The ability to guide users with required fields and actions, as well as the ability to report effectively giving sales leaders the insights they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still working on how to best customize deals for different product lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we were using a home-grown system with little visibility and structure to it. Sales Hub has enabled us to put requirements in place, and data checks. It gives our sales leadership visibility that they did not have before without using multiple spreadsheets and more.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes automation super easy. personalized emails and automated follow-ups, really helps us to connect with customers at different stages of their journey. Whether it’s sending reminders or tracking leads, everything is automated to keep things moving smoothly.

More access to customer support would be appreciated

What do you like best about the product?
Having HubSpot forms embedded throughout our site allows us to collect customer information, which streamlines our sales process, as well as enables us to remarket to our more passive prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a robust tool with lots of features. It's been a learning curve learning all the features and capabilities the last 3 years. I do sometimes wish there was more dedicated support versus being shuffled around from account manager and online support.

Streamlining sales process and getting rid of the manual process we once relied on.

Report creating can be difficult to grasp for new users

They are constantly adding AI features to assist with questions and report generation
Love the tool and user experience. Only downside is synchrony with a highly customized salesforce

Only challenge is sunching wiyh our CRM once someone becomes a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an extremely user-friendly platform. As a new-to-Hubspot admin, it has been a lot to learn, but it has been easy to gradually introduce each new tool to our team. Tons of support and knowledge base for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with the reporting. I have access to almost everything, but there seem to be limitations to what data I can combine and I can't seem to run anything with a calculation (YoY or MoM, for ex). This may be my own skill limitations!
One thing I have found that I wish it had is a way to track users performance towards sales strategies. Hubspot reps have recommended Playbooks, but there isn't a way to measure progress toward the goal listed in the playbook.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team was using Salesforce before in an inconsistent (and often incorrect) way. Hubspot has had a much higher adoption and so far is cleaner data. We now have much better visibility into our teams' performance, activities, and the engagement with their accounts and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting all the data points with our marketing efforts. I like the new prospecting section as well. It helps to track these people without being in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have MS Teams calls and meetings connected.

One centralized place for everyone in the organization to access contact and company information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sales Hub is connected into the CRM - pulling from a single source of truth, and allowing Sales Teams to manage their tasks in a clean way. The flexibility of settings to allow to align the process workflow with unique sales processes is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the Prospecting Workspace View, sometimes it can be confusing internally with which area to focus in (Deals, Prospecting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the specific process stages with conditional property logic to ensure the entire workflow is seamless

The ABM features aren't very thorough, so there's limited processes for account based marketing
