Super user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Love how the user interface is extremely pleasing to the eye and easy to use. I love the ability to create new properties that are customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The importing of any data is extremely complicated. When I download the template, it doesn't provide a lot of information

Marketing and sales are not engaged close enough.

Easy UI and ability to export and import data.

Lack of integration with ERP systems such as SAP to sync financial data.

Many options, customer service is quick and easy.

Not as beneficial for non profits, I believe we need better contact profile.

HubSpot is user friendly, and simple to understand. Makes structuring the numbers you'd want to see easy.

Only 5 tabs in saved view. Can't edit drop down menu/fields when you're viewing in list view.

All of the CRM functionality that I require are met.

Super Admins and their ability to help build out templates, snippets, and sequences for the team is extremely limited.
