Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract offers three plan tiers: Essentials, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier is billed by units and steps up in document workflow capability. Essentials includes 2 units and covers document creation and signing. Business supports integrations and sending documents in bulk. Enterprise fits large companies with complex workflows. You can add the Salesforce Integration option to connect document workflows with a CRM. Additional usage lets you pay for units beyond what your plan includes. You pick a tier, then layer on the integration or extra usage as your needs grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A document counts when you deliver it to recipients for signature, approval, or review. This includes contracts, proposals, and forms. Drafts, templates, and documents shared only internally do not count. Each plan tier includes a set number of units, and usage is tracked in your dashboard.
When you reach your included units, you can keep sending documents through the Additional usage dimension. Extra usage is billed per document on your next cycle. Your account stays active and you retain access to existing documents. Unused units do not roll over between billing periods.
The Salesforce Integration is a separate add-on, not a plan tier. You pick a tier such as Essentials, Business, or Enterprise, then layer the integration on top to connect document workflows with your CRM. Both charges appear together on your invoice.

What do you like best about the product?
I was using DocuSign and paying $15 a month for only 5 signatures. PandaDoc is much more affordable and way easier and quick to use. I love that you can use their auto-align for the signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I'd say that I don't know what else PandaDoc can do. Sometimes I just want to do a quick rinse a repeat of the same document, but different signers. I'm not sure if they have those features. Maybe they do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving my issue of having to send out forms to sign. I never know when I'll have forms to sign, so it's nice to have PandaDoc's pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
Customisation for branding and document templating.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our business is paused and we can’t afford the subscription fee, we lose access to the documents we created previously and can’t download them. I’m not sure whether there’s a way around this, but it’s been a real issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get proposals out quickly while keeping our branding and messaging consistent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly PandaDoc is and the flexibility it offers to customize any templates or create new ones from scratch. This feature saves time, reduces manual errors, and allows me to quickly update templates as our products and processes evolve. The initial setup was also easy and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say reporting, we should have reports available which can show the count of completed documents and count of documents under different statuses. If you want to know how many completed documents are available on your account, there is no report available which can tell this information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to manage our quote to cash process. It's user-friendly, saving time and reducing errors with customizable templates that quickly update as our processes change.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that PandaDoc is user friendly and offers very similar features to DocuSign but at a lower price point. I find it convenient that once I assign a document to approvers, I am notified again only when it's completed by all signers, which is helpful for managing approvals across a global organization. I also like that files are retrievable after signing for up to a year, which serves as an extra storage feature. The search feature to locate signed files is another aspect I find valuable. The initial setup and training were pretty easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice that once the document is approved, it does not always change to Completed. Sometimes it shows as viewed or signed and is already complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to manage approvals across our global organization seamlessly, offering a user-friendly platform with a search feature that helps retrieve signed documents for up to a year.
