A Feature-Rich CRM with Some Frustrations

  • February 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
✅Great Customer Support – Responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
✅ Many Features – Covers a wide range of business needs, from CRM to marketing automation.
✅ Good Mobile App – Well-designed and functional for on-the-go use.
✅ Constant Updates – The platform is always evolving with new features and improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
❌ Subscription System is Frustrating – The yearly discount setup feels restrictive, and renewing to keep last year’s discount is annoying.
❌ Takes a While to Get Started – The learning curve can be steep, and onboarding isn’t the fastest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us keep all customer interactions (emails, calls, and messages) in one place, making it easy to collect and manage data.

Solid CRM for a small sales team

  • February 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement good way to organize deals, contacts and companies. Understand at what stage your sales efforts are and create tasks to move them forward. Create lists that can automatically be updated based on filters that help segment prospects. Decent dashboards capability to desplay reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are not very flexible. It would also be good if you could create a customer/prospects pipeline vs a deals pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easy for a small team to track sale efforts.

Building a marketing empire with Hubspot CRM

  • February 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There is plenty of room to structure the capture of data that is relevant to you! Each and every business is different and Hubspot has the freedom for you to create forms and screens that reflect your process. If you need to sort your data into complex compartments on multiple levels, this can easilty be achieved. For instance, is the company, live or dead, then on the next level a prospect, customer or supplier, then on the next level what type of business are they a brand owner or marketing agency. The magic happens when you need to report on progress or you want a specific message to go to just the right people - few other products have this flexibility and you don't need to be a programmer to make this happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we design screen forms, we still have to change each users computer individually, I would like the option to send this form out to the whole company in one tick.

The lists and sort screens have an amazing array of filters, but both have different logic in the filters. Make them the same!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to build a marketing platform which has not been in place oin this business before. We can show the board results and progress with greater clarity. We have one place for all of the notes and conversations, we know what to do next and who is doing it. For me, I email and follow up, I need to be on the boil and not miss any prospective wins.

Great overall. Accessible, easy to use, but like all things, there's room for improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is easy to jump into without needing years of training, which makes it great for getting started quickly, and implement quickly. But I love how it can scale in complexity as your needs grow. You can start simple and gradually build out more advanced workflows, automations, and integrations. Plus, they keep expanding what HubSpot can do, and I’m excited to see how it continues to evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small features that feel like they should be native but aren’t, which makes it seem like HubSpot hasn’t fully mastered listening to its users. Nothing major prevents us from using the software, but these little gaps can be frustrating. Thankfully, workarounds exist, but I’d love to see more attention to these details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes our sales process smoother by automating tasks, keeping data in sync, and giving us clear insights into performance. The automation saves time by handling follow-ups, deal tracking, and workflows, so nothing slips through the cracks. Integrations with other tools ensure our data stays accurate without extra manual work.

The reporting and pipeline tracking help us see where deals stand, track cost per lead, and make smarter sales decisions. It also improves customer communication, keeping everything organized so we can respond quickly and effectively. Overall, it makes sales more efficient, less stressful, and more data-driven.
