Great platform for those looking to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to keep things organized and ensure tasks are completed throughout the pipeline.

Can get confusing with lots of properties

Great platform but with road bumps

Very useful platform but with its certain limitations but the team that supports helps out and can make suggestions for next steps. Overall good process!

Certain limitations with outlook like adding content on that end

We didnt know where the contacts came in from or who communicates with them so this helps solve that issue

I love the ease of use and easy set-up, superb UX.

Price increase from starter pack to larger is crazy.

Tracking emails sent to customers open rates replies and things like that.

Easy to use and find what I am looking for. Not a lot of extra fields that are not needed.

I haven't found anything I really dislike yet!

What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to try HubSpot Sales. While I'm not an expert in this category, my initial impression is that the packaging is eye-catching and conveys a sense of quality, along with user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsure at this time as it is very new to our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing data and providing reports of benefit.
Provides sales with many tools to be successful.

It's integrates with many other hubs and departments.

Our sales team doesn't use it to the fullest.

Easy to get started and automate
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and automate the mundane sales tasks. Making it easy to see your pipeline and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outlook connector. Seems to disconnect can have issues often. May not be a HubSpot problem but a Microsoft one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our customer interaction in one place and being able to automate as much as we can to not let things slip through the cracks.
Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is a great platform for the sales team. Its features make our work easier, and give us the chance to build better relationships with our prospects and customers. And now with all the Al tools is even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are tools that don't work so well in other languages, like Spanish. And that makes it a little more complicated to implement with our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have everything in one place, and make better decisions.
Highly integrated tool that makes it easy for sales teams to prioritize and maintain their pipelines

I like that progress through the pipeline as well as all activities to close a deal are available and measurable
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool requires accurate information to be added by the sales team which isn't always the case. I'd also like more options for conditional properties and requiring fields throughout the pipeline on contacts and companies so we can keep all relevant info on the correct item but make sure it's populated by the team throughout the funnel

It's our source of truth for all go to market data

More customization to the UI would be great
