Lot's of features that are easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy to use and easy to learn. I'm still new and learning the ropes, but it's been easy to set up
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to do a custom object, but paying for enterprise for this feature is excessive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track our numerous customers across all markets. managing them in an excel file was difficult while we are now able to track stages seamlessly and record files and conversations.
Learn and Grow with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Hubspot to simply keep track of my customers' database. The software was easy to get started on and the multiple features were an open invitation for exploration. My favourite tool is email synchronisation and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequency of use. If only I received updates and tutorials of features I barely use, I would practice their functionalities and pick up a few skills along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work as a customer support specialist has positively and greatly been influenced by my day-to-day learning and implementation of the lessons found on Hubspot Academy which help me improve my performance and achieve results efficiently
Great CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
We are an SBM that recently adopted HubSpot and it has been a great Sales tool so far. We have been impressed with its ease of use, implementation and features.

Hubspot should increase their Customer Support

Managing our Client database and frequency of engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Like that's it's relatively easy to use and support is fast to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to connect Projects with Pipelines. At the moment they exist separately in the system.

Organizing sales process among dispersed remote team
All your data in one place and customizable!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can see all of our customer and contact information in one place and track the data through different systems. Setting up syncs between our different software tools was fairly straight forward and makes sure our data is accurate and current.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different types of licensing and their onboarding fee are frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can more clearly track our customers information and how potential leads are progressing in the sales cycle.
Interactive and Easy to Implement
What do you like best about the product?
This is very user friendly and integrated well with our small business model. We were able to very easily get everyone on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to navigate new technology can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrates with other project management programs such as SnapCount and SmartSheet.
The best CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
All possibilities of connection with other relevant apps make our day-to-day much more efficient. I used it daily and find it very easy to navigate, in comparison with Salesforce, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile interface could be better. There can be a lot of information in a small space, and I find it a little unresponsive, especially if the company's database is very large.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to connect our marketing actions, linking MQLs with sales teams and enabling us to see the entire prospect reception chain is excellent. In addition to maintaining contact information within the company, allowing us to consult all the history with our prospects is great.
A more intuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how natural it is to add information to the database, and even when I can't figure it out, it's SO EASY to get immediate support from HubSpot. It was easy to get data in, and because we have the data easily accessible, the team uses it and keeps it up to date daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish there were more best-practice use cases for small businesses using the product. We would love more guidance in some cases!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love that we have a more consolidated place for our small team to be able to see incoming emails from our website, and distribute them amongst everyone. We also love the transparency of logging emails so we don't have to rely on institutional knowledge in people's heads/individual inboxes for account history. We're able to be more effective and efficient in our workflows.
This is an easy to use, user friendly platform that can be used extensively or simplistically.
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub allows me to save content and send it to my prospects in an automated fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that it was configured to the account, rather than the individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows you to integrate email correspondence from inside the platform, or outside, allowing all of your communication with your clients/prospects to be tracked. It also allows me to create marketing sequences to drip articles, etc to my clients/prospects seamlessly.
Great for keeping organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is great for keeping me organized, as well as being able to check in on the work my colleagues are doing so that we don't end up overlapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I currently dislike is the lack of hotkeys - it would be nice to hit one or two buttons to complete what I need to do instead of rooting around. It's not much of a difference, but it would be nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps prevent my team from overlapping - from reaching out to the same contacts, or repeating already completed actions.
