We have been able to use sequencing and templates to give our very small team access to ready to go content tailored to our customers

I wish you could edit sequencing while live

It allows us to reach a wide network with a small team and tailor messaging based on the needs of our prospects

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple, straightforward with almost everything built natively. It’s also a win to have this in a system where our marketing and service teams operate. It simplifies our data.

I’d like to be able remove different pipelines by each relavent team.

I’m able to do create new deals and work through my process for logging them in the CRM quickly

The UI feels a little outdated and I’m not sure if there is a dark mode which I’d like

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is relatively self-explanatory compared to others on the marketplace. As someone who didn’t grow up in sales, it’s still easy enough for me to find what I’m looking for and make updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would help me actually close deals in addition to being my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that the pricing tiers with your needs. Start for free, but if you're committed to using a CRM, you quickly desire the Starter and Pro plans to get more funcitonality s you skills/needs evolve
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see fewer obstacles to integrating other platforms into Hubspot to make it my system of record. For example, Starter doesn't accept webhooks, yet for a bootstrapped founder or small company, we need to be scrappy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me as my main system of record for all things CRM. Love that it keeps track of my historical data and connects to my gmail
