Supportive, effective and easy
What do you like best about the product?
hubspot sales is a good work companion!
what I like the most is that it organizes my tasks without omitting details like calls to do, reminders, even if I loose them on my agenda, and manages to facilitate my interactions between the leeds assigned to me and my monitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
what bothers me a little is the fact that sometimes the system goes down and there are delays in updating leeds, and I do not have much details about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hubspot sales has helped my work to be more organized, with tools that facilitate my tasks in contact with our clients, making them more personalized without omitting any details

I can recommend hubspot sales for people who want to facilitate and efficiently organize our client's list and filter them in the right way to achieve more consolidated sales.
Powerful, free CRM integrates beautifully with Gmail
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Hubspot CRM is the activity timeline for each client. I can easily see all my interactions with a contact, client, or lead, including emails; I can add notes; I can track the progress of the deal (Hubspot also automates some of this based on an algorithm); and more. The activity feed can be invoked from within Gmail (or Outlook or G Suite or any supported email client).
The Hubspot Chrome extension also tracks email opens and clicked links. Most similar extensions require a paid upgrade to track clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the jargon is obscure at first. There are so many features in the Dashboard it's quite difficult to keep an overview in my head.
I would prefer to get email or desktop notifications for email opens, like MailTrack. Instead, there's a tiny badge on the extension browser icon, which easy to miss.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None of the CRMs I've tried integrate with Gmail quite so well. The activity feed solves my biggest problem in dealing with clients and leads: having all my interactions and data in one place. Excellent!

If you're looking for a CRM that integrates with Gmail, Hubspot should be your first stop.

Customization, simplicity, reporting, click-to-call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like some of the reports should be more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS helps our reps be more accountable for managing leads that the company provides for them. Also helps us stay on top of potential deals that have slipped through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely have your new staff members conduct a structured training program for HS and have them take ongoing tests to keep them improving. It is extremely powerful if you have your sales staff really use it for everything they do, but if you just throw them into the fire and hope they figure it out, it will be a waste of time and money.
Good CRM- great for early stage companies
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to get started with HubSpot CRM which is why I recommend it for early stage companies. If you’ve never built out a CRM before, this is for you. It also integrates nicely with the HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs do you can integrate all of your growth tools. As you grow and need a more custom CRM, the data transfers over pretty seamlessly to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are less customization with the CRM. It is easy to grow out of and the reporting functionality isn’t great. There are less objects than a Salesforce CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has served as a costumer relationship manager and helped keep track of deals in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it very simple to jump from client to client while keeping all of their information neat and organized. Everything that I need for a customer is right in front of me and easy to access
What do you dislike about the product?
The site starts to lag quite a bit after use for a while. When I try to log a call later in the day it starts to slow down a lot and becomes unresponsive at times. Usually, all you have to do it re-start the web page to fix the issue, but that is my only complaint.

Hubspot has made it easy to throw away my spreadsheets. There is no more jumping from document to document anymore because HubSpot neatly stores all of my customer data in their own personal profiles for me!

Hubspot has the best interface by far for daily sales activities and sharing that information across our team.
Incorporating the extension so that I am able to connect my Gmail account to my Hubspot email templates is also very useful and streamlines my follow up with prospective clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from the $50.00 a month to the next level of functionality at $400 a month is massive.
The fact that there is limited functionality in terms of products and multiple pipelines is really a barrier for me to consider going all the way with Hubspot.

The CRM definitely provides me with the efficiency that I need to ensure I am following in in a timely way with my prospects as well as helping me track my most important deals in the Pipeline.

Is an excellent platform, if you have a small company and you want to start creating your marketing campaigns Hubspot is excellent for you, it allows you to add a good amount of contacts and record all your data, and be able to send your personalized marketing campaigns and also receive very complete results reports
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had any problem, the only bad thing is that certain features that are very useful are only allowed in the most expensive paid versions

It has allowed me to manage everything that involves marketing campaigns in a single platform, it helps to have all your work and all the information of the clients in an organized way in one place, besides the final reports help to know clearly the scope that has every marketing campaign
The perfect tool for sending out press releases!
What do you like best about the product?
Its Chrome extension is great for managing emails, contacts, and more. It has quite a number of blog posts and tutorials showing how to use everything (see below, however). Because of HubSpot, I've had many important contacts message me back, which ended up being essential to the way my business functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many great features that it's hard to learn them all. Most of the people in my company use only a few of the features it offers. Additionally, though it does have many tutorials and blog posts, it's not as easy to use and setup as it might seem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send out press releases and see when they're opened and by who. This makes it super easy to follow up with companies about their products and vice-versa.

Try your best to be familiar with every feature it offers to take full advantage of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can customize the fields to what you need. Also the ability to sort lists by any of the fields makes analyzing your customers and leads simple. You can run all sorts of reports and see where they first signed up for information or met you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits. For example it's very difficult to track the number of touches a lead has with your company before converting. (It shows the number of times you contacted them through email/phone, but not other touches like number of website views etc.)

We have a lot of visibility into where leads are being dropped/not followed up on. We also see which emails and call to action buttons get the most traction.

HubSpot Academy is a gamechanger. Make sure you get certified so you can set up your campaigns in a way that makes sense for your company before starting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter and view and manage my contacts based on variables I can set. Seeing what I've done in the day also helps me stay on task and attack my days in efficient ways that normally are not available. Being able to see everything at a glance helps immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the down time and service outages that have plagued my usage. Thankfully it's not that numerous. And is to be expected sometimes.

Maintaining and keeping workflow without sacrificing time. Being able to sort and quickly check notes. Having a central point of data for everyone in the company has access to.
