The solution has improved our workflow by providing a centralized solution. It is a one-stop solution that allows us to analyze the sales pipeline and plan activities for specific customers, giving us insights into our approach to prospects. The key improvements include the ability to cross-sell capabilities and identify conversion influencing factors, which we can use to convert customers.
The most valuable features in this solution are the activity tracking for a particular prospect, deal sizing, deal valuation, the entire ecosystem of the deal, and the contact person associated with the deal.
The tool is quite user-friendly. When we started using it, it was quite clear how to use it. It is a very user-friendly platform, so adopting it had no significant issues.
One valuable feature is that it automatically integrates into HubSpot when you write an email to a prospect and include a specific email ID. This gives clear insights into ongoing communications, eliminating information hiding. This feature helps in understanding the entire historical aspect of a prospect, even if the person originally handling it is unavailable.
What needs improvement?
The tool should add a prospect success feature. Some intelligence should be drawn from our activities and the data we're feeding to recommend the next action. Some AI enablement will help us take the next step for a particular prospect or recommend solutions to help with prospect conversion from an out-of-the-box perspective.

I rate HubSpot Sales Hub's scalability an eight out of ten. My company has 15 users who use it daily.
How are customer service and support?
The solution's support is quite responsive. Whenever we raise tickets or report issues, there is a quick response regarding managing and resolving them. We haven't had any issues on that front.

Our previous solution didn't provide a holistic viewpoint of Sales CRM, so we moved to HubSpot Sales Hub. The licensing fees also influenced our decision.

HubSpot is benchmark setter in CRM industry and always keeps on improving the features. Sales Hub is the great example of it.

Nothing to dislike about it as of now but pricing plans can be more effective.

As we all know HubSpot is benchmark in the industry, we have been able to plan our sales funnel effectively with advanced features available in Sales Hub.

Nothing to not like as of now. However, I would love to see reduced latency in report/dashboard refresh.

The Best CRM I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
For Gen Z people entering the sales world, we know one thing - good vibes are key, and HubSpot has good vibes. To translate, HubSpot has the best UI/UX. From the ease of tracking emails, calls, and more from my inbox, to monitoring deal status, to account management automations, this thing has it all. I managemy entire day through HubSpot, and it's made me a better salesperson, partially because I'm able to see data about my performance through the reporting feature, and make measurable, reasonable goals based on that data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some downsides. I feel like one or more features can go down regularly, but HubSpot is always sure to let you know they're aware of issues and that their teams are working on fixing them. It works better in original Outlook than the 'New Outlook'. I have issues where the HubSpot window now partially covers the email instead of going to the side.

I'm a very distracted salesperson, so Sales Hub helps me stay organized and on task throughout the day.

It's a great way to automate processes in our lead-to-customer journey, Hubspot can make your life easier with the task assignment and the automated process you can program so many people in your organization to be informed and do their part to help our new customers and old ones.
It has a simple and friendly way to teach you when you open a new feature for the first time so my new coworkers can learn easily how to navigate the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the forms, you can't put a form with multiple choice and a field for others that can be opened to add some text to let the lead client inform us more.
The invoice is not useful if you work in México, you can't use it.

You can see the journey your leads and customers have with you, it's great to see they open and how much time they see your documents that were sent to them, the mail feature its powerful and helps you connect professionally and easily.
