Organization and Proactivity

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me a lot with the organization in my work and also makes it easy. Since I started using HubSpot my work has been much better. I can make many calls a day and have everything organized without my having to worry about it. All of my co-workers also felt a significant change in the pace of work. We are all working more smoothly without having to worry so much about organizing everything, as HubSpot helps a lot in this
What do you dislike about the product?
If you learn how to use HubStop, it is very difficult to have something you do not like. The tool is very complete and you can manage it easily, just strive to learn how to use it. The tool is simple for anyone who needs it to be simple. And it's complex (not pejoratively) for those who need it to be complex. HubSpot can do a lot of things and so far I haven't found one that doesn't do quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize my calls easily and quickly. That is, my work has become more dynamic.
I improved my work rate, I can make more calls a day. HubSpot has brought many benefits for me and my co-workers. We all agree that the ease of the application and its advantages are huge. Agility, organization and easy management are the strengths of this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn how to use carefully, the tool is very complete and can help you a lot.

User friendly, customize-able reports

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of activity is easy thanks to email plug-ins, pulling reports on that activity is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
View of activity can be overwhelming at times. Specially when its found under a company record. Everything is there without a clean way to view per subject matter or client. Repeated activity is a bit of annoying when trying to go back in time and trying to remember what took place. The order in which its presented is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep lists in order. Useful in campaigns, such as gift tracking, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to search for my candidates- I feel like this system is very smart and doesn't require a lot of fields to find something you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an individual inquires, clicks or signs on to our live chat, if it's with a different email address than what is on the first profile it creates another profile (duplicates it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to search in three different areas to find a candidate, now we just have our search bar in Hubspot. Benefits are also it's easier to communicate to the sales managers and for them to see my activity when they receive a notification.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and such a fluid CRM to help organize and implement your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes have trouble with recorded calls.

Created constant contact with potential customers and keeps me more organized to get done the task I have assigned for myself throughout each day.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of the templates feature is being able to reach my leads and contacts quickly and accurately. I can send them pre-formatted but not automated emails. It looks like I wrote the email specifically for them which adds that personal touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only having the 5 top templates on the first page. Should have all my templates listed so I don't have to switch to page 2, or 3.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact all my leads and contacts efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates help me save time and have a constant message while communicating with customers.

Sometimes I feel like I rely on templates too much and don't personalize each message like I should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved are reaching out to numerous customers with a consistent message. Benefits are endless and looking forward to seeing more updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how I can be on top of everything with HubSpot and keep track of my clients ;) I use templates and sequences a lot and I really love the meeting functionality. It feels like there's everything I need for my sales activities in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help to be able to put some people in CC in my Sequences. I don't like the fact that I don't have this opportunity7 Nothing else really comes to mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my sales pipeline with HubSpot. It really helps me automate my communication with clients and make it more effortless.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Hubspot is pleasant on the eyes. You are not overwhelmed with features bombarding you at first glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe not dislike but an improvement on the use of filters

Emailing directly with clients and sending out attachments/ templates makes my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot CRM to very useful in managing customer communication and interaction. At my company, I primarily work qualify leads and arrange appointments for our sales representatives, and the filters and data records are essential for me to reach out to un-contacted leads. I love how every interaction with a customer can be seen by my team. It is a very efficient and seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish HubSpot CRM would add the ability to receive inbound calls. HubSpot is very useful because it brings all of the customer data into one efficient app. If HubSpot could be our main phone hub it increase efficiency in the office, and eliminate the need to pay for additional software services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved several problems. Having a rich customer database has helped us to improve our customer retention efforts. It's very valuable to track the journeys of our customers, and thus modify our efforts in response to their actions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is probably one of the most efficient databases to use for customer management. It is not perfect, but certainly a valuable and worthwhile tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot accommodates every need of of my sales responsibilities and initiatives. Specifically, the level of customer specific KPI's that help me make a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Hubspot maintenance is limiting during crunch time. Overall, not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer KPI's and activity. Hubspot let's me know what my prospective and active customers are interested in, acting on, and searching for. It has helped me see full scope into who my customer is and what they want.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the tutorials and play with the modules. Go through complete cycle, thus allowing you to fully understand how to best use Hubspot.
