What do you like best about the product?
The customization of the sales cycle stages and permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
QoS improvements in a timely manner from customers to improve the services and interfacce.

Providing metrics/KPI's for the sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hubspot compared to other CRM's is the ease of use. Some CRM's can be a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Hubspot does a good job of making it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have an issue with is running reports. So this is not on Hubspot, I just need more time in the tool to be able to run the reports I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of tracking interaction between partners.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to collaborate and it organizes all of our deals. We can send out marketing emails and sequences through HubSpot and then we can see all the activity from an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our COO struggles with the reporting features on HubSpot. They wish that it was easier to report and visualize data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the issue of organizing sales efforts and it keeps a record of all of our work.

What do you like best about the product?
Almost all softwares integrate with Hubspot - the early choise for HUbspot has definitely paid off!
We have continuously started to use more features the more we have grown.
Support is sup fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is sometimes a bit complex. FAQs and a fast support help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all our Leads and Contacts in one place. From there on we track deals, manage quotes, invoices and also Newsletters.

What do you like best about the product?
The sequence platform is excellent for prospecting and the general interface is easy to use between the team. The customer support is excellent over email or livechat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customisation of certain things can be challenging, certain properties aren't available which can be slightly difficult in certain instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage and keep track of our prospecting over the entire team with the email tracking. We're able to customise our properties to make them relevant to our industry and help us score and track the quality of leads and prospects through the deal stages.

What do you dislike about the product?

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve disorganised sales processes, inefficient lead tracking, and lack of visibility into deal progress. What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track the entire department's activity in one centralized platform provides complete visibility and better coordination. The efficiency it brings streamlines workflows, reduces manual tasks, and ensures seamless communication. Additionally, the level of detail it offers allows for in-depth insights and data-driven decisions. Not being able to connect your email through with hubspot to send and recieve through the CRM due to hubspot not support Microsoft Exchange

What do you like best about the product?
THe use of contacts and connecting them to deals is amazing. Also the ability to collab on deals
What do you dislike about the product?
The email-deal connection always logs me out. It doesnt seperate certain details for contacts on mulitple deals.
