Hubspot is reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing software. It is easy to configure. It allows an easy and intuitive navigation. It provides a lot of useful features such as enrichment profiling, segmentation, direct communication with customers and integration with email clients (Gmail / Outlook). Its use is simple and does not require complex setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it has not presented problems of any kind, so I can not think of anything I dislike the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is key to our growth. HubSpot CRM allows us to manage customer contacts and leads. It's amazing to monitor the sales pipeline. It is undoubtedly an invaluable tool for our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended software. Among the alternatives, I think that HubSpot provides more functionality in the free version.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that they have a free version to use to start out. It's simple and easy to use, and really don't come with much of a learning curve at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the features that you'll need come with a higher price tag each time.

This helps us keep all of our prospects organized and simply track their progression through our sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease with which we can convert the traffic of our website to potential customers. Hubspot is quite advantageous for automated marketing assistance. We like to have direct communication tools with customers, and to optimize the operation of our website. Hubspot includes an integrated online content manager that can be integrated into various social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something we do not like about hubspot is its high price, of $ 200 per month. That only makes using hubspot limited for new businesses that can not afford such an investment. We do not like the consumer tracking system, because it does not allow tracking by area (and that makes geographic segmentation of customers more difficult).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hubspot we save more time integrating to social networks, and with this we can add more channels when communicating with our customers. The Dashboard that it has is quite easy to manage, and its content management system has made it easier to optimize the SEO positioning of our page. His writing management system for blogs has also helped us improve our online content.

Hubspot is a highly recommended service for medium-sized companies that can afford to invest in its use. It has a lot of uses when it comes to marketing, and it helps a lot to improve the interaction between a website and its visitors. Recommended for marketing agencies.
It is a great CRM to work with, very intuitive and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
User Experience. It is very easy to understand and use. Also, with the plenty of tutorials available from hubspot, the transition from anther CRM to hubspot becomes very smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting Dashboard does not provide a lot of flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of maintaining our database. It can be integrated with the Email provider and you can update all the information about the lead from your email. You do not need to log in to the CRM every time you want to update any information.

It is a great software to work with and migration to this software is very smooth and hassle free

What do you like best about the product?
The platform I like its incorporation is incredible and offers a number of features that are not to be missed, its marketing tools, technical support services, are key to managing the market and promote your company, and each tool is in one place , I am learning a lot with this application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not understand coding is sometimes confusing, on the other hand I highlight its qualities, it has tons of resources that prepare me and take me to success, it has helped the company to achieve its goals and continues to grow, with the help of Hubspost., I find it a robust feature software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Your personalized panel streamlines my work, the support is always ready to respond to any eventuality and you follow up your concern through an email, this has been very helpful as the days go by, we are more practical, the flow tools of work are easy, however sometimes they update and play catch-up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a bit confusing if you do not have coding knowledge, but your customer service is very responsive, they will always help you. Its price may seem altp but just in terms of its functions, is based on the cloud and other systems in general is 80% recommended if it is worth it.
Useful features
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up templates & sequences. Saves a lot of time when sending emails to prospects. Pretty easy to set-up. I like the email tracking & logging - I can see exactly who received, opened and clicked on links in my outgoing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could create folders within folders in templates. I have a folder in my name. I would like to be able to create sub-folders to organize my templates by type/subject/stage/etc.
I find it difficult to make all my calls out of Hubspot - not easy to see who I've called & who I still need to call. Cannot easily find all calls by next step/call date.
Email signatures - it doesn't let you change the font, so it doesn't match the body of the email. I cannot put our company logo w/link to the website. For that reason alone I do not email out of Hubspot.

It is the resource we use to improve customer management. It is easy to use and to implement. Its price is accessible and it has a pretty decent free version.
It structures the sale pipeline, so that, it is easy to determine at a glance the number of open deals and the phases of the pipeline where they are located.
The filter function streamlines contact information search, which in turn allows a fast and reliable data segmentation.
It is versatile to handle communications with the client because it stores the history of interactions made, regardless of the channel since it has been made.
It also allows us to export reports and send them to the sales team.

Boots the marketing and sales teams. We have achieved good results. It provides us with an efficient management of customers and leads.

Great CRM solution for a small & growing business
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a great free basic CRM platform that provides enough Sales tools and analytics for a fast growing start-up. A few cool features are: Live chat, calendar scheduling tool, templates & email sync, and easy management of properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike. Obvioisly, Sales and Marketing upgrades are paid, but come with further solutions.

Easy tracking of tasks related to client management and sales pipeline. Benefits: analytics, live chat, scheduling, easy sync with email.

If you run a small business and are looking for CRM solutions that will help you grow & stay on top of many clients and contracts, this is a great solution!
Lots of functions, but it'll cost you
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easily it keeps track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would sync with emails a little more natively. There are some great features that startups like mine would love to use, but just can't afford yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really allowed us to keep track of goals and do projections a lot more accurately.

Take advantage of it. Load it up with contacts and maintain it. It's worth the work on the front end
Easy to Use & Cost Effective
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an All-In-One with the CRM, help desk, and marketing platform in one application which makes activity more streamlined. Different roles still have access to the same CRM info without additional licenses for different products.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ticketing system is still relatively new and could use some better features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to keep our database clean with HubSpot which recognizes duplicates based on email address. Every view (contacts, companies, tickets) is set up with easy to add/use filters. Very clean UI that is more intuitive than Salesforce which keeps my users actually working within the application.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not as customizable as Salesforce but best option for small business that doesn't need to build an entire CRM system from scratch for tens of thousands of dollars.
