What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of having all modules interlinked for an easy-to-use platform. Having it configured in this way increases end user adoption as they do not have to worry about replicating information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure for HubSpot is a limiting factor due to costly scaling.

Effective Lead Management, Needs Better Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the lead status function most. It helps me understand and navigate between cold and hot leads. When I get 100 leads and do activities like calling or sending emails and texts, changing the lead status helps me identify which leads have a high or low chance of a sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lags integration with good virtual meeting software like Zoom.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage lead data, engage with leads, update their status as needed, and maintain our sales pipeline. It helps me identify leads with high chances of sale and keep track of the sales funnel effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how HubSpot Sales Hub helps me with creating lists, which makes it easier to manage contacts and companies in the CRM. I find the reporting capabilities quite valuable as well. The initial setup was easy and I use it alongside other tools like Slack, Apollo, and Instantly.

Export can be made easier

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for integrations and creating lists. It helps in identifying contacts and companies in the CRM and I like that it generates useful reports and lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Great UI. Love the prospect 360 tracking. The points system to qualify leads and surface them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menus could be easier to navigate. Support isn't great, too slow to reply.

Simple CRM to operate from a user perspective with complex features in the background. Saves us so much time and cost in salaries as the salesperson can do this, eliminating need for sales admin.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how clean and intuitive it is while still being very powerful. It makes tracking deals, emails, and follow-ups feel effortless, and the visibility across the sales pipeline is excellent. The tight integration with email, calendars, and CRM data helps keep everything organised without adding admin overhead.

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that advanced features and automation quickly push you into higher-priced tiers. Customisation can also feel limited compared to more complex CRMs, especially for very specialised sales processes. As teams grow, reporting and forecasting can become harder to tailor without additional setup or add-ons.

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of fragmented sales tracking and manual follow-ups by centralising deals, contacts, emails, and activities in one place. It helps automate routine sales tasks and provides clear visibility into the pipeline and customer interactions. For me, this means less admin work, more consistent follow-ups, and better insight into deal progress, which ultimately improves efficiency and close rates.

We use it as a CRM along with Salesforce, when comparing the two, I love using Hubspot as it is friendlier. I create many reports, I love how easy it is

The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward, with core features like contact, workflow, deals, pipeline, and activity tracking being quick to configure. Basic onboarding and templates helped the team get started without much technical support.

While HubSpot Sales Hub works well overall, some advanced customizations and automations can feel limited unless you move to a higher-tier plan. Reporting for very specific or complex use cases sometimes requires a workaround, and deeper customization of the dashboard could be more flexible. Additionally, for larger teams, managing permissions and maintaining consistent data hygiene can require extra effort.

The reporting is fantastic as it lets me see close probabilities and how I am performing, offering a more complete view. It genuinely feels like HubSpot Sales Hub was built to help close sales.

The mobile task management isn't as robust which can limit your progress when out in the field.
