This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    This software is very easy to use. I really appreciate the ability to create templates, which significantly streamlines the contract process. Making changes to a live contract is also straightforward and hassle-free.

    At this point, I have no complaints! As a CSM with a very specific use case, this tool does exactly what I need it to do.

    What do you like best about the product?
    We use PandaDoc to manage our business documents and it has been awesome.
    From creating, sharing, and organizing documents, this tool has it all.
    It ensures our documents are secure and it makes signing documents electronically easy.
    I also like that PandaDoc supports scaling it also saves time thanks to ease of automating tasks such as document creation.
    Finally with the tool, sealing deals is easy as we can sign documents online.

    It has all critical features and everything else including understanding and using PandaDoc is straightforward.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has been awesome for creating and managing our documents. In addition, it handles electronic document signing really well and everything works perfectly.

    I’ve been using PandaDoc daily in my role as a head of finance, and it’s quickly become an indispensable tool in my toolkit. What stands out most is its cutting-edge technological foundation—think seamless automation for document generation, real-time tracking, and legally binding e-signatures. The platform’s integrations syncs effortlessly with my CRM HubSpot, pulling in data automatically and eliminating those tedious manual transfers that used to eat up hours.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    No editing of finalized documents without starting over
    Once a document (like a contract or quote) is sent or completed, you cannot make even a tiny change — wrong date, client name, or amount. You have to delete it and rebuild from scratch. No quick edits, no “undo.”
