What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation and data analytics. It's easy to navigate and gives insights quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, there just have been issues with changes stages with the deals. But overall, my experience was great for the past year.

Hubspot has everything I need. Customer and contact maintenance, orders, quoting, etc. Great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
With more and more things being added, it can start to become bloated and expensive to keep adding on features.

Hubspot enables me to manage the entire customer lifecycle.
Intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI of the of HubSpot is intuitive and easy to navigate. As a beginner who just started using this a month ago, it has been overall an swift transition.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes resets my property views which can be annoying because I'll have to manually update it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It able to notify use if there are dupliate contacts in the system and makes it's easy to merge them.
Hubspot has been great, I would love to see more customization though.

I like the fact that you can have a US number without being in the US. The abiliy to keep track of everything in one place is absolutely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of customization compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a US number without being in the US and also being able to have a stramlined process. I'm not one to use many tools, I like to keep things simple and easy to keep track of.
Great program to keep sales contacts organized
What do you like best about the product?
A great program to keep all of your sales contacts organized, as well as unique documents and templates used to communicate with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tasks, contacts, companies don't merge, so you need to go in and document for each onel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep track of businesses I've reached out to; being able to assign to different territory managers; being able to have a general template that I can edit before sending to each individual contact

Good for staying organized and tracking deal flow.

Some of the features are a bit hard to navigate. Perhaps could be more user friendly.

Helps me keep track of deals and what stage each is in.

I've used multiple CRMs throughout my career, and Hubspot outperforms them in every aspect. It's used every day in my role and makes finding metrics and data so seamless. Their support team is always on call to answer any questions.

I would like to see some more advertising data being available in reports.

Showcasing sales metrics in a clear concise manner.
CRM with great capabilities for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
I like that hubspot does everything you need it to do, it covers the basics and it's great for those who can't afford the big pricetags of salesforce. Even the free version works well for smaller companies trying to get going, and it is cabable of holding its own when budget for more software is tight. It does multiple things meaning smaller bsuinesses only need invest in one sotware. It is easy to set up, the support is good and it integrates with many things. There signiture maker is a great free tool too!

I find the UX tricky sometimes, they are making improvments but if its not set up right day one it can be hard to change it

Having a notification at the moment of a lead opens my email is remarkable.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy using of deal creation and notification at the moment of a lead opens my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I open an email that I sent to a lead, I get a notification as the lead opened that email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating the excel sales funnel challenges. Facilitating the invoice preparation process.
