Lead management has never been easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation in deals enhances efficiency in basic entry-level tasks. Templates and snippets are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences are not functioning correctly. They require double workflow enrollment and create confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to remind about forgotten leads and helps to identify easy opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The entire pipeline review is super helpful while trying to calculate prospective business and sales goals. The option of being able to assign weighted averages to deals in the pipeline is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quoting process was better. Currently we cannot make a quote that shows a prorated total to align the contract end date, so a lot of times we are creating order forms manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see the entire pipeline in one view, tracking leads and deals, and seeing the average sales cycle.

The segmentation of sales reps and showing goals vs actual achievement is great.

It is a hit overwhelming with the amount of products you can utilize.

It helps us show the activity on a contact record so we can follow up at a later time

What do you like best about the product?
As a corporate controller, an easy but powerful reporting is key. With HubSpot Sales Hub you can create transparency within your company with the click on your mouse.

I'm not a big fan of orange tbh. And I think the UX could use a refresh!

Implementing Sales Hub in a Non-Traditional Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing a CRM tool in a non-traditional industry was a risk my company was willing to take. Working in construction, sales professionals are seen as individuals who can sometimes raise the bar, but are other times there for "support". Upon implementing Sales Hub with HubSpot, our team of sales professionals has proven that customer data is what can bring us above our competitors and will enable us to continue on a trajectory of growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little clunky to navigate for those of us who are only using the surface level of things it can accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me group my customers together by their needs, track ur conversations, and provide me with insight on which customers need to be a touchpoint.

Sales hub is great for raving out to customers and prospects but could use list clean up

What do you like best about the product?
Creating dashboards is really easy! HubSpot is really user friendly overall.

We deal with outages pretty often, but it's not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A recent problem that HubSpot has solved for us is tracking tickets for clients. We are able to have full visibility into what our clients are having issues with.

What do you like best about the product?
I am new to using hubspot and have found it extremely user friendly so far. I look forward to learning more about HS and utilizing it for future goals and projects.

I was looking for custom objects to create a conference event tool.
