuse drafts, send documents to clients directly, and allows my team to edit documents without needing permission. The variety of formats is convenient, and it auto-saves to prevent data loss.

What do you like best about the product?
The digital signature has been a game changer for our business! It allows customers to quickly accept and get on the schedule. The set-up of it notifying me by email keeps the process running smoothly
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the set-up is perfect, but there is always room to improve. I would like the form to do better at prompting customers about check boxes without the requirement to select them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have customers print, sign and send back. This is an issue in this day and age becuase many people don't have printers or the ability to scan it back. It delayed the process 10-fold

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple PandaDoc is to use, which simplifies my work. I find the template feature particularly useful, as it allows me to always include the basic positions in offers for heat pumps. The initial setup of PandaDoc was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I access it via the phone or iPad, I often can't edit anything because the page keeps crashing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc simplifies my work through its easy use and the useful template functions that include all basic positions for heat pump sales. However, the site often crashes when I use it on a mobile phone or iPad, which makes editing difficult.
