I think sales hub could use more b2c abilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Deal list views and tags but I think the meetings tool could use more explanation with other calendar integrations like Outlook
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be the AI rollout. I would love to be able to test it with certain users and not just by permission sets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to segment our deals and isolate hot leads based on lead scoring.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding was excellent and made it easy to get up to speed quickly. The platform feels intuitive, the setup gave us confidence from day one, and the support team has been consistently responsive and helpful. It feels like more than just software, it feels like a partner invested in our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?
So far, there’s very little to dislike. We’re still learning the full depth of the platform, so the biggest challenge is simply the amount of functionality to explore. A bit more guided coaching on advanced features would make the experience even stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us organize our sales process in one place, track activity, and get real visibility into what’s working. It takes away the guesswork of scattered tools and gives our team a system they can actually use every day. The benefit is better follow-up, more efficiency, and a clear path to hitting our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub makes it easy to manage the full sales process in one place. The pipeline view, reporting, and automation features help save time and keep everything organized. It integrates seamlessly with marketing data, which gives a clear overview of leads and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it is easy UI, it requires a lot of setup, locking and customisation for bigger teams.
Sometimes Hubspot launch features to quickly and change stuff, which can be tricky for an admin, to train reps

Easy all in one tools for sales reps and managers. Cuts time spent in different tools and helps create one source of truth

The onboarding is not as seemless as one can imagine but once you work it out with a partner, the CRM will boost your entire sales team efficiency and it will drive your sales to the sky!
