Review on HubSpot for Sustainability Non-profit

What do you like best about the product?
The support team has been helpful in guiding me on how to effectively use HubSpot to achieve my desired outcomes, particularly in reporting and data management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import of meeting information from other system or pre-adoption of HubSpot is not complete, we cannot import all available information like additional attendees, email attached and etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to assess and track the number of conversations and touchpoints we have with key stakeholders, specifically Chief Sustainability Officers (CSOs), as part of our key performance indicators (KPIs). This will help us evaluate how effectively we are engaging with CSOs. In addition, we should measure the quality of our understanding of their interests and needs. By doing so, we can better align our sustainability initiatives with their priorities and ensure we are connecting them with the most relevant initiatives that match their strategic goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing that sets HubSpot apart is the ease of intergrations, my Fathom and Linkedin, calendar and whatsApp all speak to each other meaningfully. My day is filled with great prompts and tasks generated from calls, emails and video meetings. HubSpot is where everthing meets and it works, it has my back.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is moving between contacts and tasks and dashboard. Its all there, just sometimes hard to find! But I'm learning. The Ai is a work in progress but getting there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting my meetings and the tasks needed to be done in one place and all linked to both the individual and the client company. Things are getting joined up!

Hubspot Help Desk Feature has been a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
The Help Desk feature that Hubspot rolled out 6 months ago or so has been a game changer. I am the director of customer support for a software platform. The Help Desk has helped us keep organized by support tech and quickly respond to incoming tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of categories, I would like to see tags added for tickets. Right now, we are using categories as if they were tags. This is leading to inflated ticket volume in reporting as each ticket may have multiple categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting has been super easy as we are able to schedule a weekly summary of call/sales activity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integrations it has, making it even easier than ever to have most things logged automatically. its simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there could be more integrations to log calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we send and receive a lot of emails and chats, the chats get taken care of directly in hubspot and we have all the tools there to redirect them to the correct department. As far as emails everything gets logged to their corresponding ticket making it easier to use.

Keeping track of email opens - lets me know when activity happens

If a reopen an email alreday sent - it shows says receiver opened it - but it was me

What do you like best about the product?
All of the information you can store in the contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it changes without warning (or my admin doesn't inform me beforehand of upcoming changes, not sure which is most accurate)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact management - I can see everyone who has had contact from our company with a customer and how it has been handled
Inbox - I can direct general questions for our company to the proper department/person
Deals - I can follow a specific deal to it's completion with integrated tasks to complete

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, tidy layout, fields work well with each other and there are so many systems that can be made use of! Integrations seem to work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the dashboards only being fitable to those funny squares is inconvenient as it doesnt transfer well when you view it on a phone vs a laptop vs a big screen, etc. Would be excellent if there was a live chat support feature that could help with urgent requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us tidy up our BD systems and improve overall results coming out of our sales team by being able to track the sales activity to results ratio.

New User Previously Not Familiar with CRM Software

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to modify conpany Emails with my own personal verbage. I also like Snippets for quick reparative notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
After changing the layout of my Views when I come back they revert back to the old view format and I have to change them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking lead status and activity, great for following up in a prioritzed method.

Effective and Easy To Use

What do you like best about the product?
I never used HubSpot on a daily basis until October, and it was so easy to use right away. It is intuitive to use, and I can even build sequences without any prior experience with it. Writing emails and recording activities is quick and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little finicky sometimes when entering contacts. I sometimes will need to enter a contact twice due to issues. It's a minor issue and doesn't happen too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot easily integrates with the other tools that I use, such as Apollo. Pushing contacts to HubSpot is quick and easy. It makes outbound sales efforts easy with multiple channels (including LinkedIn).
