User-friendly software!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super easy to use and it's relatively easy to add users with specific access. My favorite aspect of HubSpot CRM is the ability to track all activities and link it to other documents. Hubspot gives me the ability to store all my clients details, their company details and all my communication with them in one bit of software. The HubSpot CRM can also integrate with your Gmail and Office 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM lacks the ability to add multiple email addresses to a single contact record. There are some features missing from software as well. Wish to see more of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it every day, and I am still constantly learning new things and finding new ways to use it and make my work easier. The tracking capabilities are great. This makes the process of branding easy and help us increase our sales opportunities and customers, so simple and seamless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try before you buy! The CRM is free, only upgrade if it fits your company.
HubSpot is just the right tool for SMBs like Us!
What do you like best about the product?
Sequence, Dashboard, Analytics, productivity tools like tasks, meetings, snippets, etc. intuitive and easy to use.
This year we've upgraded our sales plan and also invested in the marketing platform and doubled our user licenses.
Tech Support is awesome very responsive and has answers to all the questions you may have!

What do you dislike about the product?
Recent features like quotes, product library should have had more functionalities and flexibility, multiple 1:1 email subscription types functionality is not there and could be a bottleneck if you're selling multiple products/services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time with the sequence. Email scheduling, call recording, and tracking. Sales Analytics.

Must try and buy!
Great CRM! Easy to use and setup!
What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM for small company using a CRM for the first time. Really easy to setup and get using, a lot of helpful features. The sales features were incredibly helpful as well as the pipeline feature. Easy to navigate for those doing sales in a company and great system to use. Great for marketing and backend systems to make marketing a breeze for your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only been using it for a few months, so far so good, but their app isn't as good as the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking for a CRM in order to keep information all in once place instead of it living in co-workers heads or on random spreadsheets know one can find. It has been incredibly helpful having information about customers all in once place and being able to find information about customers easily. Easy to track leads, users, everything needed for Sales Reps to stay organized and to be efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy CRM to get use and get setup, great for someone using a CRM for the first time.
Powerful Tool with Great Resources
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has truly made a robust tool. Not only is it capable of so much but the learning and support resources take it up a notch. There are certificates you can earn, quick courses you can take, and a community help forum. This means whatever your question is, it can get answered very quickly. The actual platform is a great way to stay organized and execute a strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
You pay a pretty penny for all of these features. There are cheaper options out there if you're a smaller company and don't need the more in-depth capabilities. Some of the analytics features are limited, it would be nice to get even more insight from social media. Like what days/times you perform the best/ insights into competitors posting performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps all contacts organized in one place, automating processes to save time, tracking campaign success, monitoring important marketing metrics, and more. Customized analytics dashboards are a great tool for presenting to management/the board, no more time crunching numbers in spreadsheets!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth the price tag if you need a quick way to organize your information and stay in touch with contacts via automation.
Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is the ability to create contact lists quickly. The processing of these lists based on properties really only takes a couple of seconds and the list is ready to use. The helpline/live chat is also very helpful and I have had only good experiences with the support team. The other great aspect of Hubspot is the ability to easily create landing pages and forms that can be embedded into them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating aspect of Hubspot is the fact that I need to edit email templates in a template builder every time I want to make a change. For example, just adding one column requires me to either edit the whole template in the builder, or clone the template and then make changes there. The ability to change email structure should be able to be done in the email builder, using the same drag and drop method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot mostly for our email marketing, workflows and database management. I have realised that it is fairly simple to use the system to automate most of our email marketing, as well as creating forms for our landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubpost is definitely the got to CRM system for small to medius-sized businesses.
Take your marketing stack from Frankenstein to FrankenFINE!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot brings together all the most important tools needed at every stage of the marketing funnel. From generating leads, to email marketing, to marketing automation, to full funnel analytics, Hubspot has a solution for it all.
My favorite feature is having all your tools working off of one central source of truth.
My favorite feature is having all your tools working off of one central source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to report based on timestamps of events or duplicate entire dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving just about every problem on the marketing and sales side of the business with Hubspot. From lead gen, to lead management, to lead nurturing, Hubspot's tools save us a ton of time and provide a level of insight we did not know we could achieve as a business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would understand what resources you have for internal management of contacts and your overall automation systems. Things will break. Bugs will occur. You need resources dedicated just to keeping things running as you would with any CRM. You do NOT, however, need an engineer which differentiates itself from fully utilizing Salesforce.
HubSpot's free CRM is better than Salesforce's paid
What do you like best about the product?
It's free, nice UI/UX, easy to customize, not overly complicated workflows, especially on the admin side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a bit more automation, e.g. prospect X does action Y then trigger follow-up task, included in the free tier. I haven't played around with the paid tiers to know what functionality exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to make sure we set appropriate follow up tasks with prospects. We're mostly using just two features - the follow-up tasks and the kanban view of deals. The latter is mostly for internal discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's a much lower barrier to entry than with Salesforce.
Make sure you're aware of the upgrade costs or are comfortable with the limitations of free (which may change in the future)

The joy of a centralised system
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing executive, I find that my favourite feature is the social media manager. You can register a Facebook, a LinkedIn and a Twitter account then schedule posts for each. The best part is the calendar view where you have a centralised dashboard with all your posts for the month. You're able to move them around, edit them, and clone in case you want to re-promote a piece of content. It takes a lot of the hassle of scheduling and optimising social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media dashboard has a limited functionality when it comes to interacting with Twitter followers and it's not always clear how to edit the lists you're monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most pressing problem we're addressing using this product is monitoring and analysing our subscribers list. Thanks to HubSpot landing pages, we are able to populate our mailing list and track which part of the funnel each lead belongs to. This allows us to tailor the content of the newsletter which is sent off with the help of an automated workflow. Overall, HubSpot simply makes our processes faster and smoother.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to use the HubSpot academy tutorials. There are invaluable strategies and recommendations in the videos.
Great way to organize and interact with customer contacts and leads
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to assign deals and notes to customers to help keep track of interactions and potential sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application for android is a little difficult to interact with, would be nice if it was more mobile friendly for smartphone screens, the app is a great start, just could use a couple tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using HubSpot to track leads and current customers while also assigning reminders for follow ups with customers to improve customer satisfaction. Has helped to organize both current and potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you put in all contacts and deals the software works very well.
Our all-in-one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does it all for us. It captures and organizes leads. It easily allows us to update forms. We retarget users with newsletter and social content. Tracking is easily implemented with just a "click" on owned pages. Lead scoring helps rate MQLs and SQLs. You can easily hand off ownership of contacts between core teams. I wish my client had more use for these features, because they really would impact banker relations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy and not save data at times. Confusing updates to form categories. It's especially problematic when we send a test to clients and see that edits didn't save, makes us look bad. Additionally, we wish there was more ability to connect on site metrics for sites NOT hosted with Hubspot. AKA, using GA data and Hubspot data better connected. Also, we need better API access for connectors like Origami Logic for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation. Ease of connecting lead lists with newsletter distribution. In the future, we'd like to integrate paid campaigns into the system to better ensure our core audiences are targeted in all mediums. We will be able to do even more in the future now that we've built our "use case".
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with your business objectives first. What's your goal? Then, work with your Hubspot rep to better understand how Hubspot can fill those needs. Additionally, I'd highly recommend fully integrating your site to hubspot versus just using lead capture widget. You'll be limited in capabilities unless you use the full suite.
