What do you like best about the product?
The best thibg about Hubspot is that the interface and seamless integration with the ecosystem is best. This CRM is easy to navigate, allowing for effcient leand management and tracking. Its automation tools like email sequencing and task reminders same a lot of time by adding repetitive tast which frees up more time for meaningfull sales interactions
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features like custom reporting and deeper automation workflow are only for the higher-tiered plans. This makes a costly for smaller teams and organizations or startups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is centralized CRM now and is much easier to manage contacts, log conversations where it ensures me there is no slip through the opportunities. The automation tools and huge benefit as the handle repetitive task like sending followup emails, setting reminders, which allows me to focus on high-priority task

need to go in and out to find your deals can't list all in one l pipe line and go through information quickly at times it can be quite slow

The only dark part i kiled here on hubspot is that it should provide a pop up for task on dashboard so that it can be seen before we are not able to know.

It is solving the track of excel files instead we can make a place where all this are avilable.

It helps you track important information, notes, reports, and revenue efficiently. Besides their customer support is fast to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration with HubSpot isn’t very seamless. I encountered issues when trying to connect the lists I built in Sales Navigator with HubSpot, as it requires manual syncing. Additionally, reaching out to customers via LinkedIn messages through HubSpot can’t be automated. If you’re using automated sequences, you’ll need to send LinkedIn messages manually.

The benefit is increased efficiency and productivity, as everything is centralized and easy to access. What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features about the Sales Hub is the ability to link deals to companies and to contacts. Its a convenient reference point. Also, the email task reminders have always been a beneficial tool to ensure you stay on top of all your follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new deal, I dislike the feature "Add timeline activity" from company or contact. If the feature is enabled, it creates a mess in the company or contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses HubSpot Sales Hub as a tool to effectively monitor our sales pipeline and provide senior management with growth and revenue projections. Personally, it has also been a very useful system for managing my workload and ensuring timely follow up on deals and a way to record historical engagements with customers.
Central Hub for User-Friendly Sales Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly, and I rarely have an issue trying to figure out how to do something in there. I've been using the HubSpot insights function on the target accounts page lately, which lets me do a little bit of research on a prospect before reaching out to them. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things I find more inconvenient than detrimental to making sales. One aspect is sending emails; I don't feel it's the most efficient process. There are a lot of restrictions when it comes to how to send emails, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a central hub to track all sales information, solving the problem of quickly locating the data we need. It prevents us from searching through different sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how I can easily create, filter and change all my different views. I can see all my contacts in one screen and can easily call, txt or email them from the same page. The customer support has been great and I really enjoy the constant updates and changes to make things even easier for my team. We use the reports a lot as well so I can easily see where there are challenges in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didnt have to use a third party programme to txt from. I also wish there was a calendar where myself and my team can add to all in one view.

Solving how we keep track of our potential leads and customers and how we can alter our approach to our business through the analytics.

the ability to add in pipeline automation so that you can make sure the sales reps are inputting the same data, to ensure that reporting is accurate and the data can be passed out into other apps that are connected to hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing can be a little high for larger sales teams, and there is a lot to learn in the platform. But, once all of those are learned its a really beneficial tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy forcasting, pipeline visibility and funnel reporting. These all make the data transparent within the platform and easy to display within different reports.
