Hubspot as a CRM for easily tracking sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
I can track all the deals in the sales pipeline, add my notes about all the conversations I have had with the deal, and I can also manage my tasks for each deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting list of contacts is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me in tracking all the deals in the sales pipeline, it solves the problem of missed deals, or un-touched deals. It helps in managing my tasks for all these deals and setting up an action plan for each deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm really fond of the tool's overall design and find it quite intuitive to navigate. Integrating workflows with tickets is straightforward. It's been great to witness the rollout of new features in such a brief period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to now, I've encountered just a few problems. My biggest challenge has been linking channels to the appropriate teams. While our primary channels are functioning well, I've struggled to allocate my chatflow channel to the correct view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using HUSpot Deals as our primary source of communication with our customers and we had stuggles with our overall customer experience. Help Desk has helped us replace this older form of messaging that was less effective.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for tracking all forms of communication with clients and managing pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI is still a big struggle. Trying to use the AI feature in the reporting is still really buggy and limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track all forms of communication with clients. It helps us manage the entire lead funnel process as well as manage deal pipeline. We're able to report all deals and track using reporting features as well. Lots and lots of time savings.

What do you like best about the product?
1. So basically Sales Hub is seamlessly integrated with HubSpot’s CRM and Marketing Hub.
2. From automated follow-up sequences (Sequences) to task reminders and workflow triggers, Sales Hub cuts down on repetitive work
3.My Reps can see when prospects open emails or documents, which provides timely signals making it easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
1. HubSpot Sales Hub has a generous free tier and is very cost-effective for small teams, costs can add up quickly as you grow and need more advanced features, higher limits, or additional seats. Many premium tools — like advanced reporting, playbooks, and custom objects — are gated behind higher tiers.
2. Users report slow load times for large reports or deal boards. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be a minor annoyance for fast-paced teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. People can pick up on how to use Sales Hub very quickly. I like that it doesn't require an advanced degree to understand how it works unlike some other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead object could use some love. It started out in such a good direction, but it seems like it has stayed half baked for a long time and it hasn't made the meaningful improvements I was hoping for.

Sales Hub allowed us to track our deal lifecycle and keep all of our communication with prospects and partners in one place.

Hubspot Solves the Problem

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot understands the need for organization. We are able to organize contacts and companies through a variety of filters. We use the platform every day and its easy to navigate. Additionally, the customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling reports can be cumbersome to say the least and setting the platform up can take time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything listed above its helping our company transition from a Excel sheet to a full running CRM data base

What do you like best about the product?
It is a strong and reliable platform. It is fairly easy to use and I have used it for many years

It has become a very expensive platform and all the features that make it worthwhile now have to be paid for

It tracks all engagements wth clients (CRM) and shows me when emails have been opened as well as logs this with the customers data

What do you like best about the product?
I used HubSpot Sales Hub for more than a year in my previous company, and it’s was a total lifesaver for keeping my sales process organized. The email automation is probably my favorite part; I used a personalized follow-up emails that go out automatically based on what a lead does, based on triggers. The call logging and sync features helped me alot. Started with a free plan and changed to a paid user. That's how good they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app was bit lagging in comparision to the desktop version. For a pricing perspective, startup have a hard to maintain the retainer fee if they are on the investors money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business lead managment and dashboard view.

Beneits are immense. The sales cycle and overall teams performance is scene in figures. Strategic planning has been a lot of easier since using Hubspot.
