Excellent CRM for Small to Mid-Sized Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to implement and use. HubSpot is the first CRM that our company implemented, which was a major change for our business development and marketing team. Within a month, we had all of our data and were set up to succeed. Their support is incredible!
What do you dislike about the product?
They could do better on their reporting features. Specifically, if you're building out if/then reports and multiple filters using AND/OR functionalities, you will be struggling to find ways to display the specific data you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting is really the only "problem" we have had. The benefits have already been seen in our business development activity, growing nearly 200% in monthly numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When I was vetting CRM's for our business, I was prioritizing two things: 1) ease of use and 2) Outlook integration. Our business development team needed to be able to get up and running with little to no overhead and they were primarily working out of Outlook. The integration between the two is absolutely seamless. It's two-way, meaning you can be in HubSpot and send emails from there, or you can work through Outlook and have all of your activity tracked and logged.

Valuable CRM Software

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot CRM is user friendly, detailed, and makes our day to day process much easier and more streamlined. I like the ability to create custom tasks to make sure no potential leads get lost in the shuffle. I am able to keep track of everyone easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike regarding Hubspot CRM is that occasionally features are down. When features are down, it does sometimes delay our process and makes it more difficult to follow up on leads, which is the main purpose for which we use Hubspot CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve communication issues as well as reminding me regarding tasks. I have realized that it is easy to follow the life cycle of a client through our organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The more user you have within your company, the more beneficial Hubspot CRM can be!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely easy to use.The interface is intuitive and the training modules make learning new sections and features simple. The outlook/email integration leads to a simple and convenient workflow that ensures you won't lose or mismanage any new leads or contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Piecemeal pricing - It's frustrating to come across a new feature and then realize that you can't use it unless you upgrade your subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed me to organize my contacts and leads and plan my workday with much more efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start off with the free version and get a demo from a salesperson. Having some initial guidance is key for figuring out how to best use the CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The handoff between marketing and sales is really helpful because everyone can see the contact's journey in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I feel would be better if we could customize, but as of right now, we can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've improved our marketing/sales team communication significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great tool to try out, especially since the CRM feature is free. There are a lot of really neat things that you can do with HubSpot too that will help you set up your funnel between marketing and sales. The default and custom properties are a great feature that will help you segment and define your contacts. They also help you make sure you won't lose sight of any of your contacts.

Incredible Customer Support and Helpful Software

What do you like best about the product?
I love the available support either over the phone, via training certifications or online in the HubSpot Knowledge Base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design aspect is challenging in that editing code or style is not as simplistic as advertised. It's challenging to get specific customization aspects on my own without paying for (costly) additional assistance. I do also find some of the analytic reports difficult to manage and export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love having everything (website, blog, social media, analytics) in one platform

The paid version is worth its weight in available hands-on assistance.

Great CRM, would recommend

What do you like best about the product?
Follow up features are great. I especially enjoy the email tracking abilities. Being able to see how many times an email was opened, and links were clicked really gives you a good feel for whether your campaigns are working or not. The calling integration is great too. I like to record my calls so I don't miss any information trying to take notes while talking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Settings can be difficult to set up. Knowing whether I need to go to profile and preferences vs. the settings wheel can be tricky. Also, it would be nice to be able to CC off a sequence email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my current sales leads. It is great for knowing what kind of follow up email I need to send.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of everything about a customer all in one place. It cuts out having to use multiple programs or website to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you can't seem to get back to a contact record from a deal or task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has made it so easy to see what a contact or potential customer has done within our website and what steps we need to take to win the sale. They make everything super simple!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to spend some time going through the training videos. They are well worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part in Hubspot is the ability to have a lot of templates. I used Hubspot to connect with multiple customers and having the ability to quickly and seamlessly email directly out of the software and have multiple templates is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is i feel like its hard to add a contact. some of the fields we have set up i feel is repetitive. Now this maybe different for other users but the way my company does it is just ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this system has really helped me get organized and just stay connected. The ability to export all my properties into an excel to have a very clear image of my work is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The best attributes of this CRM is that you are able to get an inside look on what your prospects find valuable, what is working and not working and schedule your interactions via email templates or sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few bugs, which are being eliminated daily but in its infancy can be very frustrating and disruptive. The Activity view can really be polished and upgraded. This s such a useful tool not nearly reaching its capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed for a systematic approach to prospecting and conducting business objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
The best features for myself would have to be all of the third party programs that I can sync into Hubspot including my cellphone to always know which client is calling. The small tweaks here and there to forever improve the CRM is great too. Always pro-active in resolving issues too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dark side....with consistent improvement comes the challenge of keeping the "cogs turning" which has caused some hair pulling moments. I also have an email signature with many links that unfortunately can not be used on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loosing contact with prospects has always been an issue, however, reminders and marketing that can be executed through Hubspot means this is no longer an issue.
