PANDADOC GREAT APP
What do you like best about the product?
PANDADOC IS A TOOL WE USE TO MANAGE EVERYTHING RELATED TO DOCUMENTS AT WORK. IT ALLOWS US TO CREATE, EDIT CONTRACTS , FILES, AS WELL AS SIGN THEM DIGITALLY. WHOLE PROCESS IS FASTER AND MORE ORGANIZED.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO GET USED TO ALL THE FEATURES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH TOOLS OF THIS TYPE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS

What do you like best about the product?
very user friendly. I love being able to use set templates for clients saving a lot of time during the work week!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no cons to note. The software is very easy to use and we have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from having huge paper files that we had to scan in to make digital to small client folders, cutting down on office supply cost and staff time.
Using PandaDoc is a great way to get any kind of Edocument done.
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy for our employees and potential candidates to access documents that need to be filled out electronically if they're not able to do it in person. Our company has employees through out different cities and states so it gives our internal staff ease of getting documents done accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually placing all necessary filling options could get tedious, especially if you have multiple pages. PandaDoc has added the option to automatically add all the "fill" sections but its either all or none, there's no in between to pick and choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is helping me reduce paper waste and time on getting the documentation I need signed or filled out quicker. I can send multiple documents at the same time and my employees find it easier to submit documents when I need them.

PandaDoc has completely streamlined our document workflow. From creating proposals to getting signatures and tracking activity, everything is smooth, fast, and user-friendly. The templates and automation features save a lot of time, and the real-time notifications keep us informed at every step. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, email invites don’t get delivered to new users, requiring manual intervention.

PandaDoc streamlines document creation, signing, and tracking—saving us time and improving client turnaround.

I like the user-friendly interface, time-saving automation, and professional presentation of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're unable to include more than one version of a font family (e.g., regular and bold) in our branded theme. While we’ve found a per-document workaround, it would be great if the branded theme could support both font variations across all documents.

It's helping us write proposals faster with templates and catalog items to pull from, and helping us get signatures faster.
Great document solution for sending business offers
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a super simple and user friendly tool. It has a super convienient extension for HubSpot to create and manage business documents. I recently had an issue with a template and had to reach out to the support team for assistance - They were friendly, efficient and transparent - my issue was resolved promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document file searching can be a little confusing at times.

PandaDoc is very easy to use. It is reliable, fast and has worked seamlessly every time I used it.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the invite feature. You can easily invite party members to others to sign your document. I also love how there is a signature, initial, etc. feature. It makes things super easy without having to import signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the log in and sign up screens are hidden behind a bunch of ads to buy the premium version. I'd like it more if it was cleared up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring that I can safely do commissions on my online business.

What do you like best about the product?
Simpler development experience than DocuSign, and less complicated overall. I like having variables that can be set programmatically when sending documents. I like having variables that can be referenced in the text of the document template that make the template dynamic. I like that the signing experience is familiar. I was doing some testing of the api and got something just a little bit wrong, but the support team helped me find it very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't just sign up for an account with api access without going through sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to send hundreds of documents for e-signing per month. Need a 3rd party e-signature partner that has responsive support.
