What do you like best about the product?
Data is centralized! Helps with keeping company and touchpoint info in one place.

Can be a bit overwhelming if you have too much data and no filters

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly easy to use, with lots of options for customization. The integration with gmail makes interaction tracking very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some specific actions that are limited. An example would be creating an automation to email me when I miss a call from a lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping customer data organized. It is our main platform and our sales team depends on it

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of sales hub is the ability to link contacts to a common company and associate all communications together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to track duplicate contacts when multiple email addresses are involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot ties communications from multiple platforms to organize data, improving efficiency.

We've started out with Hubspot for StartUps in 2018 and have scaled daily since then!

Customization is awesome but can be overwhelming!

The complexity to set up can be challenging.

HubSpots Sales Hub has been great for our sales teams lead management, reporting, and more to help us crush sales numbers!

While maybe useful for other teams, there's more fluff than our teams needs to be effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub has allowed our team to streamline their outreach processes and save time on the backend with research and company outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several steps to learning all of the impactful tools, so onboarding new team members takes a little bit longer than we'd prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely saves time.

So far my only complaint is that I can't mass update Contacts to match a Company

Tracking sales within my department. I am able to see at a quick glance what my team is doing.
