A decent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hubspot has the connection to the marketing automation platform built in. It’s very easy toggle between the two platforms and make them work together. I also like the lead scoring parameters that are very easy to implement / setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think the CRM is as robust as something like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one system for CRM and Marketing Automation and it’s very easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all the tracking functionality for web visitors.
Really friendly user CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales is a really good CRM and very friendly for users. Moreover, is a one complete tool to centralize all the needs sales teams have since you can also do all your direct marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reality is that I really like the Hubspot software. The only thing I think should be easier is to add companies and contacts in just one form instead of linking them after creating them separately. Some times the software links contacts to a company task or email that are not supposed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can have all our data base in a really simple software, follow up with perfect timing, have all the history between customer/lead and sales rep., marketing direct from the same place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since you can do a free trial is worth it to at least try it.

The best HubSpot: Contact administration and deal administration.

HubSpot lacks optiones with the workflows, and sequenceses.

What do you like best about the product?
As a start-up we have new to market products and multiple changes of focus, which means we have to be very nimble in our sales strategy. Hubspot helps us reduce the time spent managing the process. The automation sequences have been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit expensive at first but hopefully it will generate ROI within 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads and telesales campaigns. Keeping ahead of follow ups and tasks is easier. Reminders are also great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot because of how easy it makes to manage your entire pipeline. You keep track of the first interaction every single detail down the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s literally nothing I dislike about HubSpot except sometimes it doesn’t sync with your emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot we’re managing our business sales and clientele. We will keep track of our interactions in sales to see who selling the most.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using HubSpot to interact with you sales clients, so you have every detail for meet to closing the sale.

Easy to use, very intuitive. Customizable to your projects and company. Check projects and tasks in an easy and fast way. The workflow from start to finish can be easily integrated to any model .
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs someone to be technologically aware/ a bit of effort to set up the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has great collaboration features, a nice overview of stuff that you're working on. Helps manages task and projects in simpler way.
Innovative company who are helping others lead the way
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive their platform is, when you can't figure something out there is a vast amount of support documentation around to help and also a great support desk who can help you with what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small differences between the different platforms (marketing, sales, service), wouldn't be so bad if you only focused on one platform for your job but in a small business you end up taking on a lot and there are little differences that can be annoying to deal with. e.g. the default task dates for making a follow up task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using hubspot to help with our sales, marketing and support (while we aren't using this feature too much at this stage.) We have realised how much the inbound methodology can help our business, they are leading in this area and so we can use a whole lot of their advice, what they do and their learning academy to base our business around and see how it can help us to achieve the numbers we are looking for.
A full customer management system
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily it HubSpot makes it to manage my clients interaction from meeting them to calls to closing the sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HubSpot doesn’t automatically include a system to auto invoice and bill. You have to manually do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot I have found it extremely easy to manage the clients I deal with. With other 50+ clients it’s hard to remember each interaction with a client.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Hubspot CRM to handle your clients if you don’t have a CRM yet.
Good for pro agencies with one or more sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the email automation feature (sequence), email marketing system, syncing facebook lead ads with their CRM systems mostly.
The basic contact and lead management system are pretty robust and it populates many details automatically about your lead even if you do not have that information.
I did not find such an integrated solution to other CRM that suits the agency model - coming from a user who used Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and other CRM's

What do you dislike about the product?
For sales starter pack their email automation sequence system is a bit manual and takes time to check individual accounts.
I also did not like their mobile app, as it's not often updated and facilities are still pretty basic compared to their web app version.
I also opted out from their native chatbot integration as it supports general flow to get the leads mostly. I found negative feedback from an audience and shifted our chatbot to Facebook messenger service through the website.
My developer found out that embedding their forms and codes to the website may cause slowing it down a bit (due to javascript insert) and web performance is hampered a bit for that.

Organized the progress of my sale. Helped me to get more data from the lead. I can create follow up calls after seeing my leads email updates.

You should consider paying for their software as it comes with great functionality for sales and marketing. A good option for the agency and B2B organizations.
Hubspot makes it very easy for me to keep track of all my contacts.

Email tracking and setting tasks to remind me to follow up with leads.
Templates are a great way to save time on typing emails that contain a lot of the same information and then tweaking them to the specific customer.

I think it is not very intuitive to see what you are able to do with workloads as well as making charts and graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes lead, order, and quote follow up much easier. I am able to follow up with all of the people I am in contact with and I do not have to worry about leaving anyone out because I can filter by customer and set reminders for myself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Makes it very easy to manage your time and contacts.
If you have multiple people who touch a contact, this CRM makes it very easy for anyone to be in the loop.
This CRM is great for there to be someone who manages a group of people and can then delegate tasks to a group of people. All information like amount of times contacted can be tracked by one person for a large group of people.
