Overall very pleased with HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
The quick search of created templates makes sending forms and emails fast and smooth. Being able to integrate with Google calendar as well as automatically creating the new contacts profile once they schedule an interview really saves me time and the headache of cross referencing with indeed and other job boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HubSpot gave us the ability to block people from scheduling multiple meetings, we get people who just schedule and never intend on attending which takes up valuable time and we have no way of stopping them from doing it over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has solved many problems for us but the tracking of every contact and deal created is the most important one. The biggest benefit is the amount of time saved in being able to communicate with everyone seamlessly and know when others in the office communicate with them as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used multiple CRM over the years and HubSpot is one of the better ones.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the 'Tasks' feature. It makes it easy to group chunks of work (calls, emails, miscellaneous tasks) together, and to go through them quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ironically, I wish the 'Tasks' feature offered more data. I wish I could sort tasks by company, Lead Score, trigger action, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the ever present sales-efficiency challenges

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps track of everything you do, especially for my role (calling, email, meetings). These are important metrics for me to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports are hard to access. Let's say I have qualified 10 Leads this week and when I access the report it's difficult to open them all up in separate tabs (you have to go back each time). It should be easier to access, and better displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to track my metrics- how many people I am emailing, calling and having meetings with. How many Medium deals I have closed. It's very helpful to keep track and also to showcase to my team members where I am at as well (because I work from home).

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are very well organized and I like the email flow reminders as well as the sales receipts. Organization of all of the deals and being able to monitor deals that I own is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how often calls are dropped or how often they fail to connect at all. Also having to reset filters whenever I leave the companies page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to generate my own leads as well as being able to follow up with warmer leads after leaving notes on previous calls!

What do you like best about the product?
The site works the way it should, could be better if it worked and responded quicker to commands. Sometimes when looking at emails it tends to slow down, what i would LOVE to see in the application is when we've made calls or not as a follow up, maybe like a small icon that indicates when a call when is made to keep track how many times we've spoken to the client instead of writing it in the notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it loads slow and things don't automatically organize themselves. When entering in a company sometimes it doesn't all connect into one company. Another thing is the notifications, wish we could manually turn some off notifications with certain clients, some clients will open it way too many times and causes alot of notifications on my phone, wish this could be reduced by manually overriding it.

Another thing is when you maximize the window to write an email the text editor is allll the way to the bottom of the page, you would have to scroll all the way down to use the functionality of the text editor, wish this could be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not much problems, the program works really well, the deal organization makes it easy to keep track of what's been sold and paid. I love using it with my crew incase someone is not in the office it's a great way of keeping track,

Learning it is easy, i wish it would work a little quicker, but that could also be the mac i'm on.

Perfect for smaller start-ups

What do you like best about the product?
I have been really impressed in using Hubspot's CRM system. As a past Salesforce and Outreach user, I was reluctant at first that we had Hubspot installed. I have been really impressed with the capabilities of Hubspot - especially for a smaller stage start-up. The CRM is clean, easy to use, with sales automation tools built right in. I really like how easy it is to scroll through a contact / company and understand the most recent activity on an account.
I like how intuitive this product is to use - its really built to do the core functions of a sales role really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the ability to tag contacts and companies within the CRM - ie; Conference, Circle Back, etc. as I know Outreach has that capability and it was helpful when sorting lists. It would also be nice to sort tasks by highly-engaged prospects - ie prospects who have opened or clicked on emails. That would help for prioritizing the task functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a full-cycle SAAS sales role and Hubspot helps me manage my activity, run basic reports, and reach out to contacts.The benefits of using a simpler CRM (compared to a Salesforce for example) are that its easier to stay focused because there are no distracting features - it really does the main competencies I'd expect in a CRM tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just go for the bigger players in the space - really consider the size of your company and the actual functionality your sales reps need a CRM for and evaluate the best tool for the stage your company is currently at.

HubSpot Tasks Help Me Be More Productive

What do you like best about the product?
I can see what I have to do for my upcoming day and prioritize my time. I can also see if I’ve missed something, it comes up as overdue. The task function helps keep me on track!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of my emails and calls show up in the company dashboard. You have to specifically go into each contact to make sure you see everything associated with them. I think you should be able to see all communications with all contacts on the first page. If there’s many contacts for one company it can be tedious going into each one to research past communication. Also I would like to be able to pin more than one note.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to make notes and tag associates within if I need to communicate something to a colleague. I use the tasks diligently and it really helps me to keep track of my work. Organization is key in sales and marketing. HubSpot is a great program.

This is a great tool for marketing and sales

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the filters you can sort through. With the amount of data we have, HubSpot makes it manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least is the amount of time it takes to do some reporting. I have to wait several minutes for one attribute to load and when I'm making a specific list with many needs, it takes a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the research I've been doing while using HubSpot CRM, I see that it helps keep things organized. We keep everything from first contact to deals in HubSpot so it's extremely beneficial to use one tool to see the whole process from start to finish.

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined workflow that HubSpot allows for lead generation puts the focus on efficiency, organization and meaningful engagement. By letting HubSpot help keep track of my call schedule, you free up valuable energy for quality, engaging conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, some tasks get misplaced out of queues and lists which makes you vulnerable to dropping valuable leads.
