Very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use and lacks clutter. Navigation is super user friendly if designed right.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't the best. You're also limited with how much you can customise.

Intuitive CRM with Room for Reporting Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub has everything in one place, making it convenient to manage all tasks related to CRM from a single platform. This unified interface saves my team time and effort. Plus, it's fairly intuitive, so we don’t spend much time figuring out how to use it. We appreciate how it handles quoting and the organizing of customer data effectively. We use it to manage contacts and send out emailers and communications to customers, which streamlines our operations. The system’s ability to compile customer data and send out quotes are standout features, facilitating efficient and effective communication with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature in HubSpot Sales Hub is not intuitive. It's difficult to compile and extract the desired information, making it challenging to produce reports that meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Sales Hub to compile customer data and send out quotes and customer communications, all in one intuitive place, simplifying CRM processes and streamlining customer communications.
It does a lot of the basic CRM functions very well for no cost whatsoever.
What do you like best about the product?
The user can easily track activity, notes, meetings, and even deals in HubSpot. It also integrates nicely with Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Outlook has to be logged into every day for the integration to function. Alarms and alerts could be done better. Deal function is really basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me to track my activities in sales. It also gives me a history of the customer relationship. These two items enable me to better understand what the customer needs and to measure my responses to those needs.
Hubspot makes managing leads and deals much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales hub makes it simple to track leads, manage deals, and keep all customer information in one place. And it is easy to use and users can easily navigate. I like the email tracking features knowing when a prospect opens an email helps me follow up at the right time. And the dashboard is clean, and i can easily see my pipline and where each deal stands. I use it regularly and it integrates well with Gmail, Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i haven't found anything issues in HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay organized and avoid missing follow-ups. I can see all my communication history with a contact, track the progress of deals, and manage my pipeline without juggling multiple tools.
Easy to use CRM for Medium Sized Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive for both the user side as well as the admin side. Recent developments on the sales side (amongst other things including a separate lead flow) really help to make the platform better usable for more sophisticated sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the reporting in Hubspot Sales Hub can be improved, as well as the available lead rotation functionality. The reporting really misses some good historical reporting. The lead rotation is sometimes difficult to get a grip on when people are on holiday, or when changes are to be made due to new hires or leavers, as this completely resets any existing rotation.

Hubspot is our source of truth for the GTM teams, so marketing sales and customer success. The sales hub gives us complete insights into both our new business as our renewal deals.
A simple and a very easy to use tool with not a long learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
- The tool is beautifully designed and is very simple to use. The sales pipeline view is the best way to see every deal we are working on on a daily basis. The implementation of AI has helped slightly
What do you dislike about the product?
- Reporting can be improved considerably and also made easy. It is hard to create simple reports and I personally feel, it is vert complex
- I sometimes feel the platform might be slowing down even with a powerful laptop with the best specs

- I am part of the sales team and just gives a detailed view of my pipeline and managing a pipeline is the biggest problem it is solving me today
Hubspot the Go to CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hotspot is very easy to use CRM, the integration and everything about it is perfect
What do you dislike about the product?
Hotspot cadence need more enhancement in terms of accessibility and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a go to CRM for me to have all the data stored in one place, doing my daily task and sending out sequence.

Order, integrations, use of AI, personalisation, UX, GDPR compliance

Still limited for enterprise users, extension is not working properly with Outlook (but with Gmail is ok)
