What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been transforming our sales team to allow flexibility and easy data collection to be shared within our team. In a growing company with developing processes, HubSpot has been a welcome addition to our tool belt.

Nothing major to note as of yet... still early in adoption

I think the UI of clicking can be annoying and simple at times.

I like that the data is all in one place and you can create associations to help manage deals
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use a domain to create a company when they don't have a website. Duplicate entries.

It helps with quick communication between reps in different locations.

I love the team behind supporting HubSpot admins, our rep holds monthly trainings at different times to assist with product understanding and usage.
I also love the Innovation that HubSpot continues to bring forth. Agent.ai has been an awesome tool to use!
