Great platform for all business needs

What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the ability to house everything within one space instead of having to connect it from multiple data sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things dont connect properly, but that is easily fixed via workflows and automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Hub helps solve the handoff and prospecting process that used to exist across multiple platforms. You can do everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in sales, it's been a lifesaver to keep everything organized, while still giving me the flexibility to make quick changes when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now, but one area for improvement could be adding more automation when creating tasks, so users don’t have to fill in all the fields manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped eliminate a lot of the manual work involved in tracking my daily activities and long-term data. The reporting feature makes it easy to understand everything at a glance. It’s where all my data lives, I honestly can’t imagine how time-consuming things would be without it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and intuitive interface make it incredibly simple to manage my sales outreach. I especially appreciate the Sequences feature, which helps streamline follow-ups and improve response rates. The CRM is well-structured, and the ability to track emails, schedule meetings, and automate parts of the sales process really boosts productivity. Integration with Gmail and the visibility into engagement metrics are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is very useful, high-volume outreach sometimes leads to email deliverability issues, including potential spam flagging. It would be great if there were more built-in safeguards or recommendations to prevent this. Additionally, some of the reporting tools could be more customizable, especially when dealing with complex sales pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps centralize my outreach efforts, making it much easier to manage follow-ups at scale without letting leads fall through the cracks. The automation tools, especially Sequences and meeting links, save significant time and reduce manual work. It also solves the problem of scattered communications by keeping all interactions logged and accessible in one place. This has led to better organization, higher engagement rates, and improved visibility into what’s working and what’s not in our sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The contact page includes everything you could need to track a sale from start to finish. The Leads tab, the Deals tab, Book of Business tab, Activities tab, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reporting and data is clunky and difficult to filter because the filter options and display seem to be different for different sections within HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see open deals and meetings that have sales pending is huge. No potential sale slips through the cracks, no sales are lost when they should be won. This means easier tracking of potential sales and more sales revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
This is by far the most user friendly platform and I have used many over my 15 years doing this.
Everything from setup to deploying the product was fast to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more focus on healthcare clients and companies but it is moving in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
constant touching our clients without having to use the marketing platform has been huge. healthcare servers are locked down and this has been successful in email engagement and preparing us for our meetings, etc. with clients.
the prospecting has been very beneficial to our team as well.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot's new sales dashboards make it easy to track deals across my whole pipeline and prioritize specific tasks. It makes it very streamlined and easy to see all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit the deal score for deals - this is automatically generated but it is a super helpful visual to have. Sometimes it's inaccurate so I would love to edit it in that case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making tasks and outreach more seamless for its users. It does really help my sales process.

Reliable CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that HubSpot has everything organized between manager POV and sales POV. It is easy to toggle between the two for easy communication between departments. I use HubSpot every day, all day long while I am working with my clients. Having something that has quick customer support and doesn't lag or shuts down is a major bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot does run frequent updates, I wish that they ran these updates at more convenient times rather than when I am needing to run the program. I am glad that it is updated frequently, but I'd like maybe the customer to have the option of when those updates are run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot eliminates the need for me to bounce back and forth between programs. It has my work email merged so when I set an appt with a customer it logs that I did it. When I call a customer it logs that I made that call. It eliminates some of the steps I have to do which takes time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love keeping track of my notes, my next steps, and forecasting.
I love that it integrates with all of my sales tools (email, meetings, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think associations get tagged too often - so emails and notes to contacts get tagged on all these deals they shouldn't be on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my deals, keeping notes in the right place, and ensuring I can stay on top of my deals and move them through the closed won and deployment phase with the right people.
It keeps everyone in the company organized at least in the revenue GTM function.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to put together message templates swiftly, which streamlines my communication process. The sequencing feature is another aspect I find helpful as it allows for efficient outreach to prospects, saving me time compared to manual tasks. Additionally, the front-facing dashboard on the home page centralizes my tools and information, making it convenient to access everything I need for managing CRM contacts and lead retrieval. I also find the automation tools incredibly beneficial, enabling me to use my time more effectively for sales outreach, ensuring that tasks are completed faster and more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find some aspects of HubSpot Sales Hub to be clunky, particularly in managing tasks and lead retrieval. It feels like these processes could be more efficient and concise. I wish the dashboard on the homepage was more organized, allowing me to find everything quickly and improve the efficiency of my workflow.
