Hubspot is ideal for working with CMS platforms

What do you like best about the product?
We like this software because of the extensive portfolio of SEO options it has. It is very good to follow up, as in the case of its keyword tracking function. It presents a good A / B test management system, and allows you to manage landing pages, in order to quickly convert visitors to our site into customers. It integrates very well to CMS services, such as wordpress. We also like its lead nurturing function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Firstly we do not like the fact that Hubspot has so many shortcomings when sharing files. An example of this is that it does not even allow links to create access from our website to any other. We do not like your market research management tool (in the case of trending). Its price is very high. $ 200 a month is a pretty expensive amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us a lot with content management within our website. It has also been beneficial for managing the analytics of our marketing campaigns, which can now be easily exported in different formats. It has been useful to review all the data of our contacts, and to analyze our needs as a company, in order to know how to create better marketing strategies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot we liked it a lot. We recommend it to better address the sales opportunities, and to obtain our accounts with which to work in a short time. It is quite useful to retain customers, and to make our sales processes more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a CRM that offers tools to easily organize the customer base. The interface is simple and easy to setup. It is a very efficient system to process leads, communications and records. It allows synchronization with mobile devices and updates information constantly, which provides versatility to the software.
In addition, it has an integration tool with third-party apps such as email platforms and sales software.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not had a bad experience using HubSpot functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It suited our needs. The customization improves the effectiveness of the processes we perform in the area of marketing and sales. It's great to reduce the time to record and process data. It impedes team productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is versatile to handle leads. It facilitates the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this system because it allows me to automate many processes in my marketing business, it also lets me see the behavior and acceptance of customers in relation to the products offered and their respective opinions. One of the functions that I have not seen in other programs is that it allows me to see when clients open my sent emails.

In addition, this system allows me to save time, since I can automate many processes that are simple but take time and effort. This system has a very friendly interface that allows me to use this system quickly without having much knowledge of the system, but has many tutorials that are helpful in the execution of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about this system, even having a lot of time using it, I find it excellent and very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to this system I have been able to register a constant productivity, facilitating to my team an optimal work that has left us a lot of performance in all this time. This system has also allowed me to increase the list of emails and reach a large number of customers.

This system has an excellent technical support team that has allowed us to know more about all the benefits of Hubspot CRM, they have also been like our supervisors giving us all the attention and monitoring of the problems that may have arisen with the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this system, because it has been a real blessing to be able to use it. If you are not convinced, you can learn more about its functions using its free version.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been excellent in tracking the the vast conversations we have in our network and ensuring an efficient and up to date pipeline is constantly expanding and moving forward!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing structure is high and moving into larger databases has been restrictive for us in expanding more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been solving our ‘drop the ball’ on any conversations. All of our network are frequently being seen and touched by us.

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us to better qualify our leads coming in as well as allowing us to build a better lead profile. the tracking and reporting features are also incredibly helpful in our field. From the marketing side we have found it incredibly helpful. Allowing us to run campaigns and targeted marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have Hubspot interfaced with SugarCRM and the interface can be a little bit spotty sometimes.

Great Software for your business. Love it

What do you like best about the product?
I like that thanks to Hubspot I can manage a lot of leads with the help of templates, sequences, tasks and all the tools it provides.

It is also easy to create marketing emails, blog posts and landing pages.

It makes my life better.

The only thing is that it can become expensive but it is worth it
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don't like in HubSpot is that Deals filters are not connected to Contact filters.
This is something that complicates my process during work. This is the only thing I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
without HubSpot, I could not manage this big amount of leads, tasks, email and everything would be more complicated since I am a 1 woman show! :)
This is great because in 1 place I can handle the entire business process

Keeping Everyone on The Same Page

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all the features you need to keep the team apprised of details and next steps around a sale. From the stages in a sales life-cycle to the ability to track notes and tasks on a sales opportunity, Hubspot really gives us everything we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more predefined drop-down of usual cases a deal fails. This way they could be organized by category and easily do a retrospective on lost sales opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With sales being a hat many of our member wear, HubSpot keeps us in-the-know on the current happenings of each opportunity as well as keep us moving to make sure each deal has a next step.

How Hubspot saved my co-op

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed working on hubspot during my employment, I always thought data entry and other jobs like it would be dreary and boring, yet hubspot showed that data entry can be functional and pretty. I went through the new updated beta version and I have to admit that I love how functional and user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to admit that there were quite some bugs after said beta became live, thought those were usually quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me enter data for the company to ensure that all was in the right place and updated. as mentioned before I was shocked by how easy it is to use and how functional the data is displayed for anyone to see.

Use it, it makes data entry better

A nice CRM to use with HubSpot Marketing Automation

What do you like best about the product?
We also use the Enterprise version of HubSpot's Marketing Automation so I really like the seamless cross over between both the Marketing and Sales side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to report of documents on the sales side. We have a large amount of sales sequences created that include linked documents but we can't pull a report to see what is specifically working the best. Are people opening that document? Downloading it? We'd love to be able to see a report across the board so that we can edit where needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all our information in one centralized location is KEY for us. We've had a few different databases in the past and teams would have to go hunt for account information. The CRM tool, partnered with the marketing tool, has been a game changer for our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great too, very easy to use. If it's missing something that you are looking for, ask them about it. There's usually a workaround that they can assist you with. I would be very upset if we switched off this tool since it really does work perfectly with the marketing side as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to identify potential opportunities by setting clear milestones to define the current needs of my customers. Inablebing me to forecast potential closing dates or upsell opportunities. Another factor from which our company benefits highly, is the interaction between all departments. With the help of Hubspot Sales, Marketing & Service, we are able to interact swiftly and benefit from each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is sometimes to motivated to providing updates. Leaving our staff to adapt to new function/processes.
