Decent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, structure and the ability to manage operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, it should be easier to create and pull reports on processes within the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of bad leads, realized I can categorise deals more efficiently. Also efficiency gains in some areas

What do you like best about the product?
You can edit the fields according to the company's needs and your personal needs. Meaning, you get used to working in a certain way, HubSpot will support it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of BI tools to pull out the statistics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can tell what contacts need to be engaged and what is the urgency. The Templates saves a lot (!!!) if time and they are easy to create.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very easy to luse and understand. The correlation between marketing and sales, using HubSpot together works really really good and it helps a lot be nurturing your contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the Hubspot CRM is pretty great, especially if you have to manage on your own a lot of contacts.
For me sequences and template are crucial, without these tools I think I couldn't do what I'm doing.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't make a research based on what I've written in the TASKS.
Maybe it's just me that need this but I think it is fair to brought it out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important benefit is that I can manage everything from my hubspot account.
I can reply to my clients, I can make a blog post or a marketing email.

Hubspot is user friendlyt however the new changes is a little more point and click than I like

I like that it is responsive and easy to view

I don't like that you have to click to change the stage this should be auto from details entered

It is a great tool for multiple people to view and keep track of clients interest

Our company do not utilise all facets of Hubspot I believe there is much more that can be used to make our job more efficient but depending on the type of business I believe this CRM is effective and easy to use software for any business

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new layout for Hubspot. I especially love the learning center because it teaches you more in depth of why you do what you do for sales/marketing. I love how there are a lot of filters that you can create & literally do anything, there are so many options to have a more specific experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a more organized sequence and template set up. Like having subfolders within folders would be nice! Or maybe an easy template builder with examples. There are a few glitches with the contacts, and with the system getting confused about contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving organizational problems, time management, and also just doing things well. We have benefitted immensely from the purpose, the mission, of Hubspot as a whole. We have seen our campus grow because of it, and we have been able to be catalysts for getting more people into the mission field.
Great overall CRM. I've had experience with home grown and other CRM's and hubspot takes the cake.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set emails to send in advance, sequences so that emails are sent automatically. The process of documenting actions on accounts is smooth and helps me work much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are shutdowns or experience blackouts of certain features. Hubspot is always quick to recover and get us back to full function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to hit production goals and speed up prospecting processes. I've realized that CRM's are a huge part of sales process and how we spend our time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you explore any and all integrations that may be available for the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps me organize a very large contact database and keep track of calls being made to these contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical issues that arise. For example there are times I noticed calls and notes not being recorded. Secondly after making an email thru hubspot I have the tracker add-on and if i scroll over the email in my sent folder it alerts me saying somebody opened it this doesn't help if I'm trying to keep current tabs on contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new layout is very user friendly. Making calls and being able to see my notes as I'm in a call is super useful.

It's user-friendly, it allows you to center your sales and marketing efforts all in one place and it offers a great service through its learning center if you happen to have any questions
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any features that I have disliked. When the platform was updated, I had some complaints but all those glitches have been fixed

It helps me keep up with my contacts, follow up with them in an organized and timely manner. It has taught me got to create a full marketing and content campaign, I have learnt a great deal.
HubSpot is easy to use yet it has all you need

I like the new layout, it's really nice that all the information is now visible without scrolling (usage of the right part of the screen for company etc.)

Due to a lack of comparison I can't really tell what I'm missing.

Whole LEadflow is managed by HubSpot, I didn't work whith the program we used before but I know that everyone is very happy with HubSpot and that it was definitely an improvement to our previuos CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love how modern and clean the interface is. User Experience is SO IMPORTANT in this day in age. I much prefer using HubSpot on a daily basis than that of Sales Force because of this main reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs and delays occur quite often. However, they do tend to be resolved in a timely manner. It has prevented me from doing work at time though which can be incredibly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with clients more due to referring to my past conversations and history with them that has been logged into HubSpot. I can also see who they are connected to and easily gather all of the information I need.
