Powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
A very user-friendly user interface. Very little clutter. Customisable pages. Integrates well with Teams. Good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
No dedicated dark mode (yet). It's very bright white.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of prospects, key accounts and sales activity.

The ability to customize views and reports.

The HubSpot/Microsoft Outlook plugin does not work with older versions of Outlook.

The CRM for my company and the customizable features it has to track sales performance.
Best CRM Tool for Streamlined Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box, it works very well, but also gives me the flexibility to adjust for 95% of what we need to for our specific business. Most of the customization is intuitive, article support is good, and customer support is generally helpful. We use it all day every day and we've had CRMs that have hindered productivity, Hubspot definitely helps the whole way through. I've found handful of things I can't do, but even then there is usually someone interested in hearing the challenge and making a suggestion to overcome it. Data imports are easy, connecting to other systems has been without issue. Even for a relatively specific set of business needs, we were up and running quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything I explicitly don't like. If there have been things that don't exactly work for us, I understand why that decision was made for most other people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to bring customer service, ticketing, sales operations, lead geneation and our website under one umbrella and conect information in a way that wasn't easy to do previously.

The sales hub makes it easy to track deal, and client interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos are boring. It should be gamified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our team to track interactions and determine what is working and what is not when it comes to closing deals.

The automations and the excellent way to segment the database

That it doesn't have WhatsApp integrated to be able to converse with certain clients

The tracking of clients. Reminder automations to sell new services to clients. Organized database.

Hubspot has been a indispensable tool for my practice, not only as a CRM but also to create and host my website.

What do you dislike about the product?
Great follow up. Too frequent and do not cross reference with customers already contacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ask clients and prospects to book time with me at their discretion. It saves a lot of time.
Best tool for sales & marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Lead scoring is improved much better, which helps to advance on pipeline improvement. Also, the calendar setup and notes for the leads along with the ai assistant for the writeups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently a very disappointing was the extension for Gmail. Also the price is increased quite high. Mobile version for the app is not focused much at all. Reporting & triggers has become more complicated, and a few more automation options around sequences would be handy as well.

Its like one place where everything is integrated in my organization! Be it sales, marketing & blogs to publish. Even social media is scheduled through HubSpot. User tracking was the biggest headache, & it solved with HubSpot.

Comprehensive CRM, easy to use, with many options.

There are a few nuances on user interface that could be better. But the solution continues to improve.

I am liking the new AI features, very helpful in streamlining content and conversations

Only thing is the pricing per amount of seats.

It's gives us a better view of customer data and purchase intent making it easier to make new deals, nature existing clients and understand how we can improve.
Over the past 5 years i have seen great Improvements

The flow of intragration in clicks to campaigns to email responses,it helps with getting through quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
when leads are dumped in system any matching emails are not being cross referenced to current date that already exsists in my system which then creates new leads that go to another rep which starts a negitive domino effects.
