More intuitive than Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a very intuitive CRM that makes a lot of the processes easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from SF, some of the features are a bit tricky to find at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main CRM so the whole sales and marketing ecosystem lives there

When it comes to customization, Salesforce is still a better option.

What do you like best about the product?
While the implementation process required training and adjustment, HubSpot’s customer support and resources have been invaluable in ensuring a smooth transition. It’s a platform that scales with us as we continue to grow and expand our vision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the basic functionalities are intuitive, mastering HubSpot’s more advanced tools and automation capabilities can require a considerable investment in time and training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot’s CRM has become the backbone of our client management process. It allows us to:
• Track Leads and Sales: Every inquiry, whether from a family exploring custom homes at Bluejack National or a realtor partnership opportunity, is meticulously tracked. This ensures no lead falls through the cracks.
• Pipeline Visualization: We maintain clear visibility into each stage of the sales journey, from initial contact to closing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see prospect and customer activity in real time is paramount. Being able to connect with prospects at a time they are actively browsing emails/marketing content improves pipeline generation and reduces sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies who don't keep clean data and allow many employees to use Hubspot without clear operating procedures create lots of clutter for sales teams, muddying the waters.

Email deliverability has waned, and I suspect emails are not being delivered. There is no simple way to tell which contacts need to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot creates transparency for communication and engagement, which allows many people within the company to have a single view of a customer or prospects' engagement in one place.

Being able to easily create deals and track them through the sales process is critical to any sales organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage customer and company information in HubSpot. We especially like the integration with our website to automatically create HubSpot records from our registration page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports is not as intuitive as other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Registration and management of customer and company contacts. Easily creating and managing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is very easy, analytics and visualization is well detailed with networks and connections
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility and scalability is a con and can be improved

Accurate on metrics we deal on daily basis in terms of deals, gtranparancy on what is going on in every deal, automation helps in triggering mails to respective SPOCs

What do you like best about the product?
The ease by which I can navigate leads and their status in our pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things need to be done manually if you do not connect email accounts -- this can be difficult if you are marketing and your business owner does not want to connect their accounts / be involved in the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the issue of having bad "vision" for the things that are going on. It also solved sending reminders automatically, and moving thigns through the pipeline through low code solutions

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to keep track on what has been done and what is being done. It is easy to use and connect several communities to leads or realtors as well within each interaction. Tasks are very helpful though they could be better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pages are way too convoluted, also some drop down menus are not the best and the browser extensions are not very good. Tasks should send an email or some kind of notification for the day they are scheduled. not just a little bar in the website which is unnoticeable most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping all the info on each lead, or community together

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is integrated at one place, sales, marketing and cs
What do you dislike about the product?
For Brazil, I think some features are not priority and we are still not able to use :/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment, clients and task management and, of course, kanban with a lot of different pipelines
